I chose ITTrans Limousine for my Napa bachelorette party because I wanted a luxury experience. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing parts of the day. The Hummer limo's air conditioning did not work from the beginning of the trip. Although the vents were blowing air, it was not cold, and it was approximately 95°F outside. The driver acknowledged there was an issue, contacted a mechanic, and even discussed having a replacement vehicle meet us, but that never happened. We spent the entire day in an overheated limousine. Multiple members of our group became overheated, and numerous people felt nauseous because of the excessive heat. For a luxury limousine that cost nearly $1,800, this was completely unacceptable. And honestly I was quite embarrassed! Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. The driver did not assist guests as they entered or exited the limo, which is something I would expect from a professional chauffeur. At one point, we had to wake him up because he had fallen asleep while waiting for us. Overall, the level of service fell well below what I expected from a premium transportation company. I also did not appreciate that the mandatory 20% gratuity was charged upfront as part of the reservation. Had gratuity been left until after the trip, I would not have chosen to leave a 20% tip based on the service we received. The company did not charge for the 1.5 hour of overtime charges, but I did not feel that adequately addressed the fact that we did not receive the premium experience we paid for. The vehicle was not in the condition it should have been before being sent out, and the overall service was disappointing. The answer I got is that stuff happens and out of their control so they won't refund anything. Which I would understand if the air stopped mid trip butttt it didn't work from the BEGINNING!!!! I cannot recommend ITTrans Limousine based on my experience. If you're paying premium prices for a special occasion, you should expect a well-maintained vehicle and professional chauffeur service. I booked the limo for our adults Halloween party ride to sfo with Prem. I must say the whole experience was just amazing. Our driver was VJ , she was patient, fun and got us home safe. First, they were very quick to answer phone and reply to an additional online inquiry I submitted. I did both because I was heavily shopping for best bus and date. Don't ride with these guys if you value your life or believe in following legal/moral driving guidelines. The driver of the Lincoln Navigator took a nonexistent lane to get onto the Bay Bridge, cutting off multiple cars and almost got into an accident a number of times without even batting an eye. I've seen many bad drivers in the City but this was scary and so incredibly rude. read more

I reserved a limo for Girls treat for highschool kids. First of all, the driver arrived late. Then, before they left to the bay area to eat dinner the driver couldnt figure out how to turn the lights on in the back. The kids drove all the way to Burlingame from Tracy in the dark with no lights or music to play. When they did work the kids said they only worked for light 10 minutes. I am very disappointed on how their experience turned out due to the limosine service couldn't figure out how to work their own vehicle. I will not be using there services again EVER!! read more

I was quoted $90 on the phone which was to include tip for a trip in a sedan not a limo, to SFO. the amount I was charged on my credit card included a 20% tip. This was ok but I should not have been told the original amount included a tip. Also on my return to SFO the driver was given flight info and arrival time and we arrived exactly on time but no driver arrived. After waiting about 20 min. I called the co. and they said there was a flat tire and it would take about 45 min to get to me. so, they called another car company to pick us up and they arrived in about 20 min. It was two people in an SUV with the back loaded with packages. We had to squeeze three people into the back seat and our luggage was piled up to the ceiling in the back with all their stuff. This is highly unprofessional and not what you should expect from a company. Also, my family used them to pick them up at home on Sept. 13 to go to SFO and when the driver did not arrive on time they called and he was asleep at the end of their street. It seems he was early and just pulled over about two blocks away and went to sleep. Good thing they called. So these are the reasons for my poor rating for this company. read more

ITTrans saves the day! My family had made online reservations with another company to take 7 high school seniors to their senior prom in San Francisco. When that other company didn't show up, with all the kids here, dressed to the nines, ready to go, we put in a call at 6:30 on the night of the prom to IT Trans. Even though it was a last second call, they were able to get a limo for eight and a driver to our house in 15-20 minutes for their standard price. We so much appreciated their willingness to deal with our last minute emergency in a cordial and professional manner. The kids were thrilled and so were we.
