From the ease of getting a quote to the day of the event was perfect! Every step of the way was so easy. We used Altamont Limo for our son's senior ball. We got a text from John, the chauffeur, the day prior to the event with details for the day of. He arrived 15 minutes early, the party bus was beautiful, John was very nice, chatted with the kids and parents before they headed out. Booked a 9 hour reservation for my wife's birthday trip to Napa for a food and wine tour. The driver, John was friendly, on-time, communicative and overall great. The limo itself was designed for 12, but we only had 8. I think 10 would be very comfy, but for the 8 of it was great. Plenty of room. The limo was stocked with drinks, etc for us. What an excellent experience! Captain Ron was our driver and he made our evening so fun! We rented a party bus to take our kids around livermore to see Christmas lights and it was SO FUN! The bus was spacious, clean and filled with plenty of refreshments. I used Altamont Limo for my wedding and they were fantastic! Before the wedding they were very responsive to all of our questions, and were able to help us figure out the logistics of the day. On the wedding day, they arrived right on time, and the driver John was so friendly. He helped us load all of our stuff in, and showed us how to use the controls in the limo. I loved how we could change the lights, and music, so fun! The limo came stocked with some drinks and glasses. The car was also very spacious. There were 8 of us in the limo, and you could easily fit more. We were all able to spread out and enjoy the ride. Our driver went back and forth a few times to bring the guys over, and well as my family who was staying at the hotel. When he dropped off my grandma, he helped her down, and escorted her to the ceremony site. That is so sweet, and 2 months later my grandma is still talking about how great he was.
