We booked a tour bus for our guests at cost of $3600 (paid in full before the tour). Guests tipped them themselves and some complained about half of the tour was bogus. They provided half sandwich for each guest for lunch and was obviously not enough. They then opened extra wines for guests without telling us that would be extra charge. They gave the unfinished wine to us to bring home - 5 bottles opened, almost-full wines. In the end, regardless that we are unhappy with the services, out guests kindly tipped them individually. They came to us still ask for more tip and bad mouth of our guests ("as you know how they are, like most people, so cheap only tipping $5-$10") They took us $400 tip which we are going to get that back, in legal action if necessary. I'm curious how tips work in this company. I guess build it into your budget when researching & comparing for tours. Make sure you get clear understanding of what is for lunch and portion of it. $109 + 20% "mandatory tip" per person get a bus ride and half sandwich. Can you do batter then that else where? Attached for your reference is the their "respectful" communication with me and two-faced response comparing with what you see on yelp.

I Contacted Dean to help me set up something for my wife's 50th birthday, I knew it was going to be tough during these times dealing with Covid but Dean went above and beyond and put together a very special event that my wife and family will never forget. Dean was very attentive and really made us feel special and made sure our event was flawless. I have done a similar tour in the past and there is no comparison, I highly recommend eXtraordinary Tour Services.

This tour service is incredible! I recommend for anyone looking to take a group of friends, family, co-workers, etc. to a location! Our group went to different wineries within Napa for a friend's birthday and not only was everything timely during our tour, but the service is exceptional. If you really want to be taken care of during your event, use eXtraordinary Tour Services.. you will not be let down!

On our tour today. Unplanned stop. What a bonus!!

Last minute decision to take this tour to Muirwood. No regrets. Guide, Dustin, just went above and beyond to assure we had the best day possible. Highly recommended. Small groups, attentive guide and staff, comfortable van, and made accommodations for hubby's wheelchair. Kudos on a job well done, Dustin.

This review is long over due! But I just have to tell everyone how amazing the service was. Dean helped me get all the information I needed to plan my friends bachelorette. Every time I emailed him questions he would answer them on a timely manner. He helped me choose the perfect wineries to visit and the lunch was perfect he went above and beyond to provide us a great lunch that included two bottles of wine! My girls and I had a blast! We definitely recommend Dean!

I enjoyed just seeing homes that I suspect I will never normally visit, let alone live in. I wasn't inspired by the holiday decorations. However, I now wish I could gut my house and do a complete remodel. This was the first time I've been on tour in this area I normally do the one in Alameda. I would go on this tour again next year. What was nice about this tour is that they have it on two days. They also have a garden tour in the spring. I will be on the lookout for that tour so I can imagine myself sitting in the perfect garden with a friend and sipping wine with everything in bloom and not one weed in sight. The money they raise from both tours is used for scholarships for women and girls.

The first home in the tour was the best decorated and the least decorated was the last home in the tour. One room in my fave house had a glasscase full of about 200 of the most beautiful Barbies I've ever seen. If you want to see how the lifestyles of the rich and famous is, go on this tour! It takes about four hours to tour the five homes and at the last home, lucious snacks were served. Each year the tour has different homes in it. I want to go on their garden home tour in May. If you'd like an intimate trip and to get know others that are nature lovers and adventure lovers,…read moredefinitely check out a trip through BAE! I went on a backpacking trip in Big Sur (Mill Creek trail) and it was great. The price was reasonable considering you get a guide to navigate the 2-2 1/2 mile trek into the woods, it includes dinner and breakfast, and we even got to do archery! An added bonus, in my opinion, because now I'm hooked and going to buy a set for at home! A down side is you need to meet in King City...I had to drive from Monterey in the morning to meet them there (an hour am a half) and then another 1 1/2-2 hours to get to Big Sur. It was a lot of driving for me. Would have preferred to meet at Mill creek trail somehow, but I know being an out of towner, it may have been tricky for me to find. It's a great relaxing night trip...it would be neat if they had two night options...here or elsewhere! I love SF and if I come up again and they have more options, I'd totally be up for going on another excursion with them! Thanks Ting and Mo!

