We had multiple stops and they followed us everywhere we went. We're on time and ready to be there when we needed to be picked up. It was amazing! read more

Used them again! had a great experience with Pleasant Limo! I originally booked them during Super Bowl weekend, and everything was smooth from start to finish. They picked me up from the airport, dropped me off at my hotel, and on game day I used them again, both rides were wonderful and always reliable. I've also used their service about a year ago and had the same great experience, so they've been consistently reliable. Professional drivers, on-time pickups, and stress-free transportation every time. I'll definitely keep using Pleasant Limo whenever I need a ride. Highly recommend! read more

One of my favorite parts of Pleasant Limo was how reliable they were. I told lots of folks "don't worry, they'll always be ready for you in advance no matter how early a pickup". And so they were. Seems things have changed. Technically the driver got to the block at the exact minute of the reservation, but after that by the time she parked and came around to help us with bags. And the whole experience now is more like an Uber. Asked our name, asked if we were going to "the airport" (no specific terminal or flight. When we got to airport she guessed the wrong airline). The car was still nice so as an Uber it was a good ride, but at 3 times the price. But for a professional car service it was a quite a drop from what it used to be. Time to find a replacement. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Pleasant Limo. They took care of me even after I booked last minute one day before my flight for SFO airport transportation. It was last minute because it was harder than I thought to find a reliable airport transportation service. It turned out great because I looked into Pleasant Limo's reviews on both Yelp and Google. I called in after I booked online for an airport pickup for a party of two to see if they had availability. They confirmed that I was good to go. Our driver, Bagi was professional, super friendly and he came early whenever he had to pick us up from the airport and from the hotel back to the airport. I highly recommend Pleasant Limo if you want a positive airport transportation experience! read more

I was looking for a car service to and from San Francisco Airport and our hotel in Napa Valley. After some research I decided on Pleasant Limo. From SFO our driver was Bagi. He was was on time, his vehicle was very clean, and he was nicely dressed. The service was very professional. On the return trip from Napa to SFO our driver was Gana. Again the service was excellent. If you need a car service in the San Francisco area I would highly recommend Pleasant Limo. read more

This is an updated review after being a loyal customer for Pleasant Limo for 10 years. I have never had any issues with them and their drivers all treat us like family for every trip. Jesus has been our driver on many occasions and he is always prompt, courteous, and goes out of his way to make us super comfortable. I love this family-owned business and will always use them for our rides to/from the airport. read more

Great reliable service and responsiveness. Website provides for easy booking. Clean vehicles.

Driver was pleasant and on time. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

It was my first time using this service, and based on some great Yelp reviews, my expectations were high. I'm glad I wasn't disappointed! I booked it for a trip from our home to SFO because we wanted at 4:45am pickup to make a very early flight more tolerable. I was sick of calling taxis at that time, wondering if the dispatcher was sleeping or what sort of cab would show up at that hour. The Pleasant Limo driver showed up on time (even early, actually) and he was polite, professional, and the car was clean and beautiful. The ride was a breeze and took the stress out of the whole experience. I would totally use them again! read more

I just tried this service, using the fixed price offer thru Yelp. Driver arrived early, and was very courteous and helpful. The car they sent (an Escalade) was clean and comfortable. Nice and stress-free ride to the airport. Will definitely use this service again. read more

Shuttle service at its best! Upon booking my trip to San Francisco I knew I wasn't renting a car. Yelp really helped me out finding a reputable car service to and from the airport. You can book online or call to make your reservation. They have lots of options as far as cars and limos. Since it was just the two of us, a limo wasn't necessary. When arriving in SFO, they just need a quick call to let them know which number door you are waiting by. The suv was there within minutes. Our driver was very friendly and professional. There is also bottled water waiting for you inside. Since it was reliable picking up from the airport, I reserved a ride back. Our driver was at the hotel at our exact reservation time. He made sure the car temperature was good for us. It was definitely pleasant and would always recommend using them when in the area. read more

