I thought I was getting a great deal. The guy promised me $400 for a two way trip into SF and back from the East Bay. We even booked uber from the concert to dinner to get the lower rate so the driver wasn't on the clock all day. He definitely understood that. They give you an online quote but I realize now that was never emailed to me. They made me pay $850 because the $170/hr minimum is on the email. They also quote a 14 person sprinter van when it barely fit 12 with half being children. If you go with these guys because of the lower rate don't believe it! Totally unethical and shady. Motherz Day 2023...8:30 a.m. pick up...6hr limo ride... Called a week prior to mother's day and requested a limo for momz to cruise around for 6hrs. Phone response was prompt & customer service was great...I have to admit I was planning to go with another limo service, but their price was ridiculous. Wow, I couldn't even wait a few days to write this review. Mohammed Zahir is a scam artist. I found him on yelp and was give a price of $472.00 for a total of four hours. Once I told him where I was going, he tried to up sale me 2 additional hours. He believed that I wasn't from the bay are and I left him believe it too.(Businesses always try and up sale tourist. I told him it wasn't going take 6 hours to go to Sonoma from Oakland and back and that I wasn't going to pay hat type of money. We then settled on a price of $572.00 for 5 hours. I was told to give an amount of $300.00 via Vemo for the deposit. On the day of the event, it was a horrible. It was 90 degrees outside and the air conditioner was blowing hot air! And the blue tooth was not working. When the I advised the driver, he became hostile and told us he didn't want to drive us, he was doing this for a friend. I called Mohammed and he began to try and blame me for the problem. Like how are you mad that my friends and I are sweating like we work in a sweat shop! I told him I wanted my money back and he was trying to argue me down. I had to threaten to call the police on him! He finally said he would return my money and if I got out. Used this company for my daughter's wedding. Cannot believe how unprofessional and straight up rude and disrespectful the driver was. Yes we were running a little late but once all the wedding party was in the limo he was driving so fast, we were tumbling in the car, he was running stop signs and the bride and all of us were concerned of his unsafe driving. Once we got to the location he was very rude telling us to get out of the car. My daughter the bride and I were literally being yelled at to get out of the car while guests were entering church. So unprofessional. We got the service to take us from point A to point B. Distance from those places was 20 minutes and once we arrived at location he was so rudely telling everyone to get out. Used service for 45 minutes max. Bottom line you don't mistreat paying customers on such a special day and upset the bride and mother of bride and jeopardize everyone's safety due to his erratic driving. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used Black and White Limousine for transportation to and from San Francisco Airport. The trip to the airport was satisfactory, however, when the driver was to pick us up from San Francisco airport his attitude was rude and condescending. We had pre-arranged to be picked up. We were told to call when we landed from our 6 hour flight, which we did. The driver asked that we take our luggage from baggage claim upstairs to the arrival doors because there were too many cars at arrivals. I told him no, that was not convenient. We paid for the convenience of the limo service. The driver called us several times while he waited the 10 minutes for us to get our luggage and go outside. At one point he called and told me to hurry up. When we went outside to the curb, we called again, as instructed by the driver, he yelled at me and said he was already there (how were we to know). The driver was huffing and very agitated; when he put our luggage in the car he was just shoving and jamming the luggage into the trunk and said it wouldn't fit (3 bags). One of us had to load the trunk for him. Then he asked where we were going, that information had been given to him prior to the pickup. We gave him directions then he proceeded to multi-task while driving... I had to tell him to keep his eyes on the road and drive. All the drivers seem to be named Jesse! I guess they only have to print business cards for one name. I would NEVER use this service again. Limousine SERVICE should be just that, service, especially when people are coming in from a long flight you'd expect to be treated with respect. Do not put yourself through the verbal abuse or inadequacy of this company. read more
