About 8 months later the car starts running really bad so I take it in to get it serviced and cone to find out i need to spend $7,000 on a new engine because the head gasket was apparently going bad and they failed to disclose that issue with me. I had the car towed from the 1st mechanic to Ultimate Motors in Jacksonville to get them to help me because it doesn't seem right to stick the customer with the bill but instead I didn't really get much help from them either. They had my cars for about 3 weeks with no communication until I had to go there and talk to them only for them to say they reached out to the extended warranty company Alpha Extended Services who say they cover the engine and yet they denied the claim saying they don't cover head gaskets when last time I checked a head gasket is part of the engine. Ultimate Motors seem like they honestly wanted nothing to do with me and acted like i was annoying them. They tell me I need to have it towed to a Ford dealership to see if the car has an extension warranty on it so I have to get it towed yet again. Once there I'm told by 3 different mechanics that Ultimate Motors definitely covered up the problem with gasket sealer and they sold me a bad warranty company and that an issue like this is 100% supposed to be covered. I'm not done fighting this because I definitely was scammed. If you're looking to get a car I'd stay far away from Ultimate Motors of St Augustine and Jacksonville because they'll sell you a car no matter what the condition and will do as little as possible to help you when things go south. I should have known this place was a red flag when the battery died the following day after I purchased the car

I got some minor transmission work done here this week. These guys are top notch! They are…read morefriendly, responsive, and communicate. The office is really clean and they provide a shuttle service and their van is also very clean. The service provided was top notch and the problem I have seems to be resolved. They also provide a very comprehensive inspection report which helped identify issues that I didn't know I had. It's only key when you're trying to defend yourselves online. CBA clearly doesn't value communication and customer service. Also, they mentioned that "be wary of other shops that try to get you in the door and then add to your repair estimate." Well guess what, they didn't. I actually ended up saving $700 by taking it to another place in the same shopping center and didn't get change ordered. I recommend everybody going to a place that will do the right thing for their customers.
