Twisted Pro - All Terrain: Where Passion Meets Precision in St. Augustine…read more545 International Golf Pkwy, Suite 1, St. Augustine, FL 32095. Tucked along International Golf Parkway in St. Augustine sits a shop that has quietly earned a reputation as the go-to destination for serious Jeep and truck enthusiasts. Twisted Pro - All Terrain isn't just another upgrade center--it's a haven created by people who truly live the off-road lifestyle. Every technician, including the owner, drives a Jeep and spends weekends tackling trails most people only admire on Instagram. That authenticity sets the tone the moment you walk through the door. What immediately stands out is the way they approach their craft. There's no sales pressure, no upselling, no confusing jargon. You tell them your vision, and they guide you with the kind of expert, experience-driven advice only lifelong off-roaders can offer. It's a refreshing, confidence-building experience--especially when you're trusting someone with a build as personal as your Jeep. My own journey with Twisted Pro began with a major upgrade: a Teraflex 3.5-inch lift paired with Fox shocks and a steering stabilizer, topped off with KMC rims wrapped in 37-inch tires. The transformation was seamless. The Jeep now glides on the highway with surprising refinement and handles off-road terrain with the kind of confidence that makes you want to find the next trailhead. I also added Rough Country drop-down running boards--dual electric motor, four-door, Jeep Wrangler JL--an upgrade that blends utility with a premium feel. I intentionally waited a full year before reviewing, wanting to see how the build would perform over time. The verdict? Exceptional. Recently, I returned to Twisted Pro to have PowerStop Z36 rotors and pads installed, and the improvement in stopping power only reinforced the shop's commitment to quality and precision. Their showroom is a playground for adventure lovers--walls lined with wheels, tires, shocks, off-road gear, rooftop tents, and an impressive spread of accessories. If you don't see what you want, they'll order it. If you're dreaming up something custom, they'll talk you through every detail. This is a team that doesn't just install parts--they help you build a machine that matches your lifestyle. For St. Augustine and beyond, Twisted Pro - All Terrain stands as the region's trusted source for truck and Jeep upgrades. Whether you're chasing performance, style, or capability, you'll find integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine passion at every step. Local, veteran-owned, and powered by people who love the off-road world as much as their customers, Twisted Pro isn't just a shop--it's a community hub for anyone who believes adventure begins where the pavement end

Definitely not for folks on a budget or tight on time but the service center was great. Travis at…read morethe front desk was both knowledgeable and an absolute gentleman. We had to have a washer pump replaced and an oil change. It would have been nice to get a sticker on the windshield reminding us for our next change and it I wish the techs snapped my steering wheel cover back on in addition to resetting the dreaded ford TMS sensor light on the dash. Thank you Travis and the Bozard team

***Read before you have your vehicle serviced***…read more I purchased a custom order over $100k 2022 F-250 Platinum Tremor from Bozard. Jeff in sales was amazing to work with. I spent another ~$5k in accessories on my truck with Bozard. They have a beautiful facility. Taking my truck in for routine service and a windshield arm recall (I was previously told my truck was not affected by this recall) was a regret I will have forever. While in Bozard's care, my truck was damaged. It has less than 10,000 miles on it, and I have had it for almost a year. It is not a daily driver and is never parked near any other cars.I had the truck Ceramic Coated the first day I took possession to protect the paint. Someone at Bozard either opened my driver's door into a very hard object or something very hard hit my truck. You can see from the picture that this was not just a scratch. It is deep. It went through the ceramic and clear coat, ultimately damaging the paint. Now Bozard is "taking care of it" by sending it out to have the door repainted. Sounds great, right? Wrong. The truck will never be the same. I do not plan to ever sell my truck, but you never know. Any dealer would measure the paint thickness to ensure it was not in an accident. Now my driver's door will have thicker paint, and I can almost guarantee it will not match the rest of the paint exactly. If it does not match, I will be asking for a new factory door. Now I am with a brand new truck that is damaged. I have the loss of use of my truck for 7-10 days when it should have been in and out of the dealership in one day max. I will lose the use of the truck again when I have to have the ceramic re-applied. (Bozard agreed to pay for the ceramic) That will be two more days, and I will not have a rental for that period. I am stuck paying for the rental car insurance coverage, the anger that someone else damaged my truck and did not report it internally at Bozard. The anger that my brand new truck without a scratch on it now has a door that has been repainted. Look, I get that accidents happen. If it were a tiny scratch, I would not have cared. That is why I have the ceramic on the truck as a second layer of insurance against damage. It does not protect against something (likely metal) impacting it hard enough to go as deep as it did. I also am sure people will say, "it is a truck." No, it is not. It is a luxury vehicle that will never see dirt. It will never be driven in the woods to get hit by branches. The moral of the story, make sure your service writer documents any and all damage to your vehicle. Inspect it before you leave. When my truck was brought around to me, the person left the door open, and I got in. I drove home (1.5 miles), shut the door, and saw the damage. I called and returned to the dealer immediately. My service writer, Steven, has been fabulous to deal with. He didn't do it. I picked up my truck on his day off. I will update this review after I receive my truck back and will post updated photos.
