We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead. Technically the driver got to the block at the exact minute of the reservation, but after that by the time she parked and came around to help us with bags. And the whole experience now is more like an Uber. Asked our name, asked if we were going to "the airport" (no specific terminal or flight. When we got to airport she guessed the wrong airline). The car was still nice so as an Uber it was a good ride, but at 3 times the price. But for a professional car service it was a quite a drop from what it used to be. Time to find a replacement.
