Their website is very well done, accurate and informative and as far as I'm concerned, they are the best and most upfront Limo Service in the Bay. A few of us were in Sonoma this past weekend for a conference and decided to visit some wineries in Napa. We booked a SUV because we had 6 people and needed a whole day. (10am-6pm) I first made the reservation online (with multiple destinations) and Sam texted back with additional questions and details. He was super responsive and helpful because I had many questions!! On the day of our car reservation, our driver was Basle. I have to give him the biggest shout out here because he was amazing, wonderful, above and beyond!! He was a great driver and very sociable. SF City Limo specializes in providing Limousine and Car service in the San Francisco Bay Area and Napa Valley. We have been providing limousine and car airport transportation for many years. Our fleet consist of late model premium Sedan, SUV, luxury Sedan, Luxury SUV, Mercedes Sprinter Van and motor coach buses. We provide Airport transfers and “Gate Meet & Greet” service for most Airports here in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are CPUC licensed and insured endorsed by SFO International Airport, Signature Flight SFO. Recently I traveled to Montreal from San Francisco (and back) and needed help getting to/from the airport and into the hands of the Air Canada assistants who assist disabled passengers. I was worried about getting my suitcase down two flights of stairs at home here and then into the airport. I emailed SF City Limo and connected with Sam (the same knowledgeable dispatcher I've talked to in the past) and, not only did he remember me, he assured me he'd send someone able to help with the suitcase. At 4:30 a.m. Omar arrived at my door, WIDE AWAKE and ready to assist me on my journey - what a relief! When I returned, driver Ray, was waiting to make sure I got home and bring the suitcase back up the stairs! I have used SF City Limo on a couple of important occasions. Last Christmas, my sisters and I took a limo to an event in Redwood City, Amir was our driver, we asked him to wait for us for a couple of hours and then bring us home again (which he cheerfully did) and, in May of this year, when my brother and his girlfriend came to visit from Vancouver Island, we asked SF City Limo to take us around to see the sights - that was an awesome day trip orchestrated by Amir (I learned things about SF that I've been erroneously telling people all these years - like where the "Full House" house really is!) - our tour included stopping at the ice cream store in Sausalito! (every visitor to SF has to go over the Golden Gate Bridge!) Here's some important "inside information" - Amir knew where all the bathrooms were so Carol and I felt comfortable all day long! I truly can't recommend SF City Limo highly enough...they deserve many more than the 5 stars allotted above! The drivers are professional and good natured, and seem genuinely interested in making my trips as easy and safe as possible. I feel very spoiled when I ride with them and can't wait for the next occasion to call them! read more

From my initial online inquiry to the driver, everything was seamless and excellent. I tend to ask many questions, but Sophia and Sarah promptly and patiently replied to them all. When I called on site in San Francisco with yet another question, another staff member replied immediately. On our day of travel we received a text ahead of time with the driver info. The driver, who was very pleasant and professional, was waiting for us 25 minutes ahead of schedule. SF Limo is truly a 24 hour operation, always ready to serve. I have used SF Limo for three transfer over the past two months and they will be my go-to provider for car service during future visits to the Bay Area. Their cars are immaculate and comfortable. Their drivers are very friendly and helpful. They are always early for pickups so they are ready to go at the contracted time. They communicate with their customers clearly and promptly - I particularly like that they give you a number for sending text messages and inquiries and they respond quickly when texting with them. Lastly, they are very cost competitive with other services. I much prefer them over Uber and Lyft when driving long distances and/or reliability is essential. I highly recommend SF Limo. read more

I don't think that I've ever dealt with a car service that was more courteous and more accommodating than they are. With less than one days notice...on 3 occasions...they were able to get me to and from the airport and they always made me feel like I had been a long-time customer. It was easy to recommend them to a family member with the confidence that they would get the same treatment. I also requested the same driver (Amer) each time! He is a gem! Kudos to you!! SF City Limo took personal interest and was so helpful from the minute I inquired about a private tour of Napa to the moment Cesar dropped us off back at the hotel. When I inquired, the texts weren't working on my end bc I was flying, and Aamer reached out to me from his personal number just to make sure I could get a (very reasonable) quote in time to make plans. We had a perfect day and trip to Napa that was better than the larger tours for basically a similar price. Cesar helped us stop at special landmarks for pics and still delivered us to our appointments on time. The communication here is top notch. read more

Booked SF City Limo for a 10 person group transport from our hotel in Napa back to SFO. The driver arrived early (aka prior to our scheduled 7a departure), notified me by text of his arrival. Got all the luggage (tons) loaded into the Sprinter van and drove us to SFO. Everyone made their flight with ample time for TSA! I used them to book a transfer for my aunt from SFO to south San Jose. They were very professional. The driver met her at the terminal with a sign that has my aunt name on it. Their rate was very good and it was posted on the website. It even included the tax and everything so there was no surprises at the end. I paid for it online. Great service - correspondence was always fast and all details well explained. They use whatsapp which was such a big help as we were traveling from overseas and didn't want the added expense of international roaming. Took a car back from a show in Golden Gate Park. It's a zoo trying to get out and it was a god send to have our amazing driver Nick waiting for us. We had a little issue finding each other and i would suggest that driver just shares a pin to facilitate meeting but other than that, it was flawless (made so much better by the heated seats and cold water) read more
