On Sunday around 12:30 p.m., near Blue Oaks Boulevard by Habit Burger and the AMPM, I had one of…read moreRocklin Pest Control's employees driving extremely close behind my vehicle--so close that I couldn't even see his headlights in my rearview mirror. When I pulled into the AMPM parking lot, I was making a right turn into a parking space. I did swing a little wide, and I did not use my turn signal. While I acknowledge that mistake, it did not justify what happened next. The employee pulled in behind my vehicle, rolled down his window, and began verbally assaulting me. I told him he should have stopped tailgating me. In response, he made comments about sexually assaulting me, called me a dumb b****, and used several other vulgar insults. So even if I made the mistake of not using my turn signal, this employee felt comfortable enough to verbally assault a woman while driving a company vehicle. That behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. I called the company today to speak with a manager. The receptionist explained that he was in a meeting, which I understood. I called back later after the meeting had ended, but by then he had already left for an inspection. What disappointed me most was that I never even received a phone call acknowledging my complaint or attempting to schedule a time to discuss such a serious incident. I did finally get a call back. The manager said he will talk to him but I hope they do more than just talk to him. He should be let go. He threatened to sexually assault me.... They should be very concerned they have a man who is working for them with this short of fuse over a blinker that goes to people's homes... he was willing to do this in a very public setting. Who knows what would have happened in it wasn't so public. I was worried for my safety. So I'm concerned also for the potential safety of customers especially

I can confidently give Jeff my highest recommendation. First and foremost, he is a man of ethics…read moreand integrity. If you've shopped around for any type of repairs or home services, you know that can be severely lacking! In the end, a man's integrity means more than anything else he has to offer. When I called Jeff to ask him for help with a rental property, where the tenant was reporting a severe infestation of black widow spiders, rather than happily take my money, he was skeptical about such an infestation at this particular time of year and suggested I might want to inquire further with my tenant. It turns out, she was bothered by the fact that she had spiders LAST SUMMER, but hadn't framed it that way when she reported it to me! Saved me from paying for a service call to address a problem that doesn't exist. On Jeff's recommendation, I will schedule him to go out in May to take preventive measures before it becomes a problem. Doing it now would be pointless! UPDATE: I called back during the summer to get the problem addressed while it actually existed. Jeff answered the phone (!) and scheduled the service immediately. He promptly took care of the issue and was professional and helpful throughout. And the price was RIGHT.

Service was rendered I was billed immediately. Messaged technician and he says he didn't even know I have weed service, when the earlier messages EXPLICITLY STATED weed service. Moving forward I called office to explain situation and let them know this was a HUGE mishap on their part and I'd be canceling all services with them after 10 years. Turns out I had a partial weed service that was done due to some gravel blocking my back 40 and was owed $150 back. The lovely lady I spoke to on the phone told me someone would be getting back to me about that refund. Weeks later nobody has gotten back to me and I'm out $150 for a treatment that wasn't done completely. Rotten service and lying about communication would serially make me dab at recommending this business to anyone. Enjoy the $150 yall came up on from me..... Is that called theft?
