I ordered a car service for my daughter's prom. I changed plans on them a couple times, and they were quick to confirm the changes. Day of event, they kept me updated about arrivals and pickups. I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend. read more

Good business . Got my kid and his date to and from SF without incident . Very good communication.

Smooth pick up & drop off and the driver was so accommodating in adjusting our pick up time. Reasonable price and the 14 person van was so clean and fun to ride in. Highly recommend! read more

We had a great experience with 5 Star CLS. Ernest was very responsive to my messages and emails when requesting quote and service. We were so pleased with the first service in December 2024 (service from Santa Cruz to San Francisco Airport) that we called on them again when we returned to the US in February 2025 and requested service from San Francisco Airport to Santa Cruz. We had different drivers each time and they were both punctual, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. They drove over highway 17 in a large luxury SUV safely and on the return trip our driver had to deal with super thick fog. We'll definitely be recommending this company to all our friends and associates and we'll definitely contact them for future airport transports! read more

I booked 5 Star CLS for a trip to Napa from SF and it was a great experience. Firstly, they have the best rates I could find in the Bay Area and a great range of vehicles at different price points. Our driver arrived on time and was very accommodating for any stops we needed to make and changing our drop off point. We were 12 people in a sprinter van that could fit up to 18. They had comfortable seats, drink holders, and ability to play your own music. Lastly, the booking process was very easy. I was able to communicate with the business via Yelp and make a reservation within a week's notice. Overall, if you're looking for a limo service in the Bay Area for any occasion, I highly recommend this company. read more

We hired Limo 5 Star for our wedding day. Ernest responded promptly to our inquiry and was accommodating to our requests. Furthermore, our driver, Leonardo was on time, professional, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. The vehicle was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The overall experience was positive, and I would certainly recommend their services. read more

Helo Yelp, I've been chatting w/ Earnest about renting a luxury van. Very helpful thru my process. Event was to thanks friends/family for helping me thru my Stage 4 cancer journey. Plus my birthday weekend . Well I had a set back. Monday night had very bad stomach pains. My sisters took me to emergency. After pain meds / cat scan. i felt better still sore tho. Called Earnest and he assisted me with a refund. Even tho this was short notice. I will have to re schedule my event after holidays. Can't say enough about this company professionalism . A+. Look forward to my future event with CLS;) read more

Amazing service! 10 person party bus was booked for Prom. They were in constant contact from the beginning of the trip to the end. Text updates about arrival & departure were appreciated. I had great experience with 5 Star CLS. The limo was for prom bus and obviously all the parents had lots of questions about safety. I had great communications and follow ups with the business manager and they offered competitive pricing. Highly recommend. read more

Sadly I wasn't able to follow through with 5 Star CLS (I didn't end up needing transportation services for our event) but I had to leave a comment on how quick, professional and kind Ernest was to work with. Not to mention the prices were the best I found in the area. I highly recommend 5 Star and will be reaching back out when I need transportation! read more

FANTABULOUS!!! Andrew picked us up and dropped us off at our concert...came back and brought us home. He was kind, courteous, funny, punctual...he even apologized for roads being bumpy from construction. He paid attention to traffic and took us on an alternate route due to heavy traffic so we wouldn't be late. But the classiest part...when he dropped me off...my key wouldn't work in my front door. I had to wake up the house to get inside. Andrew waited until I got inside before he drove away. Between both Ernest and Andrew...I would absolutely, positively use 5 Star CLS again without a moment of hesitation. And I change my original 12 Stars to 15 Stars. read more

Great service! Communication was great and driver was very professional. Would use again.

Very professional and on time . Ernest was very responsive and helpful. It was nice ride to airport with the kids. Highly recommended

I used 5 Star CLS for a recent dual birthday celebration. Ernest was a pleasure to work with and he found just the right vehicle to accomodate our party in total comfort. The 14 person Mercedes sprinter van was spotless, smooth riding and fun, with music and lights. Our driver Sam was early and got us to our destination and back, with pick ups and drop offs in between, flawlessly despite the torrential downpour! I will definitely use 5 Star CLs again and highly recommend them to anyone needing transporation for any occassion. I wholeheartedly give them 5 stars! read more

Incredible experience for my son's 18th birthday. Rented the Party Sprinter Van to take us from South City to LB Steakhouse on Santana Row and from the customer service of working with Earnest to the driver assigned, Benny made for an incredible night. Earnest was forthcoming early on, even letting me see the fleet prior to booking. Night of Benny was prompt and courteous. Couldnt have asked for a better experience from doing a cold search on Yelp. Thank you again. read more

If you have an early am flight, and you don't want to worry if Uber is going to show up? I needed a 3 am pickup for my family of 4 with 8 + checked bags from Eastern Contra Costa county to SFO. The driver showed up 15 minutes early, he was patient and professional. We had an uneventful ride to SFO. I am very pleased with the service I received and the price point was very reasonable! 5 stars. read more

Amazing service . Prompt on time and safe. I had to get my sister to her nieces wedding 77 miles north. My sister and guest both do not drive . This service was perfect . My sister arrived on time for family pictures and when the reception ended. 5 Star CLS was there to pick them up before they walked out into the night air. thank you 5 Star CLS your service was fantastic!! read more

I contacted CLS for a quote. I told them that I use a service dog. They said they charge an additional $125 for cleanup. I repeated that it is not a pet but a service dog - yet they insisted on the additional fee. read more

Loved this service. Easy to book over the phone and the pick up was on time and very professional! I would definitely use them again.

