Not much to talk about, I rented a limosine from these guys. They sent a driver who was on time, didn't talk much, and took our party where they needed to and brought us back on time. The limo was clean and smelled good. Overall Welcome Limosine provided exactly the service they offered. Only issue was that it was a bit on the expensive side but I didn't shop around so I wouldnt know how much the competition charges. Where do I begin with Ismail and Welcome Limousine. I am a high school teacher who took my students to a conference in San Francisco. I have to make the money stretch and had to call several shuttle services in the area to get a quote. After calling 30 shuttle, limousine and car service companies, Ismail offered the best price and one that a shuttle would have charged us to take us from SFO to the Marriott Marquis. Frankly, I wanted to travel in a limo. He was excellent in our phone conversation and wanted to make completely sure his driver, Feyz, picked us up on time and we were treated well. My students were very impressed that a limousine was picking us up curbside at the airport. They even joked that it was their senior prom moment. Chances are after they saw Feyz they wanted him as their prom date :) We were treated like royalty by Ismail and Feyz on the initial trip. When we wanted to tour the city on Thursday, I asked Ismail if he knew of anyone who could give us a private tour. He offered his services for a reasonable price and, suffice it to say, it was nice taking a private tour of San Francisco in a limo. Feyz knew the city well and we always felt comfortable and confident in his presence. Ismail would regularly check in with me to make sure everything was to our expectation. The most impressive thing from that conversation is that Ismail genuinely wanted to help us experience the beauty San Francisco offers. We hired him one last time to take us from the Marquis to SFO when we left the city to return to Texas. In five days, we used Welcome Limousine three times. I understand that he has to run a business. We never felt like we were a number to him. It felt like we were the only people who mattered to him. That is how you run a successful business.
