I hired Cherry Limo for my son's senior ball and everything was perfect. Timely and professional pick up and drop off. We had the large party bus for 35 people. The driver stayed at the venue the entire time in case the group wanted to come back early. Would highly recommend. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. We hired them for a wedding. The bus driver was 40 minutes late. Our wedding party had to drive themselves or use uber. Transportation was booked in advanced and confirmed multiple times. After the event, they were supposed to pick everyone up from the wedding, but they never came. They were still calling the bride for payment. Absolutely terrible service! read more

First things first it was last minute and he sealed the deal quick for my birthday! Shawn not only picked me up, ok? But he also had a location where the GROUP got picked up. There were 20 of us. It was this gorgeous white stretch Escalade limo that fit us comfortably and was clean as hell. The limo was stocked with mixers and he gave us a lil special treatment with a top shelf mix-in if you catch my drift, which was really nice At first the plan was for them to pick us up and bring us to two different night clubs and then call it for the night, but in the end we ended up going to not one but TWO extra clubs that we wouldn't have been able to get into at ALL without Shawn talking to the bouncers and vouching for us. Like, they didn't wanna let us in, but Shawn worked his magic and got us VIP access We were drunk and Shawn made sure we were able to get in and out of the limo w/o breaking our necks. We had an emergency roadside stop when one of my buddies got real sick and needed a lil break before we made that limo unclean lol and Shawn was cool thru that too He got us back to our end destination safe and happy. He made sure we were comfortable the whole time This was a bday I won't ever forget! Also found out that Shawn has an auto mechanic shop with his brother Chris that I also recommend. You can see a pic of the escalade actually in the shop office lol Thanks Cherry Limo and Shawn specifically!!! read more

I recently used Cherry Limo Service for my son's prom, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. We wanted to treat my son, his date, and his friends to a memorable surprise, and Cherry Limo made it all happen seamlessly. Carlos, the driver, was exceptionally professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He arrived early to pick up the group, which was greatly appreciated, and was very flexible, accommodating our plans to visit the photo location, go to prom, and even grab a bite afterward. My son and his friends said they had a fantastic time, and it truly made the evening special for everyone. I highly recommend Cherry Limo Service for any special occasion! The cost was better than every other quote I received here on Yelp. And that includes an hour over time. In total, we had 8 hours of great service. Thank you Carlos and Shawn for coming through for my son! read more

We had booked cherry limo for my husbands 40th bday and Shawn delivered on what he had promised - hummer limo that was super clean n sparkling. We also had free water bottles to drink inside and empty glasses for champagne. Overall my friends and I had a great experience. I would totally recommend him. read more

I can't say enough good things about Cherry Limo and its owner Shawn. We recently use them for a bday party transportation and we had an absolute blast. Originally we chose them because of their great prices, but I was really pleasantly surprised by their amazing service. Shawn showed up right on time and was very professional. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we arrived at our destination (there were complications), and was very clear with us when/where he would return to pick us back up. Upon departure from the bday party many of the members of our group were loud and belligerent, and I have to say that Shawn was incredibly professional. He kept his composure and also had a smile on his face as he helped get everyone in the limo safely. I highly recommend Cherry Limos if you are looking for a responsible driver that you can count on to get you where you need to go, in style. Their fleet of limos is growing all the time, so I am sure business is doing well and I now see why. Thank you for the great time, Shawn. read more

I planned a surprise party for my girlfriends birthday. Shawn (our driver) showed up earlier than the requested time which was perfect because it allowed us to decorate the party bus without rushing.Shawn was very accommodating and got us to all our destinations on time. He kept checking in on us and made sure our ride was fun and comfortable. We rode in luxury with their new Mercedes van (fits up to 14 guests) . The van is equipped with Bluetooth and two big screen TVs. Music was loud and the LED lights were a great touch. You can fit 4-5 bottles inside the van (Ice included) but Shawn kept the rest of the bottles in the trunk and would restock us when needed. If you're looking for a fun, flexible, accommodating vehicle rental service- this is the one! read more

SPECTACULARLY HORRENDOUS SERVICE!! My husband and I used this service for our wedding on March 21, 2015. The first call when I hired them a couple of months before the wedding was fine and we could have the limo the whole day and it seemed like a good deal, everything was fine. However, when I contacted them a few weeks later about changes for the wedding pick up times, they did not get back to me or even acknowledge that they got my email. When I threatened them to give me my $200 deposit back, only THEN did they respond! I did not get an apology, no 'sorry for the inconvenience', nothing. That was the first clue. We gave them CLEAR instructions not to contact myself or my husband on the day of the wedding and to contact our planners and the driver did NOT follow that instruction, he instead contacted my husband and there is a wedding photo of him on the phone talking to the driver that I would like to be deleted because it reminds me of HOW INCOMPETENT this driver is and he is the only sore spot on a very happy day. The limo was awful, it was stocked with water and everything we would need, however the limo itself was in bad condition. The windows were messed up, the limo was tacky, even the best man was annoyed. The driver doesn't seem to know how to drive, we arrived at the wrong location for the ceremony and had to go to the other side of the facility but it took an extraordinarily long time to get there! He took an extra half an hour at least! We could have walked there or he could have dropped us off at a different entrance and we would have walked to our location, it would have been faster. My whole wedding party was annoyed with the amount of time it took to make a simple trip that should have just been one left turn. We had hired him for the whole day, however, he started asking when would he get paid almost right at the start! He asked my wedding planner when would he get paid THREE times!! Unprofessional, aggravating, all the things you don't want in someone you hire. This company did NOT deserve one red cent from us, I will never use this company again! read more

