Their pricing was also much more affordable than other companies we looked at, so booking with them was an easy decision. We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. He even picked us up a little earlier than scheduled since our event ended ahead of time. Most importantly, he got us to and from our destination safely while making the ride fun and enjoyable. Thank you, Leland, for being such an amazing driver! And the bus was making a U-turn, from the lane that was 2nd from the left lane on Montague, which is illegal. Because of this, the bus basically stopped everyone at the intersection from moving. Plus, the bus was not able to make a U-turn at one try, and the driver needed to stop and back-up in the intersection before proceeding on Montague. As a result, cars on the Mission College could not move and wait for another green. I would not recommend anyone to use their bus service.
