Reserved a stretch limo for our wedding day. Staff here were so helpful and friendly during this process. It was extremely easy to set times up and coordinating was a breeze. On the day of the wedding 'Joe' arrived 45 minutes earlier than was scheduled/needed, which was truly a blessing on our special day. Joe was so great and did an incredible job!!!! I would recommend Peninsula Limo and Joe for any event!! read more

We had two rides. One to SFO and the other home from SFO. The first ride was lovely. Nice, helpful driver, smooth ride, not too fast, not too slow, extremely clean vehicle. The second ride was not OK. The driver was rude, selfish, and generally not fit for this type of work. I had to call the company during the ride, to get the window lock turned off. A 50% positive rate for the driver isn't good enough to return. read more

We used their service few times and we had great experiences ! They were always on time, attentive, helpful and professional. Cars were clean and smells good ! We will definitely use their service again and recommend it to anybody who wants limo service! read more

We hired a limo service for our Napa wine tasting for 12hours! Price was very reasonable and service was top notch. The reservation was at 9am from our Hotel in SF but our driver was already outside 15 minutes earlier and we have been notified via text message Very nice clean new SUV was waiting for us with bottled of waters. Our driver was super courteous and friendly! Thank You Peninsula limo for providing us a wonderful day in Napa! read more

Very punctual and very professional. They are highly responsive to email and managing logistics.

Needed a private driver last minute for my wedding. They were able to accommodate the day before and are really fast at replying to you. George was really helpful for all the requests we were making throughout the drive. Couldn't have asked for a better service. read more

UPDATE TO MY LAST REVIEW We used Peninsula Limo for our family of 6 years ago when we needed a ride to the airport - before Covid. I was blown away that I could text at a crazy hour and someone actually responded. Needless to say, they were so impressive then, I contacted them again for our trip two weeks ago. Another family of 6 trip to the airport. They give lightening speed response time; confirmations sent immediately, even after adjusting our pick up time; crazy clean SUVs and super friendly drivers. I booked them for our way to the airport and pre-booked for when we returned. Prior to our landing, they stayed in contact with me with directions of where to meet. It was perfect. Just perfect. I can not recommend this company enough. read more

We have hired Peninsula Limo for our girls trip from New York, and it was an amazing experience with their chauffeur service. They recommended great wineries and provided professional service. The drivers were always on time and exceptional. Highly recommended! read more

I have been using Peninsula Limo/Transportation Company for months to drive me to cancer appointments in San Francisco. They confirm appointments, send reminders, always show up on time, can be tracked and are the least expensive with above superior service. Michelle, my favorite and most frequent driver. She is a master in San Francisco, alternates routes to keep me on time, has THE BEST attitude, knowledge and caring service I've ever received. Ok, driver Al is pretty awesome as well! Excellent job Peninsula Limo! read more

It's nearly impossible to get a Lyft or Uber in half moon bay. But these guys always come out on time and ready to take us to the airport. It's a little more expensive than a Lyft would be. But it's worth a lot knowing that our ride will be there an we won't miss our flight! read more

This was my first time using them. I still gave them 5 stars, even tho they brought the wrong car! I can't step up into a SUV, and made sure I ordered a SEDAN, but a SUV arrived instead. Within 30 minutes, a beautiful sedan showed up, and the 3 of us were on our way to SF to see Moulin Rouge and out to dinner at the Iron Gate after. Peninsula Limo provides great communication reminders, and a link to track your driver's arrival. Our chauffeur, Gary, was amazing to us. So helpful, kind, and professional. Made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We all laughed, and had an amazing full day. I will definitely use Peninsula Limo again. Thanks Gary for being so helpful to us! read more

Peninsula Limo - Gary and our beautiful Lincoln Sedan - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Burlingame, California

Peninsula Limousine, namely "Al", was great. Al picked my Brother & myself up on Saturday, 10/22/22 on a timely basis. He had a smile on his face, was cordial & polite, opening the Limo doors for us. The drive was smooth, as he has great driving skills. We were very comfortable in the back seat & there was a bottle of water for us both. We are both fairly tall, especially my Brother & there was lots of leg room. From South San Francisco to Rengstorff House in Mountain View was a speedy, smooth ride of about 35 minutes. read more

I've used several limo companies in the past for business and pleasure. And nothing compares to the A+++ service, the professionalism of the drivers, the cleanliness of their vehicles, and the "stress free" communication Peninsula Limo delivers each and every time. I honestly will NOT use any other limo service other than Peninsula Limo. They are better than most! Thank you Peninsula Limo for always making me and my family feel safe and stress free on the road. read more

