Booked an 8:15 pickup to go to SFO international When they were 10 min late we tried calling no one answered after about 20 min late we got someone that said the driver would be there in 20 min. They had actually called an Uber for us. Not one of their drivers. read more

Great company, good service, fantastic drivers. Shout out to Ray, who I chartered more or less at the last minute for a birthday party I was throwing in late September, thanks for taking care of us! I booked our driver and a 6-seater Escalade for evening via Yelp so my friends and I could enjoy the party without needing to worry about getting home safely or needing to arrange multiple rides via Lyft/Uber. The booking was on very short notice and the coordinator, Priscilla, was very helpful in braking down their rates and vehicle inventory. Thanks Priscilla! Ray, our driver, was a consummate professional. Great service, pleasant to talk to, and did a fantastic job shuttling us around San Francisco on a Saturday night. I can only imagine the hoops he had to jump through to park that monster of a car while my friends and I were enjoying our night on the town. Ray drove us all around the city and the east bay over the course of our evening. He did well dealing with late night traffic and city driving; the ride was smooth and we didn't have any close calls or scares that I sometimes get with the odd rideshare driver. What I paid for the excellent service was actually a bit less than I was expecting. The terms of the booking stipulated extra fees for drop-offs or stops outside of the pickup/dropoff location. Given we had been all around San Francisco and traveled through the east bay to drop off one of our party, I was pleasantly surprised to see that one stop was waived from the final bill. Overall a great experience. I'll be reaching out out to Red Eye whenever I need a professional driver again. read more

I know there is some elegant and profound quote about beautiful mistakes. I'm just going to say that some of my best discoveries have come from being a bonehead. I'll add Red Eye Limo to the list of my bonehead discoveries. A few days before Christmas, I was planning to fly to the east coast. I realized that I hadn't made an airport parking reservation. I quickly got online and found everything sold out. Rather than ask friends to drive us to and from SFO at odd hours, I Yelped around and discovered Red Eye Limo. For a reasonable fee, we had a town car come to our home and take us and our luggage from Hayward to SFO. Priscilla did the reservations and was very professional and friendly. Ray did the driving, and was prompt, friendly and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable. They also picked us up on our return. Here's our bonehead bonus: When we drive and park ourselves, we are *always* running late and have to rush through security to boarding in a panic (and a foul mood). Having Ray pick us up at a designated time ensured that we left when we intended. We had a relaxed stroll to our gate with time to chill before boarding. Will use again, absolutely. read more

Ray and Brandon were fantastic, as far as customer service goes they couldn't do enough. It was the first time in a limo for most of our foreign colleagues are the SUV limo didn't disappoint, and they had an absolute blast. I think they were actually disappointed to get to our destination! Reservation was super easy and Priscilla was very communicative. Will definitely use these guys again. read more

If I could give Red Eye Limo 10 stars, I would! My mom and I had the pleasure of having Ray drive us to Napa from San Francisco. What an amazing experience! Thank you Ray for being super professional, an amazing driver and just overall, such a nice and pleasant person! You rock! My mom was in a bad car accident ago and always has a fear when someone is driving her. It was a completely different situation with Ray. She was so relaxed and felt super safe the entire time. The car (Escalade) was super clean and very fancy! I loved that it was equipped with Fiji water. Priscilla was a pleasure to work with, as well. I contacted Red Eye Limo via Yelp and received a response right away. The rate was excellent and given how helpful Priscilla was, I knew it would be a great experience. I will be using Red Eye Limo in the future for sure and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a limo! read more

These guys are the best. I was looking for a service to take me out to Napa for the day. Red Eye was available and very accommodating to my pick-up and drop-off times. We had originally booked for 8-hrs but ran over 1-hr and our driver Tazz was happy to assist us in whatever we needed. Great service, I will definitely be using Red Eye again! read more

