We booked this bus for prom pretty last minute. Austin was extreme helpful and understanding during the booking process. Everything went smoothly and our driver, Jorge was awesome. He accommodated to everything we needed and was easily reached with a quick phone call. The reason why I am leaving a 4 star is because the Bluetooth did not work. When we first got on the bus, we tried connecting it and it didn't work. Jorge ended up FaceTiming someone to ask how to do it. The guy over the phone was not very helpful and was acting like Jorge and I were doing something wrong when we were doing exactly as he was saying. We ended up starting our first drive with no music. I couldn't be happier with this service. This trip to OAK + SF was the first time using the hybrid airport transport service. When I arrive in OAK with a companion, I usually take a cab to the BART station, and then make my way to the city. Given that I was flying solo and arriving late at night, I wanted to make sure that I arrived to the city safely. Yelp pointed me in the right direction with Limo 5 Star! I booked the day before I arrived. I made phone reservations and prepaid in advance. I was told that a driver would be tracking my flight and would text and call me upon landing. Sure enough, when I switched my phone from airplane mode to normal, I received a text from my driver Jan that he was at the airport and to text him when I had my luggage and was ready to leave. He called to confirm a curbside pickup point and told me that he would be in a black Camry. Everything went smoothly. In the car, there's bottled water waiting for you. Dropoff at my friend's apartment in the city was not a problem. Jan already had the destination address in his GPS. I was so impressed with this service that I booked Limo 5 Star for my return trip to the airport. To my surprise, I had the same driver, Jan! Just like before, he was right on time and called me when he was outside the apartment so that I did not have to wait curbside in the cold. I called to book only to be told this is not true and that it's 25 miles with 94116. They would not honor what they posted on livingsocial! *** first of all I did call your company and it was stated that I could not be picked up in the Livermore/pleasanton/Dublin area and it's because of bridge tolls and cleaning fees. There is a good reason that they are 5 stars from mostly everyone. On a recent trip back to the East cost, I called L5S because the limo service I used in the past is no longer servicing my area. I called these people for the first time a few days before needing a ride from San Ramon to the San Francisco airport. They quoted a very good price (better than most others. Right on time, they show up at the house in a new, clean, high end town car and the trip to the airport was pleasant. On our return trip, a driver was patiently waiting in the cell phone call area and ready to pick us up. Again the ride was great and both drivers were very professional. We purchased the $120 for 4 hour limo ride on livingsocial for our napa trip. We had such a great time that we had to extend for another hour! Gratuity + fees was about $87 and each additional hour was $110 (everything included). Our driver, Sunny (?), was punctual and friendly. He took us to our destinations and was always ready whenever we called for pickup. Ernesto, the sales manager, was also easy to talk to when we had to book this trip. Everything went smoothly and I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any events! They also had a bottle of sparkling wine for us in the limo =) They also give you a 15 minute grace period in case there's traffic so you don't get charged for a whole hour if you're 5 minutes late coming back. Lately it the service/reliability has dropped off. My business has a corporate account and has had issues with the last 3 of 3 reservations. The latest was last week. Had a reservation for 11:00OM, for which I received a confirmation email. However, the car hadn't arrived by 11:15 so I called to check status. Was told somehow the reso didn't hit their system and that they had no drivers available. They offered no solution (what about sending an Uber and covering the charge?). So, now 20 minutes after the car should have been at my house I was left scrambling to find a solution. Nice people and good prices, but we are pulling our business. read more

I was cold and wet and you were the guy who was supposed to make this adventure safe, dry and NOT charge me more than I paid for the ride to the airport. We used Limo 5 Star for a recent trip to Napa. In the beginning, it seemed that everything was arranged with no problems. However, the problems began when that day and have continued ever since. I'm sure they do well for short drives to the airport but when driving for hours in Napa, they lack. Our driver was pleasant and courteous but we were all girls with heels. Since they gave us an SUV, we had to repeatedly ask for him to help us out of the car (once or twice is understandable but it got old really fast). Then, when we knew the correct route, he would unfortunately not pay attention, having to then turn around and wait in a large pile of cars to get back on the right road, making us late for time frames. In my opinion, this blame cannot be solely on the driver but also on those that trained him. When we got back to the hotel (15 minutes late), the company tried to charge us for 2 hours! When we called to get the problem resolved, the driver got back in the car and tried to leave without anything being resolved! This is the beginning of where it went super downhill. I have been cc'd on the various emails that Sunny the manager sent since he was trying to threaten to post video posting (which is actually against the law unless the people in it consent to it). When we figured that matter was done, they tried to double charge us! It is completely unprofessional for a company to do these things. I understand there were some mishaps that happened on this trip and I was willing to not say anything figuring that the company would resolve it maturely. However, after all that occurred, I felt it necessary to write this review. Limo 5 Star, you could have been classier about this but took it there. This make 5 Star Limo a 1 star. read more

Our driver was 30 minutes late to take us to SFO. We had to call several times to find out where he was, and the driver made up various excuses about his GPS not working. We live five minutes (and only three turns) off the freeway, so it's not exactly rocket science. To the driver's credit, he took $30 off the fare, but it's not a worthwhile tradeoff if it means you're going to miss your flight. To cap it off, when I asked for a receipt, the driver said he couldn't give me one, but could mail one to me. Seriously? -update #1- Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, it does. The owner just called (my cell phone!) and harassed me about my Yelp review, claiming that I was 10 minutes late (to my own house?). In fact, his driver was the one who was 30 minutes late for the pickup, and my wife and I were ready and waiting when he arrived. The owner's reply: the driver couldn't have been late because he was on the phone with me trying to figure out how to get to my house. This makes no sense, and is basically an admission that he was in fact late. Super late pickup + calling my cell afterward to blame me about it = double not cool -update #2- Just got yet another email from the business (at least the third), this time claiming that google maps doesn't show the right directions to my house--even though it does. I found Limo 5 Star on Yelp and pre-booked with them to pick me up at the SFO airport and take me to my hotel downtown. I had selected their service because they offer infant and toddler car seats. Their rates were reasonable and were less expensive than another company I had found on Yelp. The driver picked me up on time and was polite and professional. The Camry was clean. Great experience. I re-booked with them for my trip back to the airport a few days later. They were very accommodating in changing my pickup time when I learned that my flight was going to be delayed. They sent a different driver from my first trip. John was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him. He did make a wrong turn after arriving at the airport and had to circle back around. He said he doesn't drive to the airport that often, and apologized. It was not a big deal, and I still arrived with plenty of time for my flight. He provided bottled water, which was a nice touch. The hybrid car was clean. I felt that the price I paid was a very good value and would use this company again when I return to SF in a couple months.
