No help whatsoever!! We needed a bearing for our trailer we we're hoping they'd be helpful of assisting as it is a Trailer Repair Service. We bought the cap they recommended however wrong one and they told us to get a hammer and pound it in!! Obviously it doesn't fit So why force it. They were just not interested in assisting us. read more

Horrible customer service !!!!! Don't give your money to them!!!! Brought my truck in to have my ARE truck cap resealed for some water leaks. Was told by Ryan. It is still going to leak after spending $865.00 to repair some seals. To top it off they gave me my Black painted truck back with severe hard water spotting from them water leak testing and letting it dry in the Flordia sun. Ryan offered to wash my truck I reply the water spots are so bad on the windshield You can hardly see out of it he replied I offered to wash your truck for you is that not good enough. No it's not! To sum it up. My truck cap still leaks and I now have hard water spotting all over my truck. I guess I will have to pay out more money to fix their poor quality workmanship. I brought my boat trailer to b&b trailers a few weeks ago to have a bad hub replaced. During the visit, they told me my nine year old aluminum trailer was beyond repair and that I needed a new one. They cited the tongue assembly being bad(and no replacement parts available) and that it needed a new axel. The axel is only two years old and shows very little signs of wear. It is clear they were just looking to make a sale. I would not refer b&b to my worst enemy. I brought my business to preferred trailer in Ponte Vedra. They set me up with new hubs and gave my trailer a clean bill of health. I would not be upset if b&b tried to up sell me on a complete trailer overhaul, but the fact they tried to say my ALUMINUM trailer was beyond repair is just reprehensible. read more

It disappoints me to have to give this review and I am not typically one to do so, but I feel compelled. I will do my best to keep the details as succinct as possible. We initially decided to hire B & B to rebuild our boat trailer and install a surge brake system for the sole purpose of time and warranty. Following the initial install within a few months a simple oversight by B & B of not lubricating the roller properly resulted in the destruction of 8 sets of brake pads, 4 rotors and 2 family weekends. The issue was misdiagnosed twice by B & B but the service manager Aaron and Facility Manager, Ryan blamed the problem on me both times. First it was diagnosed that I was too cheap to purchase stainless brake pads. Aaron concluded that due to corrosion, all 4 sets of pads within a few months corroded to the point in which they simultaneously fell off the backing and caused metal to metal contact that destroyed the rotors. After $600+ of labor and upgrade charges I was sent on my way, only to have the issue immediately return within days. After being conned into upgrading to stainless pads... SHAME ON ME..... the blame was once again place at my feet but this time it wasnt my frugalness it was my trailer not being level, which later proved to be completely false. The trailer was 100% level and exactly measured 23" which was the height that the Facility Manager, Ryan recommended??? After approximately $1500 in additional cost following the initial $4400 for the install it was nothing more than an improperly lubricated the roller... After confronting Ryan about the additional costs and despite one of his techs insisting that it was "99%" a roller lubrication issue he still insisted that it was due to my trailer and he added that I must have not been driving the trailer properly. The conversation ended in zero compromise from Ryan and the loss of a potential life long customer.... How short sighted? Believe it or not there are so many more details I left out, but I think the point is made that mistakes happen but if you're looking for accountability you're most likely not going to find it at B & B... And one last thing I think is worth mentioning, after it was clear that I won't be doing service with B & B again and Ryan is full of $#!T, the guy actually tried to up sell me on an electrical brake system... He is truly a living, breathing salesman cliche. read more

Called concerning the need for install of Ready Brake and Breakaway kit for Motorhome towbar. Also for wireless brake monitor. Quoted $1200. Asked for military discount was told no, their prices were competitive. Asked if they would just finish up my work on the first item. . Was told in the most smug manner he didn't like finishing other people's work, all or nothing. Then he just walked away. Found another installer who quoted $700. If you don't mind getting shysted and grossly overcharged go for it. They do good work. Beware, they don't like military and they don't like DIYers. Went to have the bleed brakes. Was told needed new system. Charged over 1200.00. Also told needed new wiring, which I just replaced. Today 4/6/2021 doing maintenance and had same master cylinder, never replaced, same calipers I replaced 2 yrs ago, rotors were so rusted and pad falling apart. Stay Away. read more

Buyer Beware!! I ordered a bed cover for my 2020 Ford pickup with the intention of it being installed once delivered. I showed up for my install appointment and immediately became concerned as the installer entered the showroom stating "I think we have a problem". Further contact with the installer "Arron" indicated that the cover was not compatible with the drop in bedliner on my vehicle. Next I called a local business to inquire about a spray in liner to make the install work. Arron immediately approached me and informed that they had figured out the problem and continued with the install. Once completed the truck bed cover appeared ok but upon arriving home, closer inspection revealed the bed cover was raised on each end not flat as it should have been. I believe this is do to the bedliner . The install should have never occurred!! The worst of this situation.........I discovered three dents in the truck body along the bed rail. On this date I had owned the truck for three weeks (Less than 400 miles) and there was absolutely no damage on the truck . I returned the next day to point out the damage .....the service writer and "Arron" with no hesitation told me they had noticed the damage prior to install........it appeared to me to be a well rehearsed anticipated response. It was truly my intention to patronize a local business and save me the frustration of installing the cover. Truly disappointed !! read more

I had a problem with my Lance trailer as my tires were wearing unevenly.. I took my trailer in for an evaluation and repair. The staff determined that I had a bent axis and also needed to make some adjustments in the braking system. Although not cheap, it was $ 1000.00 less then what General RV was going to charge. I felt that they were reliable, customer oriented, and highly capable of solving my trailer issues. This is not a " fly by night" operation and certainly makes you believe in the old adage, " you get what you pay for." Dave was very helpful. There was the threat of a hurricane the week I brought it in and he had it put in their building to protect it until they could work on it. I had it back the following week. Great turn around time. Recently, I wasn't sure if I had the controller set properly and brought it back in. Matt helped me this time. He set it for me, explained how it worked in great detail. Lots of patience which I need since electronic devices rather baffle me. I've been very pleased with their service and would strongly recommend them. read more

We purchased a new vehicle and contacted B & B for hitch service to carry the bike, trailer and platform. We gave a $100.00 deposit and was told it would be one week. After one week, we called to check on the hitch. We reached out and were told it would be another week. Again, we reached out and were put on hold for over ten minutes were told the person would call us back in an hour. We never received a call back. We called back and was told the person does that alot. At the end of the week we called back to the same response. Four weeks later, we still do not have a hitch. We called again yesterday to it would be next week. This morning, we called our credit card company to canceled the deposit and reached out to another hitch company. We have our hitch on within three hours. Thank you, Cannon. I would never recommend B & B to anyone. We contacted our dealership to share our experiences so they would not recommend this company to their new buyers. read more
