This review is only about my experience in communicating with Applause Limousine Services. While I didn't end up going with their services, I had a great experience with them. Excellent excellent communication from Manny in answering all my questions. A party van that I had rented from a different company ended up cancelling on me less than 2 weeks before the date. Last minute, Applause Limo was able to find a vehicle in-house well within our budget (they are extremely well priced!) and went the extra mile to help me out. This has to be the worst limo service I have ever tried to work with. I called and booked a party bus over a month in advance to make sure we could secure the reservation. They even asked me to move our party to earlier in the day because it's a busy time and we gladly agreed. Without notice, they just canceled our reservation and gave it to somebody else. Super shady way of doing business. The only thing offered was for us to choose another party bus that was 2x the cost or choose a different day. Applause Limo provided shuttle services for my wedding a few weekends ago. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend their services for future weddings. First, Applause Limo did not complete the services outlined and agreed-upon on our signed confirmation. We agreed that two return trips would be conducted from the venue back to Mill Valley to give guests the option to depart earlier or later. However, on the wedding night, the shuttle driver refused to make two return trips (despite our coordinator explaining that two return trips had been agreed-upon and signed for). Multiple guests arrived at the shuttle stop, prepared to leave at the earlier time. These guests ultimately returned to the reception and waited until everyone else was ready to leave in a single group. Second, our wedding guests said that the shuttle driver seemed "unsure and not confident about the plan [for the evening]." He asked guests on the shuttle for directions to our venue and didn't seem to know what time to leave the pickup location. And third, our coordinator had given her contact information prior to the wedding and asked for her number to be used as the point of contact. However, on the wedding day, the driver called me (the bride), asking where he was supposed to be in the lot designated as the pickup location. To be clear, we don't place all the blame on the driver, as he was clearly not properly prepped by the company. We passed our feedback on to Applause Limo directly via email over a week ago but didn't receive any acknowledgement or apology for not fulfilling outlined services.