What I really liked about this trip, was that the guides and the people in the group were all very friendly, and I learned a lot about wilderness preparedness, some of the local vegetation, and also just made me think of what other supplies I would need to bring, and kept me aware of what is the smart things to do in emergency situations and traveling in general. Some parts of the trail we went on involved a bit of climbing, but wasn't too difficult for the most part and the guides were there every step of the way to offer a helping hand across the stream, or whatever else. What actually enhanced the hike for me was the rain (or heavy mist as guide Chris liked to call it). The hike was so beautiful and green, walking along Mill Creek, and with all the trees, we actually didn't get hit too hard by the rain. The food that guide Dan prepared for us in the evening was also super delicious. The hot meal was much appreciated. And the boxed wine. ;) And of course, plenty of coffee in the morning. There was plenty of space in the teepees that they set up for us, but about half our group slept outside, which I'm sure was absolutely beautiful, but it was a little too chilly for my liking, so I was glad for some shelter. It felt like my group was anti-social (we didn't mean to be) as we pretty much had the teepee to ourselves, until one of the helper guides dove in to stay warm. And I'm actually surprised how much of the supplies the 4 main guides were carrying compared to the rest of the group. We were given some of the bowls, chairs, and the food to carry, but the guides were doing most of the heavy lifting. There was a few things I didn't like about the overall trip, but I understand this is a beginner backpacking tour. For me personally, I'd like to be a little more involved, so I felt pretty helpless, standing around while they set up the teepees and cooked the food. Dan assigned my friends to crush up some croutons. Productivity ftw! And not to stereotype, but it very much felt like a "guys" trip. When we arrived at our meeting spot at Starbucks before caravaning to the park, there were no introductions made, nor was there a sense of the overall itinerary. Basically, we were told just enough to get to the next location. Don't get me wrong, these guys know exactly what they're doing, but I'd appreciate a little more communication/organization. A big thank you to Chris, Dan, Mo, and Steve for providing a fun and informative adventure.

It was wonderful being picked up, not having to worry about anything aside from enjoying our day. The tastings were very exclusive (think private tasting in the middle of a vineyard), nothing like a crowded tasting room. Our driver Jack, was so incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. I would (and already have) 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a unique, fun experience in Napa. We will definitely use them again!! 12/10 for sure!

They advertise they will "connect you to off-the-beaten path small producers," but the only good thing we can say is that food was tasty - but a poached chicken breast and salad (you provide your own wine) is not worth the cost of the tour when everything else was mediocre or worse. Of our 3 locations - one an add on because we were running far ahead of schedule - we had to pay for the tasting at one winery, we were hassled at another because the tasting fee had not been paid and the third was fine but not enough to make up for the rest. One of the wineries had a major construction project underway, so we were serenaded by jackhammers during our tasting - to be fair, that's a fail by both Bohemian Highway and Mumm. None of the places we visited had ever heard of Bohemian Highway. Uber and Uber Eats wouldn't have been much more inconvenient and a much better value. We gave them specific, honest feedback in person and via their feedback form, but they chose not to respond. Look elsewhere when searching for California wine tour providers.

Revised on 8/26/09 because the first one was out of annoyance…read more The bus was late picking us up at DnBs to get to Frisco due to some technical difficulty with the bus, which was said to us through phone. They were supposed to pick us up at 9 but came at 10. We didn't get into the first club for some unknown reason unbeknownst to me. Maybe we were late but that's what I remember hearing prior to this party. As for the second club, we got in but that's only because of someone's sister who knew someone at the club. Not only that the driver dropped us off no where near the club we had to walk down the hill to get to this club. Then the driver was late to picking us up from the club. We walked back up to the hill to only wait about an hour to an hour and half for the bus to come pick us up. Seriously, where was the bus and the driver. I was so ready to ask my friend to pick me up at the spot we were at. Finally the bus came and it didn't come get us where we were at so we had to walk back down the hill to get to this bus. Most of us were annoyed. You know how on the way home the ride is shorter well that was the opposite in this case. Not only was that sucky but the bathroom didn't work and think about the people that used the bathroom on the way to where we were supposed to go.... yes, the back part of the bus smelled like piss. Not an enjoyable ride back for people that were still awake and not passed out. So when we finally reached DnBs the owner's brother or whatever was there to talk about what happened. But I remember hearing a part of the conversation with the owner's brother and one of the birthday girls, to which he said that if we had waited longer we would have gotten in by them. Shouldn't that be handled earlier on prior to a party rather than during the party? Don't get me wrong, the interior design of the bus is cool. Stripper pole was awesome. We had fun with that pole. They have a flat screen too but I don't think you'll pay much attention to it anyway. You should create your own CD because I don't know what they will offer so do that to make your experience more enjoyable. There was an icebox so bring ice if you want to cool whatever alcohol you bring with you. Overall 1.5. Read Kathleen S. since it was her party.
