Used hummer Limo for my daughter's bridal shower. Nick the driver was awesome. Showed up on time with champagne as promised. Helped mother in law in and out of limo. Very attentive and prompt. Sorry to see bad reviews as Bruce was great to work with and I would definitely use them again. read more

I want to give a shout out to Bruce and his company Black Sky Limousines. I called Black Sky to inquire about a full day of service to Napa for 8 passengers, after a short conversation with Bruce on the phone I knew he was the one. This was my wifes special day of turning 45 and Bruce helped make it happen. He showed up right on time, pulled over promptly for restroom breaks, and he is just an overall great limo driver. After each of our stops in Napa I called him and he was right there to load us up. His Chrysler 300 is an AWESOME ride, clean and full of iced down drinks. Oh, I must also say his pricing was great! I want to recommend Black Sky Limousines to everyone! I may have to take more limo rides after this cause that was off the hook service. Thanks Bruce Shaun J read more

Bruce, the owner, was excellent. My husband and I hired this company for our wedding. We were recommended by my best friend that used Bruce as well. On time. Professional Excellent communication Very fair Dealt with my hundred emails with 'kindness'. :-) Love this company. Trust them 100% Bruce treats his clients 'old school' style when professionalism, accountability, and fairness were the gold standard. Thank you, Bruce for making my wedding perfect! read more

Bruce and his company rocked this one! I needed a limo for my daughter's junior prom. This company was prompt in returning calls, scheduling, and they delivered for the event. Bruce picked up the kids, took them to prom and texted me to let me know they had safely arrived. He allowed all of us crazy parents to take multiple pictures in and outside the limo lol! He returned them home promptly at the allotted time. I felt that he had the kids' safety and enjoyment as a priority. Bravo! Thanks for a great experience for our kids! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars... they didn't show up on my wedding day!! We tried calling, texting, emailing and absolutely no response. How do people run an effective business this way? I didn't read these reviews before my wedding and I totally regret it because it seems like a lot of people had the same issue. All I got was a lame excuse about someone calling in sick. 10/10 do NOT recommend. read more

I wanted to do business with this company since they've garnered the only Yelp review in the Tri Valley (besides Black Tie). After dealing with Bruce not contacting me as he promises multiple times I realized maybe this isn't the most dependable guy if he can't even make good on returning a call. I'm going with Aloha Transportation in Livermore and have found them to be much more professional and less expensive for what I'm looking for. The impression I got is that he wanted to drag the process out in hopes that a better job would come along. read more

I called Black Sky to take my family of 6 (plus wheelchairs) from Danville to the Oakland Airport after reading the other positive reviews here on Yelp and would highly recommend this company to anyone searching for a limousine for just about any occasion. I spoke with Bruce, the owner, who was very casual and friendly. Our driver picked us up at 6:00AM on the dot as requested on our travel day and was at the airport as soon as our flight arrived to pick us up going back home. Both of our drivers were friendly and helpful (and assisted with our bags, including wheelchairs) and the limo itself, a stretch Chrysler 300, was also very clean and very cool! We've had several bad experiences with cheaper airport "limo" companies in the past and will never go back after our experience with Bruce and company. I look forward to our next vacation and riding with Black Sky again! read more

I don't know how my wife and I found out about Black Sky, but as J S. said, we didn't need a limo for 4 hours as well. Most of the limo companies we talked to wanted to lock us down for a certain amount of hours and charge an arm and a leg. We got in contact with Bruce and he assured us that he could do everything that we requested. He only set us about 2 emails, when we sent him about 8 to confirm details, contract, prices, etc. Worst comes to worst, just call him. He had a stretched escalade pick up the girls, drop them off at the venue, then picked up us guys and dropped us off...note that it was 98 degrees that day in Pleasanton, but the driver had the AC blasting with cold water and champagne on ice. Then right after the wedding, the same driver came back exactly at the time we asked him, and took my wife and I away! Courteous, prompt, on time, and exactly what we expected...no complaints what so ever! We were hoping the driver was going to be BRUCE, but we will never know what BRUCE looks like! hahaha, my wife and I still joke around about BRUCE...the mystery man! read more

