But, Bozard really does more than offer a fair price. They are good, trustworthy people who really care about customers having a positive experience. We live in Tennessee. So, buying from a dealership in another state involves some trust and legwork -- particularly if you ship the car. That's where Bozard excels. They have a well-organized process for handling everything (even your out of state registration) and making it hassle free. The car was shipped to me and arrived promptly without damage. They even included a nice giftbox with wine and wine glasses in the backseat. Throughout the process, Bozard actively coordinated with me to make sure I understood the technology in the vehicle and was happy with the purchase. Moreover, when I had a post-sale issue with one of the technical features in the vehicle, they took initiative to resolve it to my satisfaction. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and bought other luxury brands. This is not your average dealership. So, if you are reading this review and wondering whether to buy from Bozard, go for it. You are in good hands. Highly recommend Jack Michie and Thom Workman at their sales dept.

We were aiming to reach Savannah, Georgia that evening, taking turns driving Steve's relatively new pre- owned hybrid Hyundai Santa Fe. The car had been running beautifully, when several hours into the trip, Steve thought he noticed the car running rough and accelerating slowly. We pulled over and it seemed to subside, so we kept going. I took over driving at one point and noticed immediately that the car would not accelerate past 60 mph. Then several dashboard lights lit up. We were unsure what we were near but looked up and stopped at two Hyndai dealers along the way who told us they were too busy to help us and that we should find a hotel and wait for Monday. They would not even look at the car, although they were open and it was early afternoon. We gassed up the car and kept going, cautiously, at about 55 mph. We stopped for gas again in St Augustine, FL. I looked up and saw a sign that we were near the St Augustine, Florida Hyundai dealer. We thought we'd try a third time. We got to the dealer around 5 pm. It was after hours but Bryan Payne and one other gentlemen were still working, closing out the month. They came outside and conducted tests on the car, taking over 30 minutes, and determined that the problem was likely a 12 volt battery that was over 3 years old and not charging. They had no access to parts to help us get a battery there but they wanted to help. When Bryan learned we were trying to head home to NJ and reach Savannah that night, he said "where there's a will, there's a way". His wife called while he was with us. He spoke lovingly to her and explained he would be late as he was helping us. He asked if we would be open to this: he and Steve would go to a local place and get a new battery. He lived close by and would take me to sit with his wife Alexandra and their beautiful baby, Cylas. This was irregular but he was so willing to help us on his own time that we thankfully agreed. I spent about an hour with Alexandra and Cylas while she held dinner for Bryan. Steve was accompanied by Bryan to secure the new battery. All in, this took several hours. Alexandra and Cylas were warm and welcoming, Bryan was a lifesaver, and Steve and I are eternally grateful. We finally reached Savannah after 10pm, tired but so grateful. Sometimes today, it feels like no one cares about service or people. Bryan does care. And his actions showed it. You have a gem there, and I hope you know it and find ways to keep and reward him. He helped two strangers, after hours, on a Saturday afternoon/evening. Bryan even gave us his cell number to let him know we arrived safely. He got back to us to check on us the next day. We will never forget that, or him and his family. We took our time but now have been back in NJ for several days, with no further car issues. My experience with this dealership from start to finish was excellent. The salesman was not pushy at all. We communicated for about a week via email prior to me getting to test drive the car. In the end I got a fair price on the new car and exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Every person I interacted with at the dealership was very friendly. The dealership itself is one of the nicest I've been to. When I came to pick up the car it was detailed, fully charged and topped with a bow waiting for me. Was a nice touch. The first thing I want to note is that, in my opinion, so many of these reviews for this business are AI or otherwise falsely generated. It's very easy now for businesses to pay for or generate reviews and it seems to be the only thing these guys do well. I went to Hanania to see if they were in the market for purchasing our vehicle. We were in need of a tow vehicle and ours was on its last leg, so we thought we would sell it and use the money to put down on a new one when we were ready. Hanania was local and convenient. We were lowballed on the amount they gave us ($800) which seems to be the exact same offer as every other person who sold a vehicle to them regardless of the vehicle, but we weren't desperate and didn't have time to shop around, so we took the offer. They took our vehicle and told us that they would be mailing a check and that it would be to us in a couple of days. It took two weeks to get paid for the vehicle that they had already taken from us. We finally had to contact their general manager to get a check written for us that we had to travel to Jacksonville to pick up. That same general manager spoke with my husband, talked a good game, and assured us that it was a one time mistake and that he would personally take care of us when we were ready to purchase our vehicle....we fell for it. When the time came, we gave them another chance. Here's where it gets bad. We went to the dealership and spoke with "Jack". Jack said I was approved and he just needed to find the vehicle we needed and that he would let us know when he had one. So, we waited. And waited...when