Greg Glasper the sales manager is one of the most sincere, nicest, organized people I've ever met. So are his Mechanics. This is an honest sincere review I swear- this man has gone above and beyond. Greg's gone out of his way to accommodate and help me in every way he can with repairs. When my warranty said it wouldn't cover things Greg fought for me and got it covered. He's always available to call if I have an issue (don't know how he does that, he's always super busy) Anyway 6 gold stars out of 5 for me! If you buy a car here and have a warranty or need service you will have no regrets I promise you that!

About 8 months later the car starts running really bad so I take it in to get it serviced and cone to find out i need to spend $7,000 on a new engine because the head gasket was apparently going bad and they failed to disclose that issue with me. I had the car towed from the 1st mechanic to Ultimate Motors in Jacksonville to get them to help me because it doesn't seem right to stick the customer with the bill but instead I didn't really get much help from them either. They had my cars for about 3 weeks with no communication until I had to go there and talk to them only for them to say they reached out to the extended warranty company Alpha Extended Services who say they cover the engine and yet they denied the claim saying they don't cover head gaskets when last time I checked a head gasket is part of the engine. Ultimate Motors seem like they honestly wanted nothing to do with me and acted like i was annoying them. They tell me I need to have it towed to a Ford dealership to see if the car has an extension warranty on it so I have to get it towed yet again. Once there I'm told by 3 different mechanics that Ultimate Motors definitely covered up the problem with gasket sealer and they sold me a bad warranty company and that an issue like this is 100% supposed to be covered. I'm not done fighting this because I definitely was scammed. If you're looking to get a car I'd stay far away from Ultimate Motors of St Augustine and Jacksonville because they'll sell you a car no matter what the condition and will do as little as possible to help you when things go south. I should have known this place was a red flag when the battery died the following day after I purchased the car

First of all I paid for it from June 4, 2024 and I did not get the truck shipped to me until 3 months later because the sales rep stated he ordered an omg part and then I called Jaesen Klett who is the owner and said the sales Rep Randall Wilkinson did not order because he is the one that does orders . It came with a leaking sunroof and mold and mildew inside the passenger front and back rug soaking wet and the rear window track off, rusted hub which they claimed to have fixed, 2 front tires with the thread coming out, a rusted oil filter and only approximately 2 quarts of oil, a key housing with no key inside of it. The supposedly Body Control Module that they claimed to have fixed is not fixed. They said that they were going to ship it to me with the price include which never happened, the entire exhaust system was hanging, the hose for the coolant busted out the same day it was driven from the port to home and before it came they told Tote Maritime it was within limits to be shipped for $1,2xx.00 and I had to pay over $4,xxx. 00 to ship. Please Run Fast These people don't care and don't return phone calls, sells you a pieceof junk for lots of money and then sends you an email with an additional bill to fix it and yet when you bought it they stated it's in good condition and bought it from an auction in Atlanta.When you do get them and want answers the sales rep told me I am doing to much. I even spoke to the owner of the place who told me he does not care if I have a taped convestation. My situation is one for lifetime channel movie. Read the reviews I cannot make this one up. Imagine the sales rep is a man from my hometown and I have used him in the past and my friend as well and he does not answer my WhatsApp messages.

I probably spent 2 weeks asking…read morequestions, receiving additional pictures, having the dealer do a "walk around" while I was on the phone, etc. I also received a CARFAX report, so I felt like the car should be a good one. It only had 26,000 miles on it. We agreed on a price and I thought about renting a car to drive 800 miles to pick it up. But I asked if shipping was available, and we agreed on a price for that. I agreed to pay the shipper when the car was delivered. I knew it was a used car and did not expect it to be perfect. But when it arrived, I knew there was a problem. MELDEW! The odor was very strong and the carpets were wet. I was buying a convertible and was told that the back glass was loose when they received it, but it was repaired and the top was still good. But the car was never dried out and obviously the back window was not the only problem. I found water still in the trunk, with all the jack parts and spare tire cover ruined from the water. I removed all of the carpeting and found worms and bugs still living under the moist carpeting in the front passenger area. I cleaned all of this out and repainted the rusty floorboards, but the top was still leaking. There were some small holes close to the front of the top. I spent $1,500 for a new top, and still am getting water in from the weather striping, and from under the glove box. When the car was delivered, the shipper would not take any money. I was told the company would bill me. Then I found out that the dealer mistakenly agreed to pay the shipping. They did pay for shipping, but the money I have been out trying to fix this car has been 4 times what the shipping costs were. It's September, and the carpet and seats are still out of the car. I cannot find all of the leaks. I have spent $1,500 on a new top and over $250 on new weather stripping. I have no recourse, but watch out! I have never bought a car without inspecting first, and I thought I could trust this dealer. But he had to know about the leaking and meldew issues. It's the first thing you smell when you get in the car.

I told them the payment I was looking for and they were able to get me an interest rate that was almost half of anyone else. I was impressed. The interest rate allowed me to get the vehicle we wanted. I feel the price was very competitive with the other area dealers as well. Gary was great to deal with and Marek was a treasure to deal with. He understood what I wanted and made it happen. Not only that but I had been looking for a credit union to deal with and they made that happen with the financing of this vehicle. I had been to other dealers and got tired of the run around and being mislead about the terms.
