The driver was in time and let us know he arrived .. great! No problem there!! 4:00 AM pick up! For 2 people and 1 luggage and a bag.. The drive was a lil' hairy.. the poor guy was sleepy and he almost made a mistake getting off the wrong exit! Still we got to the airport on time and the drive was completed! Needed airport shuttle to and from SFO for my recent international trip. On the day of my trip, Major arrive before the scheduled time and got us to the airport well ahead of schedule. The evening prior to my return he texted me to inquiry about my flight schedule to land at 10:45am, but I requested him to pick me up at 12pm.