We used Peninsula limo back in April. They were punctual, professional, and got us to the airport early which was great! The cars are clean and spacious and our driver was lovely. Again, very professional. We'll definitely be using them again! read more

After some less than good experiences with Uber getting to SFO in a timely manner, I've exclusively used this service. Great company. Quick to reply, driver texts passenger so time of arrival is expected. Always on time which is terrific. Also, they do monitor the flight departure time and the traffic and will make adjustments as needed (usually for early morning weekend flights, it's to push back the pick up time.) Service is reasonably priced and every driver is stellar. As a passenger, you never have to ask yourself 1. how long the driver has been licensed; 2. if it wouldn't be quicker to stop on the freeway and walk with the luggage to SFO because the driver is going below the posted speed limit in the passing lane; 3. if the driver can watch the road instead of turning around to talk. (All real life experiences with Uber.) read more

Great service. They send email confirmations of your ride appointment, then a reminder a day and one hour before, then a text message with a live map of your driver's progress. Good drivers, friendly and safe but quick. read more

Used the service more than four times over the last year and our experience has been uniformly positive. Cars are in very good condition, comfortable and clean. Drivers are always courteous, helpful, patient when they have to wait longer than the scheduled time, and always arrive on time. Company customer service answered our questions fully at the time of booking and provided prompt and satisfying service. We recommend it strongly. read more

We will definitely book Peninsula Limo again. We booked a party bus with Peninsula Limo for an event, and had a ton of complications, stops, and uncertainties in our itinerary. They were incredibly accommodating and worked with us to find a solution. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the bus. But even that was seamless! They canceled it cheerfully and easily within moments of my email. I so appreciated the ease of the whole experience that we will definitely use them again! read more

I've now used Peninsula Limo for four 1+-hour rides. Communication before, during and after rides was excellent. Rates were fair. Drivers were professional, articulate, courteous, detail-oriented and thorough. The vehicles were immaculate and luxurious. I felt comfortable socially too, not feeling forced to chat--and yet able to communicate as needed. I also felt safe; drivers wore masks; the vehicle was roomy and always well ventilated. I thank them and will use them again. read more

Amazing limo service!!!!! On time and great communication Our driver George was super reliable and attentive SUV and executive sedan super clean and very high class I'm definitely always using them when I travel to the Bay read more

First time I used them- to and from SFO. Love their online reservation system- they confirm by email, then send a reminder email one day before the trip, and then text messages minutes before the driver arrives. Gave me peace of mind that all was going to go well. Also find the price is a good value. Vehicles were very nice, and the drivers courteous. Will definitely use them in the future. read more

We had wonderful service with Peninsula Limo! Our driver Kenneth was amazing - so personable, nice, and professional. And he stayed calm & collected despite the horrible traffic and street closures that we encountered on our way to the restaurant. From the time I made the booking to the end of our event, we felt confident in the service and received very clear and detailed information along the way. We will definitely use Peninsula Limo in the future! read more

THANK YOU PENINSULA LIMO!! I had a medical procedure at a hospital in the city and needed a ride once it was over. Normally, the hospitals recommend medical transports but because I couldn't book one with short notice, I searched yelp for the most reasonably priced transportation I could and happened upon Peninsula Limo. First of all, the booking system was a breeze, both online and over the phone. I called with a question and there was no answer so I just hung up. Then within a minute, I received a call back from Peninsula Limo returning the missed call (even though I never left a message!) I was pretty impressed. The person on the line was very helpful and confirmed the cost amount for the transport. I didn't make the reservation that day, but I told her I would do it the following day online. I made the reservation online using the very easy system, and got my confirmations. I also got a second confirmation indicating I got a discount! I was super pleased. Day of the procedure I was told that my transport needed to call to notify the hospital when they've arrived. I notified Peninsula Limo of the number who then gave it to my driver. And sure enough within 20 minutes (40 minutes before my scheduled pick up time) the driver called the hospital to inform them that they were on the way. The driver was on time, the car was immaculate (a Navigator) and it was clean and even had water and candies for me on the ride. He was very professional and courteous and the ride was so fast and smooth. As I mentioned to the driver, if I could use the service all the time to go to commute to and from work I would. But because I don't have the cash flow to make that happen I just know that I will continue to use them in the future for any special transport needs. Thank you all again for your help, your fare transparency and your courteous and professionalism! read more

