Sharon was VERY communicative and was quick to respond to all my emails/texts. She made things REALLY easy for me; this made me feel comfortable bc I was not going to be on the actual ride and wanted to make sure my team was taken care of. And the bus was making a U-turn, from the lane that was 2nd from the left lane on Montague, which is illegal. Because of this, the bus basically stopped everyone at the intersection from moving. Plus, the bus was not able to make a U-turn at one try, and the driver needed to stop and back-up in the intersection before proceeding on Montague. As a result, cars on the Mission College could not move and wait for another green. I would not recommend anyone to use their bus service.