he finally called and said that he had exactly the vehicle we wanted and it was ready to be shipped to our location, we just needed to give them a down payment, so we did. They took money from our bank account. At this point, we are more than 10 days into this transaction. We then got a text from Jack asking us if there were any other colors that we would accept, we were very confused....wait, what? I thought he already had our car on its way and that's the reason we put $$ down. WTH? So, he gave us some lines about the color not being available and we continued on since we were already into the transaction pretty deep. When another week of us asking questions and getting no responses went by, I started getting more aggressive with my texts. Then we got a text that he was having trouble getting me approved. What in the absolute scam did I get myself into? At that point, we had already lost out on several events because we didn't have a tow vehicle. I decided to get the General Manager involved. When we contacted him and told him what was going on, he said he would "get in the middle of it". They still have our money at this point. After several more days of waiting, he texted us that there are no vehicles available that match what we need, but that we were pre-approved for a different truck on the lot and that he was going to text us a picture of the sticker and if we like it, he would get the ball rolling on it. The text with the picture never came....from the general manager (Paul). We messaged him and called and still no text. When we finally got in touch with him after the weekend, he kept telling us that he was still working on it. WHAT? At this point, Jack has stopped communicating with us entirely even when we messaged him. They still have our money. More than a month after we began the transaction, gave them a down payment, and communicated with someone as high up as we could go, we had gotten nowhere. I had finally had enough and told them that they needed to give me my money back. It took them almost a week to give it back. No apology, nothing. Just a text that said that it had been refunded. Then came the letters. They hit my credit with inquiries 9 times. Yes, that's right....9 times with hard inquiries. More than 40 letters in the mail about inquiries into our credit. These people need to be sued.

On 4/1/17 we test drove a RAM 2500 with David at Bozard Ford. We returned to the dealership on 4/3/17 to take the truck out for a second test drive. David was not there, but the receptionist asked Jenna to help us instead. We drove the truck a second time, and were happy enough to decide to make a deal on it. It was about 30 minutes until closing (7:30pm), the intense rain storm had just started, and our kids had begun to complain that they were hungry, so we agreed to come back today (4/4/17) to work up the numbers. Jenna agreed that she would see us today, and we left for the night. We just returned to the dealership to purchase the truck today, and were told by the General Sales Manager (Jesse Scheff) that the truck was out on an "extended test drive". He informed us that the couple that took the truck for the test drive did not have a contract on it yet, and that no deposit had been made, but he would not let us purchase the truck since the other people were currently in possession of it. I am extremely upset for numerous reasons. First, we confirmed last night with Jenna that we would be in today to make the deal and that she would hold the keys for us until today. Second, we were never offered the option to go ahead and take the truck home on either Saturday or last night for any sort of "extended test drive", even though we confirmed extreme interest in the vehicle on both occasions. Third, they refused to sell us the truck even though there was no contract on it! We offered to make the deal today and they said no. Finally, they said that they tried to call us numerous times today, but we did not receive a single call or an e-mail about the truck. We have previous e-mails and text messages from Jeremy over the past couple of weeks, so I know they have correct contact information for us somewhere in their system. It would have saved us time and a completely wasted trip today had they at least had the decency to contact us. After this situation, I'm pretty positive we'll be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Outstanding! Ill start with my purchase of a certified preowned F150 XLT at the beginning of December 2019 which went great. Found the truck online and ended up driving to Bozard and leaving with the truck that night. No high pressure, bait and switch nonsense and no BS from the sales manager. If you ever purchased from a dealer you now what I mean about the sales mangers and the BS. During the test drive I did notice a vibration on the truck. Was instructed to bring it in and have it looked at the next day which I did. They balanced the tires twice and the vibration was still there and I was told to bring it back after my trip out of town and they would have a loaner vehicle for me to use. The service department was great! In fact I will say outstanding! The attention and concern to my problem was genuine. In fact the service manager even went on a test drive with me see what might be causing the vibration. Was given a loaner while they went over the truck to see what the problem was and received a phone call that afternoon saying the problem was fixed. I picked up the truck, no vibration and two new front tires were on the truck. To sum it up Bozard Ford really impressed me from the time I pulled up to look at the truck to the time I left after the vibration was taken care of. I'm now a loyal customer to Bozard Ford! There were several people that were fantastic during my purchases and my time with the service department. I wish I could remember everyone's name that helped me out but I cant. Everyone was great! I have had the worst experience at this dealership to the point I am about to travel to Palm Coast Ford instead. On top of being completely screwed over when