Great service with a great attitude. Had a battery replaced late on Sunday afternoon and they were great! I will be back.

First thing, it's pretty convenient to get to, it's right next to 207, and there's a good size parking lot, so you won't have any problems getting in or out. The store was clean and well-maintained, and the gentlemen working there were top-notch. Very friendly, and definitely very knowledgeable, if you're having a problem with your car and not sure what part you might need, or if you're not quite sure how to replace your wiper blades or something else, they will show you, or in some cases do it for you. Overall, the prices are very good, and they probably have what you're looking for, auto parts wise. The only reason I didn't give this place a higher rating, is that the selection is not as good as the local NAPA or Advance Auto Parts. This place is STRICTLY auto parts and replacement parts only. They don't have a lot of other items, like air fresheners or stereo equipment or floor mats like the other stores. If you're in the need for wiper blades, spark plugs, belts, hoses, wiring, etc, then definitely, this would be a great stop for you. If you're looking for a wider assortment, you may want to hit one of the other places. Overall, a good store. Great customer service, good prices, and a fairly good selection, as long as you know what you're looking for. I will definitely stop in here again when I'm in the market for some quality auto parts.

At my nail Solon, a young lady suggested this pick and pull. Entry is $4 no matter what. Definitely wear shoes you don't care about and wear gloves . Step to the window and tell them why you're there. Pay admit $4 in cash but charge is okay when your find the part you need. $2 extra for card. I only had a par of pliers and a few men giggled and asked asked how I would get it off the car. I was handed apiece of paper, after doing research on the site ahead of time for the car and year I needed to match. My row was 144. It was a long sledge walk in slides ( I was fed up with calling around at that point). I found the row , and some comical roasts along the way ( see photo) but the actual models that fit my car were destroyed or already taken. I found a similar model that seemed to fit the measurements .. until I got back to my car. The part was $4. I paid in cash. I was given a receipt but told the part is as is. Posted photo after I ordered correct size from Amazon. I just did this temp. So I wouldn't get pulled over, and I need to see my blind spots!!

They gave me a fair offer right away and sent a driver to the tow yard to pick up my car. He handled everything and handed me a check on the spot. The only mistake I made was forgetting to remove my license plate and by the time I realized it, the car had already been crushed.

She was friendly and not pushy at all, gave my kids 1000 more snacks than they needed and was just all around great. That's where the good stops. This dealership advertised lots of things and didn't follow through with any of them. 158% of blue book trade in value Lifetime warranty included Zero percent financing $33,000 all wheel drive pathfinder I called to confirm what of these can be combined before driving 2hours each way with small children. The managers have to approve all the deals and basically said they don't really honor the advertising and sucks to suck. They use techniques like adding unauthorized down payments to make things appear cheaper than they are. They will also use your tax credit from your trade in to make it appear like they are getting you more for your trade in than they actually are. After all the negotiations nonsense they will take you into finance to try and sell a bunch of warranty products you don't want. When you finally finish this malarkey they do something we've never experienced in a dealership. They literally try and force you to see car insurance sales pitches that you don't want. At this point we had been there 5 hours with 2 tired kids and it was like a hostage situation. They then have the very sweet sales woman give you a survey on her performance. Her performance is AMAZING but I'm sure they use those surveys to make it seem like the whole process is amazing... it is not. At the end of the day we ended up with a decent deal but certainly not worth the 4 hours in the car plus the 5+ hours in the dealership and we missed out on the activities we intended to do with our kids while in town. Just a little added details, we looked at 1 car, knew what we were there for, and test drove just 1 car. Negotiations were done fairly quickly but the upselling was insane.