Book Red Eye Limo!! Do not hesitate! We were looking for shuttle service to SFO for our family of 6 to and from vacation. Red Eye was cheaper than getting 2 taxis and their quote beat any other service! Added bonus! Priscilla was soooo nice and professional and easy to book with. Since it was our time traveling internationally, she even gave us travel tips! Our driver Angel, text me when on his way and arrived early. He was very patient as we were dealing with 4 early morning, lagging teenagers. Upon our arrival back, I already had a text from our driver, Ray, on my phone after landing and they tracked our flight and knew our plane landed early. i just had to call after going through customs and getting our luggage. We did not have to wait more than 2 minutes after calling!!! Awesome service!! Both the drivers, Angel, Ray and Priscilla in the office, made our trip so much more enjoyable that we did not have to worry about getting to/from the airport. They were all so helpful and we will definitely book Red Eye Limo again!!!! read more

What a great decision we made choosing Red Eye Limo!!! Our usual mode of transportation to/from the airport was a taxi. However, after the last experience I decided I'd pay a little more and try a limo service. Well much to my surprise, their prices were less than a taxi, and far better than any other limo service I called. Their Yelp reviews were outstanding so I thought I'd give them a try. Priscilla booked our reservations and was just as nice as she could be. Brian was our driver to the airport and he was prompt, pleasant and very professional. Ray was our driver from the airport, and after a LONG day of traveling I was thrilled to walk out the airport doors and have a car there ready to take us home! He was also prompt, pleasant and very professional. I've used other limo companies in the past to get to or from the airport, for parties and wine tours, but from now on I will use ONLY Red Eye Limo! I found a company that truly steps up and provides the customer service I have not found with any other transportation service, ever!! If you want worry free transportation and a comfy, safe ride, with trained and pleasant drivers, I highly recommend you try them...I promise you won't be disappointed!!! read more

Just got home after a night with Red Eye. A small bit of info- when in grad school 20 years ago in NYC, I was a limo driver. I know a thing or two about what these folks have to put up with on a daily basis. It is not an easy job...especially with bachelorette parties, prom kids and general drunken idjits. My crew was none of the above- just a group of 6 going to see a comedy show followed by a drink or two at our local fave spot. All adults, none likely to hurl in the back of the car or need assistance getting in or out. Our driver was Bryan. He was GREAT! 1. My reservation was easy with Priscilla on the other end of the phone. Accurate quotes, no muss, no fuss. Friendly and professional. 2. Our driver, Bryan, showed up 15 minutes early and called to let me know he was here and waiting. 3. I recently had had an injury, so I was tottering around on crutches. Bryan trunked them quickly and whipped them out before he opened my door. AGAIN, no muss no fuss. 4. Bryan was gracious at every turn, totally professional and friendly. At the end of our evening, after all my friends were home and Bryan and I were heading towards the last stop, we carried on a lively and amiable conversation. I would actually enjoy hanging with this guy over a beer in a non-client based interaction. 5. Many limo companies will add the gratuity into the overall cost. Red Eye does not. Gratuities are up to the customer at the end of the night. Bryan deserved the high end of the tip spectrum. I would recommend Red Eye without reservation (keep in mind that my sole experience with them is with Priscilla (booking) and Bryan (driver)). They'll get my business every time. read more

Love love love Red Eye Limo! They picked up my fam and I to try on wedding dresses. The driver was very professional and punctual. The limos are super clean and so comfy. When we got picked up there was fruit and champagne waiting. They even thought to bring apple juice for our under age passenger ;) I will defiantly be booking with Red Eye again and I have recommended them to friends too! read more

Fabulous service!! I used Red Eye Limo for my cousin's bridal shower a few weeks ago, to take me and 11 ladies to Napa. I have never been to Napa and on this one Saturday, it rained on the way there. We all were so surprised at the stretch SUV Yukon Asanti. This is a smooth riding vehicle. Our driver, Ray was wonderful. He went over all the features of the limo as well as the safety features. Close to the end of the tour, he sent me a text just to remind me that I was close to time before overtime charges would apply and said there is no rush. This was so nice of him to do, because the ladies were having such a good time, we kind of lost track of time. Thank you Ray!!!! Thank you so much Priscilla for reinsuring me that everything would be fine. Yes, I will defiantly use Red Eye Limo again and also refer them to anyone that is looking for a limo service. read more