I found out last minute that I wouldn't be getting shuttle transportation for my guests to my wedding, and you can imagine my frantic anxiety as I tried to find a replacement!! Bruce and his team were extremely professional, and the service they provided was impecable. They calmed my worries about the transportation for my Big Day, and he was more than willing to explore various options that would fit my budget. I felt very lucky to have such a nice driver for the event, and the rates were beyond reasonable. My husband and I are looking forward to using the service again soon for our next local adventure!! read more

Bruce was very helpful with preplanning and scheduling our many transportation needs for our wedding in September. We had multiple pick-up and drop off locations for several groups in our wedding and required multiple vehicles. He was patient and thorough through multiple email and phone call exchanges. When it came to the day of he was professional, on-time and flexible. He had thoughtful drinks ready for our wedding party and made sure all transported were comfortable. The limo was very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend Bruce and Black Sky Limousines for any future events or special occasion transportation services. read more

I found Black Sky on Yelp and have to say was a bit unsure at first, but to my delight Bruce and his drivers were amazing! I went looking for a limo company to help celebrate my husbands 40th birthday party (which turned out fantastic with the help of our driver David) and decided to use Black Sky for our drive to/from the SFO airport. Our arrival home (at 5:00 am on a Saturday) was 30 minutes early and as soon as I was off the plane our driver was calling to let us know he was at the airport and waiting for us. I'm glad I found Black Sky and will NEVER go back to black tie! read more

My first experience with Black Sky was about 2 years ago for my brothers' birthday. Bruce was the driver, and took very good care of us. He got us into a few clubs in San Francisco without having to pay a cover. One of the clubs offered to pay Bruce half of our $20 each cover. He declined to take the deal, and got us in (all free) by tipping the door guy with a $20 bill. He was always close by, so we never waited more than 5 minutes to get picked up. At the end of the night, Bruce dropped us off. Most of us were all very intoxicated. We went to give Bruce an additional tip; he declined, and explained we already paid for the tip. After a 10 minute explanation (additional gratitude for his over and above service) to Bruce, by the less intoxicated me, he finally took the additional tip. That is integrity at its best. He didn't want to take advantage of the intoxicated people. Best price, very clean rides, and great service. Last weekend we used Black Sky for the second time. We were celebrating our daughters' 15th birthday. Bruce set us all up, called me 2 separate times to make sure all of the details were executed (we requested the driver come to the door and ask for our daughter by name). Sure enough, the driver (not Bruce but a great guy), came to the door 6pm sharp, asked for our daughter and we surprised the heck out of her. We ran around San Francisco for a few hours. We ran out of ideas, and our driver took control and took us to places we have never been. We saw some very beautiful views. Our daughter and her friend had a ball!. Another perfect night with Black sky. Thanks Bruce!!! Again; a clean car, great driver and a stereo system that beats your chest with 2 12" subwoofers. We will be calling soon. read more

BEST limo experience ever! I needed a last minute limo ride for my prom group and Bruce was very helpful through the entire process. I booked the 2016 White Chrysler 300C Limo that seats 10 people. Bruce got us apple cider and even Red Bull because we said we were getting tired. He also helped us out the limo one by one. If I ever need a limo, I'll for sure call up Black Sky Limousines again! read more

This company is awful, my daughter booked them for a wedding and they just didn't show up . They didn't answer their phones, not even the cell number that we had . Do not count on them .. I don't even know how they are in business. I didn't want one star , but that's the only way to post this read more

Bruce and his man Greg are amazing! I was actually sent to them by another limo service, because the one called didn't have big stretch limos. I booked the Cadillac Escalade stretch limo that seats 20 people for me and my husband's 10 year wedding anniversary/vow renewal. First off, Bruce offered the best deal of all the places I called. Second, the service they provided was awesome. It's nice because you can do all the communications via e-mail and then on the day of your event, everything is squared off and ready to go! Third, the limo was very clean and nice inside. Greg was our driver and he was so nice and sweet to me, my husband, and our bridal party. He did a lot of driving, waiting, picking up and dropping off and he never complained! He took care of our groomsmen and was polite to the ladies. He was always smiling and was accommodating to our needs. He even waited after his "shift" was over so that we could take some pictures in front of the limo. We had an excellent experience and I wholeheartedly recommend Bruce, Greg, and the entire Black Sky Limo company to anyone and everyone! Thanks guys!! read more