The five star reviews are real. I was suspicious of all the five star reviews on Yelp, but took a chance on them anyway. We used them twice. Once for a pickup at the Amtrak station in Emeryville and the second from the hotel in SF at 4:30 AM (yawn) for an early flight at SFO. The service was excellent! Superb, actually. Both times. They sent me text messages to keep me posted on pickup times, then another text to tell me the driver was already at the train station. Both times the driver was waiting for us, handled all our luggage without being asked, was professional, courteous, did not chat our ears off, and drove safely in a clean Cadillac Escalade. My only minor negative is that no bottles of water were offered to us. Not sure if this is supposed to be provided or at the option of the driver. But this is a very minor point. I highly recommend Pleasant Limo. I will definitely use them on all future trips to the area. read more

I set up rides to and from the airport (SFO) for my 90-year-old father. I live in another state and was worried about some of his mobility problems. After screening a number of limo services and speaking to representatives, I decided on Pleasant Limo. Am I glad I did! They are totally professional and reliable. I was able to communicate with them via phone, email and text. My father liked the drivers and found the cars clean and luxurious. When my father's return flight was cancelled and rescheduled, they accommodated the change seamlessly. They were perfectly on time. The company's fees are very reasonable and cover gratuities. I received paid receipts by email. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. read more

I've been using Pleasant Limo for about eight years now. Prior to finding them I had used several other limo companies. I became frustrated with the other companies for their lack of timeliness and spotty condition of their vehicles. One car broke down in my driveway, another failed to show up at my wedding (my wife arrived in a yellow cab to our outdoor ceremony...) Needless to say, Pleasant limo has been nothing but perfect since I've been using them. They are ALWAYS on time and they have an extremely clean and new fleet of vehicles (Tesla, Mercedes, etc...). I wouldn't consider using another provider. read more

Used the service of Pleasant Limo and our driver was Elvin and he Rocked!!! Elvin was not on time but early for our pick up. He had excellent customer service and very easy to talk with and if we could have utilized his service for the time we were in SF it would have been Lovely. However, I know any other time we are in SF and require car service he will be the person we seek out. read more

I have been using their service since the pandemic. Alta and her husband have completely reshaped my experience with airport transportation. It is always a pleasant ride from Emeryville to SFO. With their laidback and down-to-earth personalities, your journey is always off to a great start. I highly recommend their impeccable and customer-oriented limo service to anyone with high expectations! You will not get disappointed AT ALL!! read more

I booked 13 trips with Pleasant Limo for an event I was managing in SF last month and let me just say- they are the greatest! From the beginning, I sent over all the names, flight times, and arrival info, within 24 hours I had confirmations for all the trips and could access them to make changes online. The only downside- their online system only works on certain browsers. However, everything else was A+ service! I was impressed with how easy it was to book with them and how accommodating they were to any changes. I loved that they knew when to contact all my guests the second they landed- even with massive flight delays, they were always on top of the new times before I even called. All of my guests had a great experience with their rides picking them up on time and being courteous to help them with their luggage. Their cars are clean, spacious and the drivers were ALWAYS friendly- even when picking up guests at 3:30am. I would definitely recommend using them! read more

Used this service early in the month.... extremely impressed! We came into San Francisco airport just before 11pm and were concerned about finding the driver. The communication with the driver was excellent and we found him with no problem. He immediately got the doors opened and loaded our luggage. We enjoyed conversing with the driver... he was very pleasant, friendly, helpful with recommendations and.... A GOOD DRIVER! We would absolutely use Pleasant Limo should we visit the area again! Definitely pleased with our experience. Lori C. and Mike C. read more

I'm typing this while waiting for the driver. It's not the first time they're late. They're always late. We've used them 10 or so times, the first 3-4x were perfect after that we've been constantly annoyed with them, with one major issue where they showed up 30 minutes late and failed to communicate. I have to add that they recovered this incident in a very professional way afterwards (we drove to our destination, sfo, and they returned our car to our house), which I thought was a recovery that showed that they care. None the less, after that it is hard to rely on them blindly. However, the cars are new, well maintained and clean, the drivers are really friendly and professional, safe drivers. I would like to rate them 5 stars, but the waiting and the uncertainty based on past experience makes it hard to justify 5, and let's be honest, should be pushing the rating down to 3 stars, but I value their professionalism, and safe drivers, hence 4. Because of their drivers and their cars, I am recommending them to you, yelper, and will just hope they have punctuality as their new years' resolution. read more