Great guys. I've used Redeye more than 20 times for trips to and from the airport. Towncar when traveling on business, and a stretch for family trips. They are ALWAYS on time. The one time they thought they were going to be late, I got a heads up 45 minutes prior to pick up. There was traffic from an accident, but the driver made it to the pickup on time. I have to mention this last pickup. I was flying back from London and the flight arrived into SFO on a Friday at 3:30pm. The traffic was horrendous. The driver and I talked about alternative routes to get around the traffic, but what should have taken an hour took two. Did the driver complain? No. Was there a surcharge for a Friday evening pickup? No? Did the driver ask for a bigger tip because the trip took twice as long? No. Class act. Try to get that service from Uber! I won't use anyone for limo services but Redeye. In fact, I have a flight on Monday, and I'm leaving this review before I email Priscilla and confirm the pickup. read more

Definitely would recommend Red Eye Limo. I booked a fun night out for my sons 18th Bday & Ray was their driver. Ray was courteous, always on time & drove safely. I had an itinerary & he made sure to follow them to a T. The boys all enjoyed having him drive them. Great service & prices. The limo was very nice too. Thank you for making my son's night great! read more

Long overdue review! It wasn't until a friend of mine asked for a referral that I remembered... Hey, call RED EYE LIMO! Duhhhhh!! THE most fun and professional limo service in town! They offer exceptional value for the price and what more can be said about a wonderful group of drivers! YELP wants mustard on this review??... Well, here goes.. Ray and Priscilla are amazing and truly their whole staff is!! They've been our go to for personal and business transportation for years now.. Before that? Not sure if I could say the same for their competitors.. but one thing is for sure... There is no other company to call for all of your limo transportation needs! Oh, and they're ALWAYS on time!! read more

It was tough searching for the right company to transport my 16 year old daughter around, I am so pleased we chose Red Eye Limo! The driver Ray took great care of our kids and was on time picking up as well as dropping them off. He made us feel at ease with their journey for the night. Priscilla was amazing as she booked our reservation. She responded quickly and answered all our questions. Thank you again Red Eye Limo for making it a memorable 16th Birthday!!! We look forward to your services again!! Thank you Ray! If you are looking for a limo, call Red Eye.. You won't be disappointed!! read more

Red Eye Limo - Thank you Ray for taking GREAT care of our kids!! - Limos Near Me

Reserved an 8 passenger limo from Red Eye this past weekend for a Napa trip, I was very satisfied with the service. My booking was a bit last minute, 2 weeks in advance. The company was accommodating with the date and time. Our driver was very knowledgable with the Napa area and punctual with the time. Would recommend and use again! read more

If Yelp had 10 stars Res Eye Limo definitely deserves it. They're always on time picking you up from your destination and back home again. Customer service is beyond fantastic. I've used them twice. Once with Ray and the stretched SUV and recently for my birthday with Veronica and the 8 seated stretched limo. Very accommodating and cool drivers. Wide range of selections for transportation. Both vehicles I used were roomy, clean, and best of all the speakers were slappin! Way better than a party bus and their blown out speakers. If you're not trying to drive and you have a big ass group definitely use their service. It'll probably be cheaper than you taking uber considering their surcharge hours. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family. No other way to arrive safe, in style, and turnt the hell up lol. read more

Excellent service, I was able to book a private car for my daughter and grandkids for a late arrival flight at SFO. She was very pleased with the cleanliness of the car and the driver was kind and professional. Booking was easy and I was provided frequent updates. I would recommend and use again. read more

Riding in a Red Eye Limo was an unforgettable experience! I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a good experience, I had to share it with the world!! The beautiful irridescent stretch limo came early. The driver Ray was so kind, polite and friendly. The limosine was super clean inside and out. Even noticed a couple people taking pictures of the limo as we drove by! It definitely makes a statement! Colorful lights, music and the champagne was flowing! Will definitely be booking through this company again! Definitely request Ray, hes an awesome driver!!! read more

Our driver was on time, kind, considerate and very safe! We looooove red eye limo and will be using them again soon! Thank you!!!

