We were able to pay online, so my mother-in-law didn't need to be bothered with the payment. She arrived in Oakland early and the driver was waiting for her. The trip went well and the driver assisted her with her bag. They also provided emails when the driver was enroute, when he arrived at the airport and when my mother-in-law was dropped off. I didn't see the emails until later in the day, but I thought it was a very nice touch. Ray, our driver, was a consummate professional. Great service, pleasant to talk to, and did a fantastic job shuttling us around San Francisco on a Saturday night. Coming from very diverse backgrounds, they all have one thing in common: their lives have not been easy. They have been bullied, beaten, under-loved and ignored. By teachers, the public that doesn't understand them, peers, etc. UNTIL they all met each other at the school they are SO blessed to go to NOW. MY son, in particular has endured A LOT and we have fought a hard fight against the school district and bullies, etc. This was my gift to him and his friends. They didn't care about riding around for hours or showing off. They cared about sitting in it with their friends and feeling those "feel good feelings" that many of us take for granted, daily. I decided to call around to see if we could get a limo to pick up the kids and drop them off. Maybe an hour, max 2, of time. I couldn't find people that would even call me back!!!! Oscar called me back in a matter of an hour! We all pitched in money to make it happen. MOST companies won't negotiate even if it is a special situation. This is what make Oscar exceptional. He made all of us moms, cry HAPPY tears. We have been through HELL and back not only with but, FOR our children. Oscar provided a limo for the kids and they were ECSTATIC!!!!
