Lost my trust. Wouldn't go back. Technician screwed up an oil change, car was leaking oil afterwards, then he covered it up by adding oil when I brought it back making it look full again. Well, I checked it before I returned and it was at least a quart down. They claim power steering fluid was the leak, yet they never mentioned that "claimed" leak following the initial oil change. Lack of character and honesty, appears management made a bad hiring decision. Same tech added radiator fluid when the system was already full, doesn't make any sense. read more

BEWARE! Went in with my teenagers truck with electrical issues (lights going dim, car battery dying) , had been to several places (Goodyear mechanic, auto zone, and OReillys) had the alternator and battery tested fine. Battery was still being slowly drained, each time we get it a full charge it would last about a month. So we took it in to A plus garage. After looking it over, they called with the bad news that an oil leak (we knew about this leak Goodyear told us (a small gasket leak) which was dripping a few drops a day we had cardboard under it to watch it and we checked oil levels often, it was not even going down between oil changes) but "supposedly" the oil leaked into the alternator, cracked some case and leaked into the starter which all had to be replaced at the tune of 1648.77, the battery they said was fine (we bit the bullet and my son used his college savings and paid the repair)... fast forward 30 days later dead battery "again" took it back to them for the "new" alternator to be checked and the bearded mechanic argues with me saying I originally came in for the starter to be replaced that we were banging on the thing to get it started, I told him NO that's not true, we came in with battery/ electrical issues, but he would not let it go... (I should have left then, but the truck had to be towed there and the tow truck was gone) They put in a new battery and cleaned the cables 189.00 ( Adam said the old battery blew a cell) I said we had it tested and fully charged 30 days ago right here with you and you said it was a fine battery when you did all the other work, well says Adam it can happen anytime, Me - ok please give me my old battery back because we paid 135 plus a 3 year warranty on it and its only 6 months old, Again a new argument, he replied "you cant use that battery its not good" blah blah, I had to insist 3 times that I needed to return it to shop for a refund as he kept trying to talk me into leaving it. Finally he yelled in annoyance to a mechanic to give them their battery! So I paid an 18.00 core fee to take my old battery back and had it tested at 2 places (No blown cell the battery is fine, BUT its too small for the vehicle, It is not a strong enough battery for this trucks amp, (hmmmm when someone comes in with battery issues lights shutting off and drained battery, dont you START by checking the size/ type / condition of battery?) In essence that was always the problem... My son ended up in debt for just under 2000.00 for a battery .... and we lost our Toyota OEM parts - they gave us a starter we didn't need because somehow we got mixed up with someone who was banging on their starter .... Honesty I hope they all wear velcro shoes because I don't know if they can tie their own, BUT they do know how to cheat a widow and her fatherless son! So beware especially you ladies and young men who are not mechanical ... these guys are as crooked as they come !!! this will go to BBB, facebook and anywhere else I can post to help people save their money avoid A Plus its a BIG Minus to your savings and peace of mind. :( read more

A+ came highly recommended by Discount Tire for alignment after I purchased new tires the day I was suppose to drive to Atlanta. Long story cut short, when I called to see if alignment could be done the day tires were put on the guy I spoke with made it clear that he could care less what my circumstances were in needing the alignment and made no effort to obtain my business. His only comment was if I wanted to leave my car there all day "he would try to work it in". Given that I am not a local, only a part time resident, there was no way I could leave my car all day. I told him I would appreciate any opportunity he had to work with me on a time frame to bring my car in and he told me that was not possible. I told him I would give my feedback on him to Discount Tire and he told me to go ahead. So I did. I told Discount Tire that I felt like because I am a woman he just did not care and showed no respect and that they should not recommend A+ going forward. A+ can learn a lot about customer relations and satisfaction from Discount Tire as they are a professional group of guys. Discount Tire provided me with two more alignment shops but I chose to go to the Nissan dealership where I was treated with respect and received excellent service even though they were very busy. I give A+ zero stars even though I had to select at least one star to get this review posted. However, I give Discount Tire and Nissan 10 stars each. read more