Used Black Sky this weekend for wine tasting in Livermore. The white stretch Escalade was beautiful and the perfect size for my party of 11. It was fully stocked with sparkling wine on ice, waters and even some beers (which the guys appreciated!) Working with Bruce was great! He was very accommodating when the day before, my group size had changed. Our driver Brian was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and did I mention he showed up early, which is better than on-time in my book! I will definitely be using Black Sky Limousine in the future! read more

Black sky Limo is truely THE BEST!!! I have used them for ANY of my transportation needs. My kids Graduations, Wedding, Family Bdays, Nights Out, and Sorry but yes Family Funerals and i have ALWAYS been treated with nothing but the utmost respect and professionalism when dealing with them. They are always on time if not earlier and the quality of the fleet i have used has ALWAYS been immaculate. The owner Bruce is the true meaning of a PRO in this business i would deal with him and refer him to EVERYBODY...He makes you feel like you are NOT....JUST...a CLIENT. Last night Black Sky transported my daughter and her friends for her 16th bday and they cannot stop talking about how much fun they had and how nice the driver was...on top of the sweet ride. So long story short im honored to relay my thoughts and give BLACK SKY LIMO a well deserved 5 stars. read more

Black Sky Limousines is the best. When planning my wedding, I had worked out everything except transportation to the ceremony. Our venue didn't have a bridal room, so my mother had offered to just drive me and my bridesmaids after we got ready at the hotel. As the day approached, we realized this was a terrible idea and started looking for limos last minute. Bruce and Black Sky were recommended to us by the Courtyard by Marriott, as this is the company the hotel also uses for shuttling wedding guests to and from the hotel. Bruce worked out everything with my mom and was so accommodating. Our driver, Greg made us feel super comfortable and was so good-natured when we blasted Disney songs on the way to the ceremony. The limo was updated, clean, and fully stocked. Thank you, Black Sky! read more

I wish I could write a better review because the owner, Bruce, seems like a nice guy. However, I hired Black Sky Limousines to do one very simple thing: pick my husband and me up from Wente Vineyards after our wedding in May in a basic town car and drop us off at the Rose Hotel in Pleasanton. No fancy limo, just a basic town car service which cost $115 including gratuity and complimentary champagne for an eight-mile ride. The driver showed up 30 minutes late -- long after our guests had left the venue. That alone was awkward for us, since the bride and groom are typically among the first to leave, right? A few close friends waited with us to make sure we had a ride to our hotel. The driver did finally show up -- with a broken headlight! So much for a classy ride on our wedding night. When we arrived at our hotel, the driver asked us for payment despite the fact that I had already provided my credit card for payment over the phone at least a week prior. Weeks later, I receive correspondence from Bruce stating that they couldn't read the credit card slip, and he needed our payment yet again (for a third time). My husband provided payment, and he politely mentioned the broken headlight and late pick-up. To my disappointment, Bruce only offered to knock off the driver's gratuity from the price -- $15, which seems a bit cheap considering the quality of service and condition of the car. Lucky for us, this was our only disappointment that night, a pretty minor one in retrospect, considering that all of our other wedding vendors knocked it out of the park that night. UPDATE: The owner, Bruce, has proved to be a stand-up guy who really cares about his business and wants his customers to walk away satisfied. Bruce followed up with me again, and he was concerned about my experience with that particular driver. He apologized for the experience, and he told me that he wouldn't run our credit card, essentially waiving the entire fee -- which I have to say is the sign of an honest business man. I'd give him another shot given all of the positive reviews here and the way in which he handled this situation. As a result, I've adjusted my rating to four stars. read more

I have to write again because this Limo company is really excellent. I wrote about a wonderful experience with them a year ago and since then we've had several more trips and every single time they've been even nicer than before. Both Greg, who drove us to SFO from Livermore, and Paul W., who picked us up, could not have been nicer or more professional. On the way back, Paul was so nice to drop us at a couple different locations, with absolutely no problem. Everyone I've come in contact with in this company has been helpful and so nice! Also, they've always been completely on time and like I said more than worth their prices. I believe they're the most reasonable limo company in the Tri-Valley. read more

Just had our wedding on Saturday and Black Sky came through. We always use Black Sky. They are never late. Will work with you on the rate. Had champagne and other adult beverages stocked in limo. They are the best. I once was in a wedding that wouldn't even leave till the bride gave them more money because the girls were running late. That would NEVER happen with Bruce at Black sky limo. Class act. I recommend them for any and every occasion. read more