I recently booked a driver (town car) for my boss to take up to the City for her anniversary dinner. First, I called just the day before and they had everything booked and confirmed within 30 minutes. Shawn is even text savvy, which is a plus for my busy schedule. Second, I had to make last minute adjustments to the pick up time the day of, Shawn was quick to adjust my invoice and email an update copy. Third, the BEST! to my surprise when I looked out the window, Shawn arrived 15 minutes early (a good thing)! in a sleek black limo! a FREE upgrade due to some last minute corporate picks up. My boss was very excited with the upgrade and even more excited that it was free! The limo was fully decked out and it even had champagne chilling on ice for them. Shawn made my job easy! Extremely professional without a doubt! THANK YOU! **Shawn make sure to stock the limo with a a wine opener! read more

Needed some help with a family arrival that I was missing due to lasik appointment and Cherry Limos came through. Got a bounce from the e-mail on yelp but called and Shawn hooked me up. It was only airport arrivals and drop-off but he was on time and got the job done - which was exactly what I needed. Cost was little more than it would be for a cab, but I know they were taken care of which is worth it. read more

Cherry Limos, five stars all the way!! Shawn, our diver (maybe the owner too, not sure) was very nice and professional. He was right on time, actually he showed up a few minutes early which was nice. We requested a 10 person limo, the limo was very nice and clean. Just what we were expecting. We had to end up leaving from our event early, I sent a text to Shawn letting him know and he was there right away. This might be a little silly but one of the things I encountered when calling different companies for limo service was RUDE people. One guy lectured me for 10 minutes on the phone...all I wanted was a quote. Others just didn't really care to be very professional on the phone. I specifically spoke with Shawn on the phone when I called Cherry Limos and he was so nice and professional the whole time. This goes far in my book and is one of the reasons I'm giving Cherry Limos five stars. I 100% recommend Cherry Limos to anyone looking for top service!! read more

I called up Cherry Limo to inquire about the pricing for limo service to Shoreline Ampitheatre. I spoke with Shawn and he gave me a quote that was less than other limo services. After the phone call he continued to text me, included photos of the limo we'd get and answered any/all of my questions. When we booked the limo the next day he was on time and even surprised us with Cadillac Escalade Ext 2013 limo. This limo was HUGE, enough to seat at least ten people and there were only four of us! He stopped at everyone's homes to pick them up, even stopped off at Costco so we could by pizza since we couldn't make our dinner reservation. When he dropped us off at Shoreline, he told us where he'd be after the show and then texted us his location so we could find him. He was friendly, professional, prices were competitive, limo was clean, fun, great and had all the cool updates like starlight ceiling and sound system... Our group will definitely keep Cherry Limo in mind in the future. The Limo was the cherry on top of an awesome night! read more

This review is long past due! Shawn from Cherry Limo helped me out quickly and efficiently when my family and I decided two days before a wedding to treat the bride and groom to limo service (every bride needs to ride in a limo on the big day!). Had a great experience with Cherry limos and would definitely use them again. -The limo was great - had water, champagne, and was nice and clean. -The driver was super nice. -It was easy to book. -They were on time with no problems. Would give 5 stars, but had some hassle with something left behind in the limo. I understand belongings are our responsibility, but I don't think having the driver check the limo quickly before he takes off would be too difficult. My belonging was returned to me, but I was told that was not the norm. : / Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

My friends and I got limo for my best friends Bachelor Party, one last night of Freedom before being locked down for life. Cherry Limo hooked us up and we had the night of our lives!! The driver Shawn was super awesome and was the nicest limo driver a group could ask for, on time, professional, and exciting. We drove from Redwood City to Downtown SF for dinner on the town and we felt like millionaires as we cruised down the Embarcadero and blasting the sound system, his stereo system was top notch and sounded great! Tons of custom lighting option, drink what you want, do what you want, COMPLETE FREEDOM!! Our plans changed, as the place we went stayed open super late, and the driver had no problem staying longer and even hooking us up beyond belief! Thank you very much we will all keep you in mind for the future, I highly recommend this exceptional Limo Service. read more