When I was younger...I used Supershuttle for my SFO transportation needs. When I older, but didn't know better,...I used taxi's. When I became busier and working to a schedule...I started using car services. When I absolutely needed on-time reliability, easy booking, and a professional staff...I started using Pleasant Limo. There will be no more evolution of my SFO transportation needs.* *unless I can just beam there...and, in that case, I could probably just beam to wherever it is I am going, thus rendering SFO obsolete. read more

I must declare it was the best it was quite an experiece booking a limo going to a club. Good service and reliable

Picked them based on the positive reviews. If I could give them six stars I would. My wife and daughter were on a flight to SFO when the Asiana crash happened. They ended up in San Jose. Contacted Pleasant and they promptly diverted the pick up and dropped them off in San Francisco at their hotel. Used them twice again on the way out as my wife and daughter took different flights out with the same perfect results. Their reservation form online is very simple and precise. Someone responds promptly with a confirmation. read more

No idea why the one person couldn't figure out the pricing and called them shady. Just start a reservation and it's right there as you book on their secure website. Seems like user error. If you have to be somewhere like the airport at a specific time scheduling a ride share doesn't mean they will come. It just triggers the app to send a request. And if they do come you are going on the freeway with someone who may be a horrible driver. Or not know how to get to the airport without their phone. I always use Pleasant Limo. YEARS now and it's consistently the same. Nice people driving who are professionals and safe. Edwin is one of my regular guys and he's the best. Just do the safe and reliable thing and use these guys. Drop offs and pickups at SFO are so easy. Texting to communicate and you can book online. They send reminders. I mess up the scheduling now and then and they fix it. So awesome. Highly recommend. read more

After three bad experiences with SuperShuttle, I started looking for an alternative way to get to SFO. I have used Pleasant Limo for my last four trips and they are always on-time for my pick-up, completely reliable, competitively priced and the drivers are always extremely professional. It's the only car service I use now to/from SFO. Highly recommended! read more

I called Pleasant Limo to pick up my aging, disabled parents from SFO and take them to their motel in Cow Hollow. The man who helped me make the reservation on the phone was patient and understanding. He noted on the reservation that my parents may need some extra time getting out of the airport, which was really thoughtful. The driver met my parents, helped them with luggage, got them VERY comfortably to their motel. And they did it all in reverse, taking them back to SFO at the end of their stay. And how much more is it than a cab you have to wait in line for (and may or may not show up when you call)? Hardly any! I'm going to start calling Pleasant Limo when we have to go to the airport. Great, great, great service! read more

Dear Pleasant Limo, Thank you for making it possible for me to be in an almost 3 year, long-distance, cross-country relationship as a medical resident. When I was missing my girlfriend, anxiously awaiting the end of my 28-day stretch of continuous days dodging sick children and anxious parents, you brought her back from the airport into my arms since I don't own a car. When I was cursing my life decisions because I only had a 40 hour period once a month to spend with the person I care most about, you made it easy for us to make the most out of our time together by letting us avoid a 2 hr BART ride or 4 hr supershuttle epic saga across the city. You always show up exactly when I need you. You have never EVER been late or made me worry that I would miss a flight. Your drivers look spiffy and know just when I want to make conversation and when I want to be left alone. You understood when I got royally screwed over by the airline due to flight delays and had to make some changes to the plan. You charged a reasonable rate that I could afford. And after the taxicabs drove up their prices, you were cheaper than taking a taxi back cause you didn't bring me all over the Haight late at night when you thought I wasn't looking. You wouldn't do that to me. If you weren't a company, and I wasn't in a serious relationship, I would think you were the one I've always wanted and just never realized how much I needed until now. But she's finally moving in with me next month. I'll be sure to send you a wedding announcement. Love from the both of us, Teresa and Danielle read more

