I unfortunately had a horrible injury during the bike tour and broke my ankle in 3 places, so didn't fully take in every aspect of the tour, but I experienced enough to give it 5 stars. Especially considering the fact that I was transported 30 or so minutes away from the vineyards we were about to visit & Elie went out of his way to come pick me up from the hospital after I was discharged so I could rejoin my group and take advantage of the remainder of the tour. If that's NOT great customer service...I don't know what is!‍ If Napa/San Francisco are on your list of destinations to visit...definitely look him up!!

We reserved it a month in advance for 1:30-5:30pm and were instructed to pay in full via Zelle to hold the reservation. The week of the event, I followed up with Reese to confirm everything was set. He replied that we were "all set." On the day of the party, all of the girls had arrived by 1:15pm and were excitedly waiting by the window for the limo. By 1:37pm, there was still no limo and no communication from Reese. My daughter kept asking, "Is the limo coming?" and was trying hard not to cry. At 2:02pm, after waiting over 30 minutes with zero updates, we decided to move to Plan B and drive the girls ourselves. Just as we were walking out the door, a limo finally pulled up. The driver explained there had been car trouble and that he had been called in last minute as a backup. Unfortunately, the limo itself was in very poor condition: no AC, some windows didn't work, no music system at all (we had to grab a portable speaker), and a broken seatbelt alarm that dinged nonstop the entire ride. Most disappointing of all, Reese never contacted us afterward -- no apology, no explanation, and no partial refund. Completely ghosted. This was an incredibly stressful experience on an important day for our daughter, and I truly hope no other family has to deal with this on their child's birthday (or any event).

Unfortunately, the experience was stressful from the start. After booking, communication was extremely poor. Email responses were slow, often taking days. We became concerned after reading Yelp reviews mentioning no-shows, lateness, and poor service, and sadly, those concerns proved valid. Even receiving something as basic as our payment receipt, especially since they don't accept credit cards, took over a week. Confirming our itinerary and driver details also required repeated follow-up and wasn't finalized until just days before the trip. We clearly communicated that punctuality was critical because we had prepaid tours and luncheon reservations at a winery. When we finally spoke with the owner, we were assured everything would be fine. It wasn't. Our scheduled pickup time was 10:00 AM. By 10:15, no one had arrived. Calls to both the owner and driver went unanswered. By 10:30, with no communication at all, our group was understandably very worried. Eventually, we tracked down an assistant who had previously sent our receipt. She answered, apologized, and promised to investigate. The driver later called and said he'd arrive in 10-15 minutes. That turned into another 30+ minutes, followed by additional delays. In total, the driver arrived about 90 minutes late. As a result, we missed our first winery stop entirely. What was most frustrating was not just the lateness, but the complete lack of proactive communication. No warning. No ETA updates. No accountability. We were simply left waiting and wondering if anyone was coming at all. If your plans depend on reliability, professionalism, and being on time, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company caused unnecessary stress and significantly disrupted what should have been a special day.

Barry was knowledgeable about the area - he himself doesn't do the wine-tasting thing ironically but having driven clients around for close to 4 years, knew what worked and what didn't. Also very flexible - we switched around our schedule because I absolutely insisted on going to Frog's Leap which closed at 3:30 and we made it. For $220 without tip (gas included) I'd consider him a great buy for 7 hours of pleasant driving. He made the trip so much less stressful and much more fun for us by not having to drive. He charged $230 for the entire day of driving us around Napa. That includes tolls, gas, tax. I paid by paypal, he showed up early (we left at 9am) and dropped us off by 6pm. He was totally professional, stayed out of the conversation unless we were talking with him. Good driver, and totally knew his way around Napa - so we didn't spend any time trying to figure out where a winery was located. My only complaint was that his car had an odd smell - like an old smell, but it didn't bother any of us at all. His little SUV was totally clean and if you prefer, he'll drive your car for you instead of taking his. He reminds me of some professors I used to have. Liberal guy and fun to talk with. Highly, highly recommended.

Their special Mexican street corn was also one of our favorites. After we went to Ambers winery recommendation that was soldero. This was a smaller boutique type vineyard. We started our tasting with a tour of the property and their new rose that will be launching in July. The rose was our favorite. We were also able to go down on the vineyard and see the plants which I thought was very cool. The staff was friendly and sat chatting with us down in their tasting room. Finally we stopped by Cuvason which had such a classy atmosphere. Beautiful indoor and outdoor tasting. They started us off with a complimentary rose champagne. We started off in San Francisco and stopped at Vista Point by the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a super clear day and we got great photos by the bay and bridge. Our guide poured us mimosas and we drove off to Sonoma County. He gave us an overview of the day and a little history before each stop! We went to three wineries and an awesome dispensary. All the wineries gave us great tastings along with the history and stories of their proprieties and wines. We also got an amazing lunch halfway through the day. At the dispensary stop, Solful, we got a really informative presentation from the owner where he taught us about the different components of cannabis and the different ways of consuming it. We got a booklet with all the information that we could take home with us. Everyone there was super helpful and I left with a couple bags of chocolates! Overall, this was a day very well spent and I highly recommend it! We met fun people, got to taste great wines, and left with bottles of wine, chocolates and a ton of new information about cannabis.

Great views at the Golden Gate Bridge before leaving SF. Then onto Sonoma County for some great breweries and a very informative stop at Soulful (a cannabis dispensary). The breweries were very welcoming and gave us a great look into the production process of some up and coming breweries. Our group was able to taste 3 brand new beers that haven't even been released yet! I loved at Henhouse when they let us try the same beer at 3 different stages to show the different tastes at different points in the brewing process. Lunch was delicious and we made a lot of new friends on the trip. Soulful have a great presentation about the different types of cannabis, the different properties they possess, and all the different types of products they have! Definitely a must the next time you are in Northern California or even a local wanting to something awesome on the weekend.