I had a bunch of family in town over the new year's weekend. There was 15 of us total. I was planning an 8hr Napa trip picking up and departing from northern SF. Shawn picked us up in a huge escalade ext limo. We had plenty of room and space to even take post-wine naps. He keeps the limo in good shape. State of the art stereo system with ipod hookups and a bunch of screens everywhere for movies and videos. There's this fireplace setting in the front that's warm. The limo is pretty decked out. Airport car service is good too. Standard TownCar. Shawn's service was great. Prompted and open to changing it up if necessary. He was accommodating to the changing schedule that is a Napa trip. The price was also competitive. I definitely recommend Shawn at Cherry Limos. .....he wore a sweet pair of white shoes that matched the limo too read more

Horrible horrible service! We hired them for our wedding last Saturday and everything about our wedding was perfect except for this limo service. First, I made sure to coordinate and explained the service I needed for that day 3 pickups from our hotel to our venue (10-15mins) away. Limo was to also shuttle the bridal party and family from the ceremony parking to the reception parking lot (less than 1 mile). I got an okay from Shawn that this was just fine and the contract indicating the pick up time for each trip. The day before the wedding day I called them to confirm our booking and to let me know who will be our driver and provide me their contact info - they said they will call me with this information the morning of my wedding which was okay with me since our wedding wasn't until 6pm and our pickup time was 4:00pm. I did NOT get that call and instead I called them at 3:30pm to make sure they were on their way for the first pick up. They said they were on their way. First pickup - my now sister-in-law said that the driver and his assistant was very rude and didn't even open their door for them. Second pickup - the groom & his party - was fine Third pickup - me (the bride) and my party - the limo was late to pick us up and blamed my groom and his party which my husband denies being the cause. When we got to the ceremony site already 30 mins late the driver did not know how to back up to where the limo was supposed to park - he took extremely long to finally park (we were 40 mins late to start the ceremony). I could have let all this go including the lateness and the sucky driving but the worst part of it all was that the driver had the audacity to talk to me about the bill before I can even come out to walk down the aisle. We still have him reserved for 2 hours so I could not believe that he wanted to discuss our bill before the ceremony! I was already having a panic attack because I was nervous and we were extremely late and now this guy wants me to discuss the bill with him before I walked down the aisle! I asked him very nicely, "Can we please talk about this later, we have you reserved until 8pm. Can I please get married first?" To which he respond, "Oh, oh yeah. Sorry that's fine." This is just unbelievable! Even our wedding coordinator commented how horrible the limo service and driver was and she's worked with a lot of them already. So overall, I would definitely NOT recommend this limo service and wish I could have hired someone else so we wouldn't have been delayed. read more

We used Cherry Limos for our wedding. They gave us a very reasonable price for the limo and came to my house right on time. The driver was friendly and knew where he was going. We also didn't run into a major issue. I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars because we couldn't contact the driver with the number that he gave us when we needed to get something we left in the limo before the wedding--by the time, we were able to get hold of the driver, the wedding had started and we were in a panic mode. Other than that, everything else went smoothly. I would use Cherry Limos again. read more

See my review for Limos.com as it includes my experience with this company too: Limos.com is like a priceline or orbitz for for limo service. But the tricky way they work is you put in what you are looking for they come back with options, you put down a non-refundable deposit on what you want and then they go back to the limo service to confirm it. The service may deny the request or approve it. It is a bit tricky if you ask me. I used this service to book a limo for New Year's eve. I know limo service that night skyrockets so I was prepared to pay a lot. I found a great price (too good to be true and it was) and decided to book. I did this about 6 weeks prior to New Years Eve. The ride was confirmed and all was good to go. I then called the limo service directly to ask about making a change and the agent on the phone had no clue why I had gotten such a good rate and that they needed to cancel my ride. WHAT? I booked it according to the pricing policy they had with Limos.com and paid my non refundable deposit and they just want to cancel it. It turned out the company had not updated their pricing for NYE and after they confirmed my ride went back to Limos.com and canceled it. I got this notification 3 weeks before NYE. Limos.com refunded my nonrefundable deposit and after a long time on the phone complaining about this they offered me a credit for a future ride. I am sorry, but if I had canceled my ride I would be out of the deposit. If they are going to enter in to agreements with companies these companies should uphold their end of the bargain too or risk consequence. Terrible experience. The limo company by the way was Cherry Limos. read more

This is the second time I have rented a limo for one of my daughter's birthday parties. The first time, I used a different limo company, and regretted it, so this time I was sure to ask around for limo recommendations before booking. Cherry Limos was the company that was recommended to me. I called and spoke with Shawn, the owner and operator. He quoted me a very reasonable price for a 10 person limo and so I made a reservation. Shawn showed up with a great limo about 10 minutes early and patiently showed the birthday girl how to work the lights and sound system. He also let me sit in the front with him, so I could still keep an eye on the gaggle of 11 year old girls without cramping their style. Shawn drove us safely to and from our destination and pulled over and helped the girls every time they needed help with something in the back of the limo. The girls all had a great time and Shawn was very nice. I would definitely use Cherry Limos again. read more