I bought my car there (I ordered it through the factory and made the terrible decision to have it shipped to Bozard since it was so close, I tried like hell to have it moved to another dealership but Bozard wouldn't release it) the hassle was SO BAD I just signed my life away to get the hell out of there and now I am stuck in a horrible payment situation that no other dealership would of allowed. The service department needs to retrained like nothing I have ever seen..... they never know what is going on. For some reason my old car that Bozard took as a trade in is still on my account?! I have told them numerous times to remove it and it is still on my account, I have had a couple recalls and they had no idea how to fix them. I had to have my Palm Bay Ford contact call them to explain to them what to do.... it was completely ridiculous. I have started doing mobile oil changes/services since those guys are extremely nice and knowledgeable but I still have to deal with the service advisor for payment. I recently had a mobile oil change done and I was texted for payment, I responded with a coupon and asked that my points be used, I still have yet to get a response from the service advisor! I have checked in TWICE now asking her if she took the payment because I have not heard back yet. This dealership is a massive pain to deal with in ALL departments!! I will be traveling out of my way to avoid them from now on. read more

Well! Here I am again. Once again Bozard ford has proven 1st. place as the worst service department I have ever been to in my 50 years of buying new cars.My car has been in for service a total of five times and they still can`t find a mechanic in the entire service department. I won`t bore you with the whole pitiful story again. I will only tell you about the fourth time I took it back. After I took the car home for the fourth time I realized I had no air. Naturally it was not their fault . they said it was a leak. They agreed to fix it for free. Being fair I said I would pay for half of it. They were more than happy to accept the money. The air worked extremely well! That lasted for three weeks. As of this writing there is no air. I was asked to please remove my yelp post. They said the problem would be taken care of. Because they were the #1 in the U.S.Who ever gave them 1st place has never been to their service department. If this post should ever for some reason go away I will repost as long as there is a Bozard ford. Do yourselves a favor and make the drive to any other dealership.. Everything that took place at Bozard Ford was excellent. From the beginning, my wife found the car she wanted very quickly online with a detailed description (so she was able to get all the features she wanted). Bruce Gabraith was the first person I spoke to on the phone. He had all the details of features, specs and availability that I inquired about. When I asked a question about finacing, Bruce stated he needed to speak with his boss and the finance manager first, but that he would call me back shortly. He did return my call within 15 min with all the answers I needed. My wife and I drove out to the dealership that afternoon and hammered out all the details. AJ Miller was the finance manager that I dealt directly with. He went over every minute detail of my packet with me, ensuring that I understood everything and that I was receiving everything I was suppose to. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. I would gladly recommend this team and this dealership to my friends and family. read more

I'm not one to normally write reviews, but I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Zach Gibbs here for going above and beyond for my husband and I in purchasing our new car. We are expecting our first baby and were interested in the 2016 Ford Edge. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, accommodating, straightforward and helpful. You can tell he is enthusiastic about his job and his customers and did everything he could to make this an easy and fair purchase for us. We LOVE the new car, and the rest of their staff was very friendly and easy to work with as well, including JC, the finance manager and the multiple people who came up and congratulated us and thanked us for our business. Horrible experience not once but twice! We have went in there to purchase a vehicle got the runaround We told them what we wanted as far as a payment,ect I finally decided I had enough and walked out I did not get out of the parking lot before receiving a phone call saying that they would get us the vehicle how we wanted it we passed due to being jerked around that was a few months back today I submitted a credit app told them what we wanted and AGAIN our wishes were totally disregarded unfortunately I got the same salesman both times. I dropped my car off here for an oil change. I hate car maintenance and usually have bad experiences but this place is different. Very cool place. My advisor was kind and informative. I had a friend pick me up so I didn't have to wait, but it wasn't necessary. I received a call about 40 minutes later that my car was ready. They were so quick!! When I picked the car up my advisor welcomed me by name as soon as I walked in. It was so nice. I found my car out in the lot and was pleasantly surprised as it was washed and cleaned for me. Not happy with the sales staff. I came in to browse for a vehicle and wanted to test drive trucks with different options and packages. We were very clear to let the salesman we wanted to review several trucks before making any sort of deal, after looking at one truck he decides to get the keys so we could take a test drive. After the test drive he was only interested in getting our current trucks loan information and closing a deal rather than taking the time to put us in the right vehicle or review our options. I have had dealings with Matt Tudor, Lyndon Dych, TJ Bernal, Chris Gonzalez and AJ Miller. Buddy Price was wonderful to work with. He wasn't pushy and wasn't trying to make a commission. I have bad credit and he knew it.