I have this thing about Ubering at night in a town that I am unfamiliar with. A five minute trip across town? Sure! But someone picking me up from the airport at 11pm, in a town I don't know, in the dark really freaks me out. What if they just whisk me away to never never land? No thank you! Thus I always use a car service with a great Yelp reviews so that I can have peace of heart knowing I am in trusted vehicle with trusted drivers. On top of that Ubers sometimes have a super stench, and my pregnancy nose CAN NOT handle anyone's lack of hygiene right now! So I found Pleasant Limo LLC. The booking process was easy and over the phone, with a CC to hold my reservation. They texted me to keep me updated on their where abouts at all times. Both my inbound and outbound drivers were on time, courteous and super professional. The cars were clean, and smelled just like...car! (thank god). My driver even stopped for me at a Starbucks on my early morning trip back to the airport Both cars sported big GPS systems so that neither driver had to play on their phone while navigating crazy SF traffic...thank you! I love getting home alive to my kids! My price was $57 dollars. I would assume to get a non-ride share Uber in SF, you're looking at roughly the same price! I would highly recommend this company and their drivers for you transportation needs while in San Fransisco! read more

I hired Pleasant Limo to surprise my wife for Valentines day. Lets just say it worked!! They coordinated the pickup wonderfully, via email phone and even text (which helped with the surprise part). I used Pleasant Limo to go from SFO to my hotel in the City and back to the airport a few days later. The price was very reasonable and the drivers were there early both times. At the airport I got a text asking if I had landed and I was able to text the driver back to let him know what door I'd be coming out of. He was there two minutes later. The cars were very comfortable and the drivers were pleasant. I will definitely use them again when I am in the Bay Area! read more

We used Pleasant Limo to secure 2 limousines for our wedding in San Francisco. Everything went smooth. The limos were nice, clean, new models and the drivers were very patient, professional, and most importantly on your wedding day, they were on time. Of course, the bridesmaids and I were running late, and the limo driver called us to let us know he had arrived, and not to worry or rush, that he would be waiting outside when we were ready. That is SUCH a nice thing to hear as a panicky bride on your wedding day! The driver helped me and my big poofy dress get in the limo and whisked me away to my wedding. We ended up running over on our reservation time, and although of course, we were charged for going over time, they were nice about it and never once made us feel rushed. A bonus- you got complimentary champagne in the limo... very necessary to get those wedding day jitters to calm down on your ride to your big moment! read more

This is the first positive review I have ever written on YELP. To be clear, IT IS TRULY DESERVED. I travel very often. For the past three years I have been using Pleasant Limo at least once a week (lately 2 and 3 times). They are ALWAYS 1. On time 2. Professional 3. Use new and spacious cars 4. That has never happened with these folks and I STRONGLY encourage anyone interested in reliable and professional transportation to use Pleasant Limo! read more

i have used their services Several times and they have always been professional and on time. I have mainly used their services in San Francisco all the way to Los Altos and Almaden Valley both were round trips. they were patient and safe despite the horrible drivers on the road. we were picked up from the Hyatt Regency and had lunch in the city and we felt comfortable that our driver was very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas even with road closures because of the blue Angels. They have reasonable prices for round-trip Car Service and I will use them again in the city. read more

I love this car service. They are the friendliest, most professional group of people. The cars are always immaculate and spacious. Okay, I need to update the review below - I just got picked up this morning (on time again, of course) and talked to the driver. It seems that he had to institute the 20% tipping suggestion (it's not actually added to the total automatically on the cc slip) since people were tipping like $2 on a $38 fare at 4:00 a.m. in the morning. That's pretty dirty. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Having used Pleasant Limo several times already, I was prepared to give them a 5 star review as they've always been on time and gotten me to the airport with time to spare before my flight. I have to dock one star with their new reservation service though - now you need to give your credit card info in order to make a reservation. I wouldn't have a problem with that if it discourages flaky people from "forgetting" to cancel their reservation; however, when I checked my confirmation email, the "Total Due" amount included a 20% Standard Gratuity amount - WTF? I've always tipped over 20% since their service is great, but shouldn't I have the option to tip what I feel is appropriate after the service is provided? Anyway, I hope this standard tip does not affect the level of service. I'll still keep using Pleasant Limo. read more
