I hate writing negative reviews but here we are... If I can give a zero I would! Please be wear these people tend to over charge! Especially those are at young at or who are not well aware of prices. Just to for a small custom box for subwoofers they charge $1,000! You would think they would of attached or turned it on the car but they couldn't even do that. They car stated there over night too just for that. I was ask to pick up the car and when I requested for the car they had missed place the keys too read more

Worked with Jose here. I've got to say that the customer service is excellent. Jose and his team of techs worked with me during numerous visits to get the audio tuned to exactly my liking. Anytime there was an issue, Jose was quick to provide a solution. I got a subwoofer and wiring harness installed too basically open up my audio system (standard model Teslas have the speakers built in but not wired). Overall excellent service and I highly recommend this place! read more

at first Jason offered a good customer service, however the job was not satisfactory at all.Firt we order a stereo that he said it will fit and gave us a call a few days latter saying the oposite, we chose a different one then we had to take our car three times for them to tell us that the phone charger was not going to work any more. They should of said something since the beginning Don't really know what they are doing read more

Returning customer but not after today....What a rip off!!! $490 labor to install one 4 channel amp, a single channel amp, and 2 door speakers in a chevy 1500. Told me it was so much because it would take them 5 hours to install......hahahha wow. Thanks Roger. read more

I came to the store and was not even greeted or helped. I was waiting for someone to help me for over an hr and decided to just leave. Not one worker that was sitting on the desk ask if I was helped or anything. I had customers coming and just getting help right away while I still standing there waiting for help. Complete awful customer service. Never coming here again. read more

Review on basically customer service. They were friendly and understanding i didn't get any work but they advised me how to hold bad work performed by another shop accountable and never tried to push me to purchase anything with them. Therefore my future vehicles will be coming here and I referred family to do the same. Treat people with respect and as valuable customers you get more in return! read more

My experience at Advanced Car Stereo Riverside was nothing but positive. From the moment I walked in, Jason welcomed me and provided me with all of the information I needed to get the right products and services for my Jetta. He took his time to explain everything in detail, including the pros and cons of each option, so that I could make an informed decision on what was right for me. The products he recommended were top of the line and reasonably priced too. He even allowed me to split up payments into multiple installments so that I could manage financially. read more

I looked over the financing they gave my son who is snap Finance They handed to him on the way out with no explanation that is lease to own or Trid and Regulation Z The company is being Sued by CFPB so we will be calling the regulatory company tomorrow about that . Im sure they weren't trained in what they are selling to obtain their commission as there's not even a break down of pieces of what was bought which seems highly inflated as well. Damian couldnt give me the owner or manager or explain the contract to me either as I already understood it , I didn't go with my son as he didn't have authorization to sign a contract in the first place so Im not sure how he was approved? Theres many questions to be asked as now the windows that are automated dont roll up and theres a limited warranty and a repossession order if not paid in full in a 100 days or it also can double . The company is a Scam I wouldn't buy from here and I might say this is deceptive business practices. I will put this on Google as well and post the contract ! read more

This place was awesome! I want to be sure to mention Damien who was very helpful from the start. But not to forget to mention the other people working there who were equally awesome and very helpful. When my husband and I walked in we were quickly greeted by a worker who immediately asked my husband what he was looking for and what kind of car he was looking to install the asked for head unit. Our car is kind of older, it's a 1983 Chevy El Camino so the guy asked Damien about the product my husband had asked about. Damien immediately asked to see the car to see the configurations where the unit would be going. As we were walking out I over heard the other guy ask Damien if the rims we had on the car were Irocs.. Now that told me these guys are informed on their brands and the looks. I always look for stuff like that because it tells me they know what they are talking about. Which is good in my book. My husband ended up buying the recommended touch screen face plate and we are really happy with it. The guys who installed it were awesome as well. There was another gentleman I think he was the owner he was pretty awesome too! Very helpful and knowledgeable and into cars. He came out and spoke to us several times. I would definitely recommend this place to any body looking to put in new systems. We are going back in a couple weeks to get some lights installed on my husbands lifted truck. 100% amazing place! Excellent staff and excellent work! 5 star all the way. read more

Always helpful and find a way to work within a budget or full custom. Inventory and service is fantastic.

The shittiest wired used for my speakers... the back speakers wouldn't even turn on from the shitty wire. So by far the shiitiest for stereo.. Motherflower made me pay 460 for some 120 dollar set of speakers.. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE read more

I didn't actually get my speakers installed here. BUT Tony and his Team seriously helped me out. They were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without a seeming to be annoyed or bothered, so that's a plus. Tony even let me be in the work area when they started fixing the half ass installation from another shop. Tony was very personable and he made me feel at ease with what exactly I paid for. They fixed the sound throughout my car and fixed any half ass work that Stereo Pros didn't care enough to correct. The best part was when they pulled the door panels off to prove my theory to be correct. Stereo Pros lied to me and the finance company about what they actually installed in my car. (Never sucks being right! Lol) Thank you Tony you made me feel very comfortable. My car hits as to be expected and my phone calls come through on the speakers now. I only wish I came to this place the first time... Lesson learned read more

I walked in las last minute and one of the workers Helped me out with everything I needed , good customer service, will return

Paid just to get a stereo installed and find out about two weeks later it didn't work anymore. Came in with receipt and warranty still active for the 90 days it gave me and they charge me 75$ just to check it out??? This place is a scam imo wish I was informed more clearer about the situation before paying with a "warranty" read more

Great place to get your audio work done. They have worked on my truck and boat and I am overly satisfied. I am a customer for life . Thanks Tony and the team for everything. read more

Beware!!!! Stay away!! Nothing got done on truck but yet they still charged $3100 on credit card. Called the store two times. Jose (employee) said he already talked to Tony (The owner). Tony has not done nothing to erase this charge on the credit card. That is fraud. Getting charged for nothing. Filed a fraud claim against them. Update: went to the shop 12/12/19, talked to Tony and Jose. Tony refused to cancel order after we told him we didn't want nothing done to the truck. Tony said "do whatever you need to do" read more

Hi i just purchased a stereo yesterday and had it installed. When i picked up my honda pilot the stereo was not flush with dash. It stuck out about an inch. So i went back and they told me that the " factory brackets" were missing. A courtesy call would have been nice informing me that i was missing brackets then i could have decided if i wanted to keep a stereo that clearly was not mounted correctly or waited untill i went to dealer to buy the missing brackets. Instead i got an angry installer who wanted to blame me for missing parts. He gladly offered to return the stereo minus $75.00 installation fee. Geeze thanks read more

I went to Advanced Car Stero to add a backup camera to my BMW I3 as well as have car play enabled. Jose handled my install and he did a great job. I had originally went to to the manufacture (Bimmer Code) for the parts I needed to retrofit for car play. When speaking to the company they tried to upsell me a device for $2200. After speaking to Jose at Advanced Car Stero he did the research for me and found that I actually only needed the MMI configuration in order to have the car play work on my vehicle which was $1500 less than what Bimmer Code was telling me I needed. I really appreciate Jose looking into it for me, I appreciate them not trying to take advantage of the situation by up selling me something I truly didn't need. Jose ordered the part and kept me in the loop along the way, texting me when the part was received and setting up an appointment for me to drop off my car. He followed through with everything he said he was going to do and provided EXCELLENT customer service. I am so happy with my camera and MMI install, Jose did an amazing job. He even took time to reply to my text after picking up my car when I had a few questions about certain features. It was an overall great experience I would absolutely go to Jose again. read more