Redeye limo is absolutely the best limo service by far! i first got in contact with Priscilla in February to book a wine tasting for 18 ladies for my mom's 50th birthday. I was not sure about the location or the itinerary, but I wanted everyone to have an unforgettable experience. Priscilla was the biggest help! She answered all my questions, concerns and gave suggestions just helped me stay sane in the planning. March 8th came and it was so smooth and such an amazing experience. The white 18 passenger stretch SUV limo parked at the corner of the street as all 16 ladies entered the limo before I surprised my mom. She was stunned to find such a beautiful ride with friends and family inside sitting comfortably. We did have the max amount of ladies in the limo (18) but it was very spacious and comfortable. everyone had enough room around them to enjoy the 2.5 hour ride. We were running 20 minutes behind due to it took a little bit of time to get my mother outside the house but our driver was nothing but the top notch! Inside the limo there black leather seats and 2 bottles of champagne, and 18 flutes, floor lighting down the isle, so much room we were able to accommodate 18 girls and a big bin full of goodies for the road. There was also a radio, AUX and CD player, sound was great! Our driver was absolutely amazing, he was also our picture taker as well with no complaints! ( he took great pictures) so hard to find. He was such a gentleman, very professional and friendly, explained how everything worked inside, patient and just AWESOME. All the ladies loved him. I've never had such a great driver. Never rushed us and just really made the experience a cherry on top. Overall, Red limo went above and beyond and i know this review was way overdue. read more

Amazing service! We had the pleasure of having Ray pick us up to take my family and I to my graduation ceremony. Ray was punctual, courteous, and the limo was gorgeous. He made the day easy and stress free as we did not have to worry about fighting for parking on my special day. He picked us up right out front after the ceremony and took us to our dinner celebration afterwards. The entire process was stress free and we will definitely be using red eye again in the future. read more

We had such a great experience! The person on the phone was great. The drive was smooth and my family had a great time as well. I am so glad I went with Red eye limo and not another company who was offering a lower price. It is worth picking a better company then saving 20 bucks! In the end you will be happier that you had a great time and enjoyed your time with the family and friends. read more

Excellent Limo service! Ray was a great driver. He is punctual and drives the car cautiously. When we landed at SFO our luggage was delayed from coming out of the conveyor belt for quite a while. He picked us up inside and never complained or looked annoyed. He also helped us push all of the luggage to his car in the garage and loaded and unloaded all of it. Very nice guy. I will definitely use this company again! read more

Terrible service. Booked the service for wine tasting. Limo broke down, kept promising to send new one, ending up having to drive ourselves. Promised a complimentary wine service and tried 6 times to book it and they kept telling me they had no cars available. Told me I had until 1/1 to use it and so tried to book it for a Sharks game and they said they had a car available but then stopped answering my phone calls and emails for 2 days straight. Would not recommend them to my worst friend. read more

Wonderful experience. I called quite a few companies. And wasn't sure what to ask for. Priscilla was the only one who helped me. She helped me figure out the route and overall price that fit my budget. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! She always responded quickly. The limo arrived on time and was very professional. He was great with the kids. He was very accommodating and knew his way around San Francisco. We let the kids ride the limo and we drive behind. He kept in contact with us and was very patient with us when we fell behind the limo. Will definitely be calling them for limo services. read more

Everything was perfect. Our driver, Ray, was terrific. He was early to arrive, easy to work with and very accommodating. The limo was beautiful and immaculate. These guys are the best in the business - professional, punctual and flexible to customer schedules. Why pick them? I've been using them for years now and its the great conversation for me personally with each of the fantastic members of the staff and the feeling that you are coming home and greeted by a buddy. Priceless in my book when you travel that much. Send all your friends and coworkers to red eye like I have... They deserve the business. read more

I have been using Red Eye Limousine for a number of years. They are punctual and very reliable. There have been a number of occasions where my return flight has been delayed and Red Eye Limousine ensures that a driver is always waiting when my flight finally arrives. I have never had to wait for a driver whether it was a pick-up from home or from the airport. Before I started using Red Eye Limousine I tried other services that were far less reliable and more expensive. I frequently have very early morning flights requiring an early pick up, and I have never been charged a premium for an early pick up and I have never been worried that the driver was half awake. read more