As someone else mentioned if I could give 10 stars to these folks I would. We were sitting on the tarmac yesterday at Newark airport, with the first officer coming on every half hour or so to talk about some other delay. Although we often use BART or sometimes Lyft or Uber to come home from the airport, I thought in this case given that we would get in a couple of hours after I planned arrival time I splurge for a limo service. I checked Yelp I saw that Peninsula limo had very high marks and several recent Five star reviews, So I booked with their online app. Little did I know there are two hour delay would turn into an almost 7 hour delay - and all the while peninsula limo kept up with me via text and email. I hope the request to a meet and greet knowing we'd be exhausted, and at 1:30 AM Pat, our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim. Not only was he there with a smile, but he grabbed all her luggage and carried it to his SUV. He was an excellent driver - calm and knowledgeable - and helped us get the luggage inside our gate when we arrive. I can't tell you what a difference this made to our lives - we had two hungry cats waiting for us, had been sitting on the plane for almost 14 hours between the delays and the trip itself, But the care and concern peninsula limo showed for us given all of our changes made our arrival home much smoother than we could've ever expected. I know who I'm going to be using for airport transport from now on! read more

I was super nervous because I needed to get picked up from a burial service and get on a flight that took off an hour later. The driver came early, was great with communication, and they even sent me a link to an app to track the driver's location. Everything went smoothly. Also when I reached out initially they were very responsive with their emails. read more

My wife and our family used Peninsula Limo last week to take us to the airport, and pick us up from the airport upon our return. Since we had six people, with two pieces of luggage each, we needed a company that could handle that. Each trip we were picked up well before 6 AM from our home and from the airport. The drivers were very professional, courteous and most important, punctual. They insisted on loading the back of their SUV without our help. Both drivers were very friendly. In conclusion, if I could give them 10 stars, I would. In the future, we will not use anyone else. read more

Al was early, waited patiently, offered me a water, helped with my very heavy suitcase, and got me to the airport on time and not stressed. And, the most important part is, I needed an early morning pickup whom I could trust - 5:15 am. I've used several airport shuttle services and Peninsula Limo is by far the best value and best service. read more

I used Peninsula Limo for my early departure and late return to and from the airport. Very reliable both ways, their service gave me a lot of peace of mind, I will use them again. I particularly liked the fact that they have carseats available and already installed for my young toddler! read more

If you live on the peninsula, this is THE private car or airport transportation for you! I've used this company for transportation to and from SFO from the San Carlos/RWC area. Definitely the most reasonably priced quote I received. Had the opportunity to meet the owner on our outgoing trip. Very personable and friendly. He was prompt and assisted with our luggage. The vehicles they have are very clean, air conditioned and they provide water to drink. Our home bound driver was also personable and prompt. You can text any changes or questions and the response time is very quick. I highly recommend peninsula limo! We will be repeat customers for sure. read more

Here's an addition to my earlier great review below. Talk about great service: I was in NYC and my phone froze up just before my flight to SFO. I sent Peninsula Limo an email from my computer thinking that I would find a pay phone to call them when I arrived--but they wouldn't be able to call or text me. (I usually meet up at the curb.) Of course, there are no pay phones in airports anymore. BUT, as I went down to baggage claim, I heard someone call my name. The Peninsula Limo driver had parked in the garage and was waiting for me at the terminal!! There was no extra charge for this super considerate service. Prior review: These folks are fabulous. Completely on time. Very courteous. Very helpful. Immaculate cars. You may even end up with the Mercedes 550 despite having ordered a less expensive ride. Our house is a bit challenging to find but they had no problem. They were exceedingly nice to my wife and daughter when they recently took a trip. read more

I have never hired a limo service before, but I needed a driver to pick up my elderly parents at SFO with a large vehicle and bring them to a hotel in Los Gatos. My parents move slowly, and they arrived with four full sized suitcases and a large carry-on, so they needed a large SUV and a lot of help. I asked for the "meet & greet" service so that someone could find them indoors and help them. Setting up the service was so easy, they even ask for the flight number and the airline in case it is early or late. The online limo reservation, I think, didn't mention meet and greet at first, but I added it over the phone, and sure enough, they emailed me a confirmation within a few minutes with the new details added (minimal extra cost). My parents' flight arrived a full hour early, and the driver, Allen, was still there to greet them and help them right on time, sharply dressed and ready to go. I was so impressed that even at the hotel, instead of just bringing the bags to the check-in desk, he stayed and brought the suitcases all the way to their room, and no extra charge, just a big smile all the way. We were all the more impressed with his service during this difficult time in the COVID pandemic, and the vehicle was perfect too. Allen was so gracious and kind to my parents the whole trip, a real gentleman. read more

This was our first experience with this limo service and we could not have been more pleased. Our driver was right on time to pick us up at our home very early on a Sunday morning and drop us off at SFO. He was very professional. The limo itself was comfortable and clean. We will plan to use Peninsula Limo whenever we need a limo service from now on. read more
