Bozard Ford replaced the engine and drivetrain components in my 2018 Ford Raptor. Before I approved the work, their service staff described the coverage as "bumper to bumper," said it would be like I had "just bought the truck," and told me I would essentially have a new drivetrain with a factory warranty. I specifically asked service advisor Mary whether the three-year, unlimited-mile warranty included the turbos and starter. I was told that it did. When I requested an itemized copy of the coverage, I was told it could be pulled up at any Ford dealership nationwide. Now that I am experiencing a turbo problem, Bozard Ford is refusing to honor the coverage as it was represented to me. Only after the work was completed did management provide a different and much narrower explanation of what was supposedly covered. That is unacceptable. If those limitations had been clearly disclosed before the repair, I could have made an informed decision about where to have the work performed. Instead, I relied on direct statements from their service department when authorizing an extremely significant repair. I gave Bozard Ford the opportunity to resolve this professionally and honor what their representative told me. Rather than stand behind those representations, they have left me fighting for coverage that I was specifically assured I had. My advice is simple: Do not rely on verbal promises from this dealership--regardless of how confidently they are made. Demand a detailed, itemized warranty document listing every covered and excluded component before authorizing any work. My experience has caused me to lose trust in Bozard Ford, and I cannot recommend their service department.

The first thing I want to note is that, in my opinion, so many of these reviews for this business are AI or otherwise falsely generated. It's very easy now for businesses to pay for or generate reviews and it seems to be the only thing these guys do well. I went to Hanania to see if they were in the market for purchasing our vehicle. We were in need of a tow vehicle and ours was on its last leg, so we thought we would sell it and use the money to put down on a new one when we were ready. Hanania was local and convenient. We were lowballed on the amount they gave us ($800) which seems to be the exact same offer as every other person who sold a vehicle to them regardless of the vehicle, but we weren't desperate and didn't have time to shop around, so we took the offer. They took our vehicle and told us that they would be mailing a check and that it would be to us in a couple of days. It took two weeks to get paid for the vehicle that they had already taken from us. We finally had to contact their general manager to get a check written for us that we had to travel to Jacksonville to pick up. That same general manager spoke with my husband, talked a good game, and assured us that it was a one time mistake and that he would personally take care of us when we were ready to purchase our vehicle....we fell for it. When the time came, we gave them another chance. Here's where it gets bad. We went to the dealership and spoke with "Jack". Jack said I was approved and he just needed to find the vehicle we needed and that he would let us know when he had one. So, we waited. And waited...when he finally called and said that he had exactly the vehicle we wanted and it was ready to be shipped to our location, we just needed to give them a down payment, so we did. They took money from our bank account. At this point, we are more than 10 days into this transaction. We then got a text from Jack asking us if there were any other colors that we would accept, we were very confused....wait, what? I thought he already had our car on its way and that's the reason we put $$ down. WTH? So, he gave us some lines about the color not being available and we continued on since we were already into the transaction pretty deep. When another week of us asking questions and getting no responses went by, I started getting more aggressive with my texts. Then we got a text that he was having trouble getting me approved. What in the absolute scam did I get myself into? At that point, we had already lost out on several events because we didn't have a tow vehicle. I decided to get the General Manager involved. When we contacted him and told him what was going on, he said he would "get in the middle of it". They still have our money at this point. After several more days of waiting, he texted us that there are no vehicles available that match what we need, but that we were pre-approved for a different truck on the lot and that he was going to text us a picture of the sticker and if we like it, he would get the ball rolling on it. The text with the picture never came....from the general manager (Paul). We messaged him and called and still no text. When we finally got in touch with him after the weekend, he kept telling us that he was still working on it. WHAT? At this point, Jack has stopped communicating with us entirely even when we messaged him. They still have our money. More than a month after we began the transaction, gave them a down payment, and communicated with someone as high up as we could go, we had gotten nowhere. I had finally had enough and told them that they needed to give me my money back. It took them almost a week to give it back. No apology, nothing. Just a text that said that it had been refunded. Then came the letters. They hit my credit with inquiries 9 times. Yes, that's right....9 times with hard inquiries. More than 40 letters in the mail about inquiries into our credit. These people need to be sued.

To me, this interaction felt untrustworthy. He also used jargon unnecessarily to make it sound more complicated than it is, something any reputable mechanic shop should avoid. The labor to replace the sensor is typically 5-10 minutes, and the part can be purchased OEM (Nissan factory) for ~$230-$250. My advice: get a second opinion or buy the part yourself to save hundreds of dollars.

They found a large bolt and determined the tire was not able to be used so they graciously put our spare on and checked its pressure. The pressure was low so air was added to get us going. All this was done with kindness and genuine concern. They would not accept payment for services.