I hired Bruce for my wedding at Crooked Vine May 31. Our driver Paul showed up right on time and was very accommodating. There were no problems with directions he already knew where he was going. I used Black Sky for wine tasting for my best friend's bachelorette party. Booking the limo on the phone was quick and painless. The limo (300C) was gorgeous and sparkly clean. The driver (Paul rocked) was on time, had waters and champagne chilling inside, and also had a cooler that we could use in the trunk, which was definitely used. While we already had reservations at a few wineries, Paul mentioned that he would have called ahead for us had we not. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Black Sky. read more

Used Black Sky for a surprise birthday wine tasting trip for my mom, it was a wonderful experience. Bruce was nothing but helpful with the planning process and was prompt & patience with trying to get 10 ladies out the door and headed out. Two days before my wedding we found out that there was going to be a scheduling issue with the shuttles we had arranged! I had a minor panic attack and then called Bruce. He was able to arrange a limo for us at the last minute to shuttle everyone to our venue and back at the end of the night. I can't begin to explain how much I appreciate Bruce going above and beyond to make our day so perfect! The limo was amazing! Our driver was so professional and made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun! If your getting married and contemplating spending the money on a Limo - DO IT! Hired Black Sky Limo for my wedding in Livermore. Limo arrived on time and fully stocked as promised. Driver (whose name I forget), was extremely nice and accommodating. He went the extra mile by helping me get in and out of the limo in my giant dress. We used Black Sky Limousine last weekend to transport myself and 13 friends from Livermore to The Saddle Rack in Fremont. We booked last minute and were worried since it was also prom night. Bruce gladly accomodated us and even worked with me to get the best bang for our buck. Phil was our driver and we couldn't have been happier! He arrived early and even had 2 bottles of champagne waiting for us. He was very nice, professional and didn't get annoyed with our constant radio channel changing. He even drove us through Jack in the Box! As you can imagine, dealing with 14 drunk people on a Saturday night is less then ideal but he handle it great! We will definitely request Phil on our future endeavors. read more

Fantastic experience! Had a beautiful Escalade for a day of wine tasting. Brian was our driver who couldn't have been more accommodating. We couldn't leave on time due to one guest stuck in accident traffic. Brian was totally relaxed about it and when we did leave- it only got better. He was always ready for us when we finished at each winery, and graciously worked an extra half hour so we could get one last stop in. We used Black Sky Limos again for a bachelorette party and again for another trip to SFO. They are great! Highly recommend.

This is long overdue! I'd been planning a Maui destination wedding (in September, 2014) for one of our twin girls for months. Less than a week before we were leaving I realized I hadn't arranged transportation to & from Oakland airport! We'd just moved from Tracy to Livermore and I relied on Yelp to provide transportation options near me. In the past I'd used large vans as we had more people and luggage. There were only five of us this time (big group but, different airports & arrival dates) and I called 7 or 8 companies, Black Sky being 3rd. Bruce at Black Sky was incredible! After gathering info from many, I called Bruce back. I verified everything we'd discussed on my first call as it sounded too good to be true! He was sending his newest white stretch limousine and he'd include champagne & oj for the bride to be (bubbly is her fave)! I hadn't told anyone that I'd booked a limo! It arrived 15 minutes early (5:45 a.m.) which was a comfort on a commute day. We were all surprised and excited when this "ride" pulled up. Our driver was so professional and pleasant. Great start for such an important event/trip. We had the pleasure of meeting Bruce, the owner, upon our return from Maui. We arrived early into Oakland. Bruce was calling me the second my phone was on to let me know he was already there. Wow! Again, champagne, the beautiful limo and an absolute class-act from start to finish. The price was so low and everything was "included". My husband was tipping him but, he said "no, the price I gave your wife was for everything". We made him take the tip though. Thank you Bruce for your outstanding service! It was perfect! You're my only call for transportation needs now. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This awful company did not show up to take the wedding party nor the 150 guest to the wedding reception. Contract was signed, credit card was charged everything was confirmed and they pulled a NO SHOW on the day of the wedding. We called 1000 times frantically and no one called back.. nothing. They seriously left and entire wedding party stranded. We all ended up having to take Ubers and taxis to shuttle people back and forth. Stay away from this company. A company that does this to a bride and groom and their guest on such an important day should not be in business. Bruce never called and is an awful person for doing this. read more