Terrible communication. We had two breast feeding moms that left their pumps in the van during an event after being told it was safe and the driver was not able to ever get back to find us. After and hour of trying to meet up with him, we ended up walking over two blocks from the venue to meet up with our driver. After reaching out to management we were gaslit into believing it was our fault for not buying vip parking for the bus to be able to pick us up on the concert grounds - even though this was never communicated to us. Some small gestures or the slightest bit of communication would have been very much appreciated as we've never been to the venue and they self proclaimed they do business there frequently. read more

Ernest was super patient as my plans had changed a few times prior to booking. He was quick to respond and my driver was super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this company if you need transportation. read more

I was under the impression we were getting a Mercedes sprinter van. Clarify your vehicle. The space however was just fine. On one hand I appreciated the drivers pace at getting us from place to place but others in my party were talking for days about how fast he drove and how rough the ride was. The next day we had an even larger bus with a different driver and experienced the same thing, so maybe it's normal out there. The roads can be small, windy and rough. Bring Dramamine! read more

Everything went well. The pickup was perfect, needed an extra 10 min. So then no problem I ask a little earlier pick up tbecause I am disabled and sometimes, not able to move too fast! Pickup was flawless too. The best part was that even though I am handicapped I was not given a hard time about taking 10 extra minutes to get myself into the car! I also found their rates were the best of all the other limo places who replied to my request for a quote! I had used Uber a couple times. One guy was so rude when I had trouble getting myself to his car fast enough threatened to leave me. I had let him know I was physically challenged and I was travelling alone. He finally agreed to take me but drove me from Walnut Creek to SFO in a terrifying manner. I let Uber know, they refunded me the money but it wasn't about that. I have taken Limos for years (my last driver retired after 20 years). I was so traumatized I will never take another Uber to the airport and I have had anxiety attacks for the first times trying to take an Uber since! So you can imagine that this limo service has been an answer to my prayers and I will hopefully be able to have this wonderful limo service (they deserve their name definitely 5 stars!!) on all my future trips!! read more

I have been meaning to leave a review since May. I rented a limo for 10 kids to go from Half Moon Bay down to Santa Cruz for prom. This company was very professional and setting everything up. The driver arrived right on time-actually a little bit early. He was so nice about us taking so many pictures. He waited for the kids while they were at prom and brought everyone home right on time. The driver was responsible and very nice to the kids. They had a great time. The next day dispatch called to settle up the bill and I was so surprised at how reasonable the cost was! I will definitely be using this limo service again and will refer them to others!! read more

Hired them for a great Tesla Model S airport transfer service back into SF city from my winter holiday. Eduardo was patiently waiting while I was sorting out some luggage problems at SFO. Great deal and would use them again. read more

AMAZING, would 100% recommend! PROS: customer service, attentiveness, response time, flexible, transparent, timeliness, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, overall service.. CONS: none I can think of in the moment.. Family was taking a trip to SF. I messaged 5 different transportation services. 5 star CLS Manager replied within the hour. He provided great customer service and was very transparent with prices, recommendations. Even went so far as to suggest we would not necessarily need their services (since I said we were renting a car at the hotel) and suggested if we were already renting a car at the hotel, there were also car rentals available at the airport. I thought that was really awesome as other places probably wouldn't have said anything. I decided to reserve a SUV for 6 total people, with luggage and wheelchair (though he suggested i reserve a slightly bigger vehicle). I changed the reservation to the one he suggested about a week before the trip. They were EXTREMELY accommodating and nice about it. 1-2 days before the trip, half of the family got sick and couldn't make it. So I had to change back to the SUV. AGAIN, they were probably annoyed as heck, but did not seem it at all over the phone. Vehicles and car seats were very clean. Pick ups and drop offs were smooth, drivers very professional and had great communication. read more

Very responsive and very easy to work with. Ernest answered all of my questions quickly, and his quote was competitive. Eduardo, our driver, was awesome. He arrived early, was super patient, communicative and courteous, and took very good care of a bus-full of high schoolers going to prom. I really appreciated his kindness and calm, and he made the night extra special for the kids. Oh, and the sprinter van was beautiful, clean, modern and well cared for. Highly recommend! read more
