Airport transfers, special events, corporate rides -- every single time the car is immaculate, the driver is early, and the communication is clear and responsive. No chasing confirmations, no last-minute surprises. They just handle it. What sets Black Gem apart from every other car service in the Bay Area is that it actually feels like they care. The vehicles are luxury-model, spotless, and comfortable. But it's the personal touch that keeps me coming back year after year -- UK and Jenny treat you like family, not a transaction. After this many years I wouldn't trust anyone else. If you need a ride to SFO, OAK, or anywhere in the city, stop scrolling. This is the one.

I have used them now six times and I must say I have never had better service. It's so much fun riding in the Tesla X . It reminds me of the Batmobile. Pure luxury. It's not much more than an Uber black car price and they will even provide champagne on request for special occasions. Water and phone charging cables are provided as well as an iPad affixed to the back seat so you can watch Netflix movies on the way. Download the TeslaOnCall app ! You won't regret it. I have been using various taxi services when I have my business travels but have had very strange,…read moreinteresting and bad experiences with some, so I had to look for something else. When I booked the this limo services, immediately I was greeted by a warm person on the other end, very helpful, professional and friendly. They were on time and welcomed me with a warm genuine smile. Donna was my driver and she was so nice. We had a wonderful conversation about our family as she has kids and me being pregnant, she drove very smooth. Sometimes you luck out and get aggressive drivers that are jerky and not as friendly but she made this experience so pleasant. As an added bonus, they had snacks, candy and magazines in the back, windows tinted and turned on the air conditioning. She made sure that I got to my destination safely and on time. I needed a ride back as well so it was very easy to set that up and she was on top of it when I arrived. I would use this service again, especially Donna, and I would recommend them highly.

Overall I am very impressed by his service and highly recommend to you all in need of a taxi.

Day of the trip, the buses don't show up. I called Victor, he picks up and says he will check on the drivers. Then radio silence since. I called another 18 times from multiple different phone numbers. I sent emails and called our previous bus drivers from this company trying to reach anyone. We spent hundreds of dollars on food, event registration, and over 300 man hours preparing for this event, and they don't even have the decent to call back saying that they don't have a driver or they can't make it. We waited for hours before finally giving up and sending everyone home.

I had some problems initially contacting them through email, as for some reason my email was in their spam folder. I then tried to call the company, and we kept missing each other. Eventually we spoke and I was able to call a few references of past clients, since I didn't see any reviews online. On the day of my event, the guests got to my venue on time and Edgar was there waiting to pick us up at the end of the event. He got us all there and back safely, and I was so happy with the service he provided. Not to mention that the school busses are in great condition and also a more affordable option that some other shuttle services. I would definitely recommend this company if anyone is looking to charter a school bus for any event!

We probably could have helped by providing him with the most efficient routes. All in all, I would use them again.

The bus driver was rude and told us not to use the bathrooms because then they would smell. The bus creaked and you could just tell from the beginning that it was not safe. Sure enough, it broke down...for like 4 hours. We were told we could not leave the bus and threatened if we did. We were also told no one was allowed to come pick us up. Apparently we couldn't go any further because the brakes were broken and could blow up...how safe for a bus full of 40 kids. Finally, another bus came to pick everyone up and we finally got to magic mountain way way after everyone else was there. Then in the morning, the same broken bus was coming to pick us up for our long trip back...it was late of course and on the whole way back we had to deal with the unbearable smell of the bathroom while everyone on the other buses rode in a clean and safe environment. I originally wrote a review about this right after it happened but I was told I would not get a refund until I took it down..so I did. Then I found out they lied to me. Aptos High had to give everyone on the bus money back and this company didn't give a dime back! SO UNFAIR AND RIDICULOUS. I HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS.
