Vet the drivers. Ours didn't do his homework on the route - where to drop us off, where to pick us up. He also didn't anticipate detours and didn't appear to know where he was going. He was using his phone in his lap and appeared to be drowsy. He missed our exit and we had to direct him in. When we provided feedback to the company, we didn't hear anything back. Brilliant service and excellent and competitive rates as well. Toghrul was super easy to work with and schedule our day tour in Napa. Due to changing circumstances, we had to move our date a few times and also change the size of the group and these guys were always accommodating. On the day of, the driver arrived a whole hour earlier and had our full itinerary printed and ready to go. The bus was super comfortable for our group of 15 with Bluetooth music player, huge TV and luxurious seats. Wine country tours! When a couple of my friends said, "let's get a group together and go wine tasting!" I knew my next call would be to Toghrul. On the day of, the limo was at our meeting spot early. It was super exciting as everyone arrived to see the limo there waiting for us. The limo was stocked with bubbly, wine, water, sodas, and glasses - everything we needed to get the fun started. I have used various car services throughout the years. Although I'm not one of those people where travel is a large part of their job; i have often requested sedans, SUV's, etc. for family trips, wine country excursions or rounding up a few buddies to fly to a golf destination. Let me tell you, TOG IS THE REAL DEAL!!! What i like about Tog - where he and his company stand out - are the same things i hate about literally every other who competes in this space. Proof? Tog's cars are always clean - always. He has bottles of water for his passengers. Tog's cars are much newer than his competitors, ergo, safer than the typical SUV that has 85k miles on it; or the Town Car with bad shocks, a shaky steering wheel or that driver who doesn't exactly put his/her passengers at ease when he's driving, if you know what i mean? Tog drives very carefully, but not below the speed limit. Usually, just a few miles above. Tog can speak English well....this is not a knock or not PC. This is a factual statement. Most other drivers from other services have a more difficult time speaking our language well. Tog is the genuine article - i know he'll keep his word. He knows how to gain repeat clients.
