This is our go-to store for auto parts in the city. Conveniently located, plenty of parking with easy access.

NAPA Know How! I…read morerecently was in the market for some auto cleaning supplies and some antifreeze, and I pass this NAPA on my way to work every day, so I figured I'd swing in and check it out. Big pro- it's located right on the side of SR 16, so it's very easy to get to. There's a huge parking lot, so you won't have trouble getting in or out. The building is fairly new, and it's very clean, and very quiet. This store has the usual selection of cleaning supplies, accessories, and oils and lubes that fairly all auto parts stores have, however the main plus of this store is the actual auto parts selection- it's HUGE. I would doubt they don't have something you need for your car, and if they don't have it, they can order it. The staff here is pretty knowledgeable and friendly, so if something's wrong with your car, they can probably diagnose it and get the part you need, all pretty cheap. At least way cheaper than you'll pay at a repair center. My only complaint about this place is that the accessories area is quite small. They do have a good selection of stuff that you'll need, but not as good as other stores. Also, they don't carry a lot of name brand stuff- but NAPA brand goods. NAPA makes some good stuff, but I like a particular brand of antifreeze for my truck- they don't sell it at NAPA. Only NAPA antifreeze. When most people like me are very particular about what they put into their car or truck, that can be a problem. Overall, it's a decent place. Good prices, great employees, clean building, good selection. I would recommend it more for auto parts than anything else, although if you're looking for a good basic selection, definitely stop in. Not my favorite place to shop, but I was impressed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this business on two separate occasions…read more The first experience was for a scraping noise while accelerating. After inspecting my car, I was told the issue was the motor mounts and was quoted around $1,500 for the repair. Since I knew motor mounts were not worth anywhere near that amount I chose to replace them myself for $50. However, this did not resolve the issue because the diagnosis was incorrect. I later identified the actual problem as a parking brake wire contacting the driveshaft, which was a simple and inexpensive fix. This represents a significant misdiagnosis and a large difference in cost. The second experience involved calling ahead twice to confirm availability for a resonator delete as the shop is about an hour away from me. I adjusted my work schedule and drove out based on that confirmation only to be told upon arrival that they likely would not be able to complete the job. I was advised to wait which I did for about two hours but ultimately the work was not done. This resulted in lost time, money, and other inconveniences. I want to clarify that I did not miss any appointments both visits were made after confirming availability in advance. Clear communication is especially important when customers are traveling long distances and planning around work schedules. While I understand that scheduling problems can happen the combination of being told services were available when they were not along with the earlier misdiagnosis led to a huge lack of confidence in this business. I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.

I…read morenormally go to Advance Auto, but since I was driving past this location, I figured I'd stop in and check out what this place was like. First thing, it's pretty convenient to get to, it's right next to 207, and there's a good size parking lot, so you won't have any problems getting in or out. The store was clean and well-maintained, and the gentlemen working there were top-notch. Very friendly, and definitely very knowledgeable, if you're having a problem with your car and not sure what part you might need, or if you're not quite sure how to replace your wiper blades or something else, they will show you, or in some cases do it for you. Overall, the prices are very good, and they probably have what you're looking for, auto parts wise. The only reason I didn't give this place a higher rating, is that the selection is not as good as the local NAPA or Advance Auto Parts. This place is STRICTLY auto parts and replacement parts only. They don't have a lot of other items, like air fresheners or stereo equipment or floor mats like the other stores. If you're in the need for wiper blades, spark plugs, belts, hoses, wiring, etc, then definitely, this would be a great stop for you. If you're looking for a wider assortment, you may want to hit one of the other places. Overall, a good store. Great customer service, good prices, and a fairly good selection, as long as you know what you're looking for. I will definitely stop in here again when I'm in the market for some quality auto parts.
