When she was married she really didn't have a choice on what type of vehicle she had but now she does have a choice. The other 4 vehicles she drove she ended up not liking. At one dealership the sales consultant made her feel "stupid" and talked down to her so we left. Today at Hyundai of St Augustine Dylan was with another couple so he asked Jacob Gray (sales consultant) to help us. He was phenomenal with our purchase experience! He was so patient, helpful and super friendly. We've had two Honda CR-V since 2020 and loved each one. My wife had told our daughter all the safety features you are looking for are in the CR-V. For some reason she didn't want to look at it but when she saw this one at Hyundai of St Augustine and test drove she feel in love it! I have to say this was the easiest and best purchase experience we've had purchasing a vehicle in a very long time! All the sales consultants were very friendly. The office staff were friendly and seem to work well with all sales consultants. The finance manager where we signed all the paperwork was also very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the dealership at 3:30pm. Test drove the vehicle. Made the decision. Signed paperwork. They put gas in the car and we were leaving at 6pm. My daughter and grandson were so happy with their new car. Makes me happy to see them in a newer safer vehicle than they had before! So if you are ever in the market for a new or used car (Hyundai or other) I definitely recommend you come and see Hyundai of St Augustine and definitely talk with Jacob Gray!!!! They open at 7 so you can make an early appointment if you want. The service technicians perform a narrated video to send you so you can see what they are checking for on your car. You also get an inspection report with required repairs, suggested repairs and things that will need attention in the future. The waiting area has plenty of chairs and tables to sit at if you choose to wait there for your car. They also have free coffee. There are also two vending machines with drinks and snacks for a charge. One suggestion would be to provide complimentary snacks and drinks, as the Benton Nissan dealership does in Hoover, Alabama.

I assume that it was free or at the maximum around $150 because they said it came with every car that they would service my mom was there with me and even asked them about it and there was no response on pricing. little did I know that it was $250 to just get your car even looked at and it was over $1000 to fix the key tumbler. I asked another place and they said that it was $60 for the SAME SERVICE. They are price gougers and even though I didn't get anything done on my car I still had to pay $250 for them to even look at it. we considered getting a cheaper service so then they could waive the $250 fee as most dealers do even though there's usually not even a fee to check the car. They said it would be $350 to get the driver belt replaced to my dad then later on said that it would be the $350 plus the $250 and the only way to get the $250 fee waived was to spend $1000 on the key tumbler. this was the worst service that I have ever experienced. I have never even written a review before, but this just had to be known. genuinely I will never come back here, even if they offer me something for the troubles that me and my family went through with them. they even offered me to trade in my car to wave the $250 fee. how ridiculous!!! Please save yourself and NEVER go here. (they also are just outrageously expensive and found multiple things to charge me on that weren't wrong with the car or didn't need replacement!!)

We decided to purchase said Jeep after driving same and imagine our surprise that we were out of there in two hours which included driving to our bank to obtain a cashier's check! He even helped my husband pair his cellphone with the Jeep before we drove off. Two days later John called to verify we were satisfied and if we had any questions or problems. Now it's Hanania Jeep, so my wife went there with her Jeep Renegade. The plan was to resume our service with them, for this car. But first we asked them to program our spare key, we got with the car when we bought it. It was not programmed for some reason. Now on to the charge for programming the key. I have done at least 5, 6 or more new keys over the years. Mostly with locksmiths. Usually they charge 60$ for the key and the same for programming. It's about 20 mins work. The hotel key did not need to be cut. It came with the old spare. Well folks, this Jeep dealer has the b@lls to ask 229$ for programming without tax!!!!! This is not expensive anymore. It's robbery! My wife drives a Jeep Renegade, not a Rolls Royce Wraith. So, Hanania, congrats, you didn't only make this money, you lost another customer forever. Good job

Let me tell you, this is by far the worst Cadillac dealer ever and they took advantage of me…read more Driving from South Florida to the northeast my Cadillac XT6 broke down at the St Augustine rest area and wouldn't start. It was pouring rain and I'm stuck so I called Fields Cadillac to let them know I am having my XT6 towed there. After about 3 hours of waiting for a tow truck, we finally get there 5 minutes after service closes. Drop the car and go into the sales department. Some woman tries to sell me a new Cadillac instead of helping me. Had to leave keys and get a hotel with a family of 4. First thing in the morning the next day I go over to the dealership to get the car services. Place is completely empty. Only sales and service people. No customers. Not one. Walk back to service and all the service guys are standing outside vaping and smoking doing nothing. I ask for assistance and told to wait because they are busy. When someone finally comes over, I am treated the advisor is a king and I am simply at their mercy. I was told that they have dozens of customers ahead of me and they don't think they can even look at it today. Again, the entire place is empty and everyone is standing around. I plead to have it looked at as we are a family of 4 stuck in a hotel. Late in the afternoon I finally receive a call with a quote or over 4 thousand dollars. Mind you the only parts needed are an sensor and a car battery. They marked up the prices double of what my local dealer would charge for the same work. They also added items on the quote like brakes, rotors and wiper blades in excess of three thousand leaving one thousand for the marked up parts. I told them I just want the sensor and the battery. Just enough to get home. They refuse to lower the price. I am also told the work will not be done until the next day and I need to stay another night in the hotel. Well sure enough they call me right before closing that the car is ready. I was told it would be the next day and no way it would be ready today. I already paid for the extra hotel night. When I go to pick up the car I am treated with disrespect like they are doing me a favor. Upon arriving at my destination, my local Cadillac dealer said I didn't need brakes, rotors or any of the items they listed except the sensor and the battery. In fact, they charged me for a sensor that was actually covered under a Cadillac recall. I had to open a claim with Cadillac to get the money back. All in all, this is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I assure you I will never buy a Cadillac again or do business with any Fields dealership. Instead of offering a restaurant with a chef in your dealership, you should treat people with respect and don't take advantage of their situation. And before a bot sends a fake note of apology, know that your dishonest business practices are now for all to see. There is a reason your dealership is empty.
