I did purchase a battery less than two years ago and it has a three-year warranty, so I was frustrated when it failed and the store's initial testing showed it was fine. I contacted corporate and was told I could get it replaced. When I came in today, I realized the receipt I had given them was actually for the battery in my VAN, not my car. They couldn't find the car battery purchase in their system either, so I was prepared to leave empty-handed. Instead, the store manager, Dax, looked at the date on the battery and decided to replace it for me anyway. He absolutely didn't have to, and I really appreciate him taking care of me.

The young man was very friendly and welcoming. He assisted me in finding the battery cap shims I was looking for. The gentleman and I had some small talk and it was totally a reverse of what I thought would happen. Typically during this time with the threat of Covid-19 a rush to get a customer in and out quickly was what I was expecting but instead with the social distancing guidelines and preventions that was not the case. After a few minutes of conversation a young lady came into the store, another employee which she also engaged in conversation. She even recalled my girlfriend coming in earlier that week looking for a specific item for my car. There is something about the south and the employees that are hired by these companies. The down to earth, professional, kindness and caring personalities they posses really is appreciated. Coming from the North it's a little different I guess where everyone is in a rush. Great job to these two employees. I wish I got there names but I hope the managers or their superiors read this and give them a notable thank you for great customer service for a job well done.

I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts on Sunbeam Road around 7:00 tonight to have my battery checked…read more Earlier in the day, my service center had told me that my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I found that surprising since my car is only three years old, has 45,000 miles, and I've never had any trouble starting it. Richard came out to check both my battery and alternator, and I was incredibly impressed by his attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was testing and why, which I truly appreciated. Lo and behold, my battery and alternator were both perfectly fine! His honesty and thoroughness really stood out to me. Honesty and integrity are so important, and Richard demonstrated both. If and when I do need a new battery, I will absolutely return to this O'Reilly Auto Parts and ask for Richard. Satisfied that everything was on track, I hung up the phone and simply expected to show up the next morning for the part. much to my surprise, Justin called me right back and indicated that he had found the same part (on a competitors website) a cheaper price. He called to tell me that he would match that price. had he not called me back, I wouldn't have known about the cheaper price. However, I briefly visited twice in one day, and I was about to purchase an Auto Spa car cleaning product when I was asked to leave the store! The employee told me twice, "Excuse me, you can't come here again," and motioned for me to leave. I than left quickly and quietly, feeling disappointed and shocked. Went through downpours which blew the fuse to the Trailer Control Module. Scheduled mobile service because 10 years ago I had a terrible time with the service department. Next day, Donnie arrived. He updated the PCM, performed a multipoint inspection and proceeded to troubleshoot the blowing of fuses. On the other end of his phone was Brad. Both worked hours diagnosing and isolating. I honestly thought he was going to throw in the towel but he kept on checking. Isolated the trailer brake module itself. Now we are only here a few more days and Ford's module was back ordered. Called NAPA. They had one for a third of Ford's price. Called Bri to schedule mobile service to install it but nothing immediately available. So, my GF and I installed it this morning because I remembered the steps that Donnie took! Bozard is very fortunate to have Donnie as a mobile tech!! Knows his stuff!

Bozard Ford replaced the engine and drivetrain components in my 2018 Ford Raptor. Before I approved the work, their service staff described the coverage as "bumper to bumper," said it would be like I had "just bought the truck," and told me I would essentially have a new drivetrain with a factory warranty. I specifically asked service advisor Mary whether the three-year, unlimited-mile warranty included the turbos and starter. I was told that it did. When I requested an itemized copy of the coverage, I was told it could be pulled up at any Ford dealership nationwide. Now that I am experiencing a turbo problem, Bozard Ford is refusing to honor the coverage as it was represented to me. Only after the work was completed did management provide a different and much narrower explanation of what was supposedly covered. That is unacceptable. If those limitations had been clearly disclosed before the repair, I could have made an informed decision about where to have the work performed. Instead, I relied on direct statements from their service department when authorizing an extremely significant repair. I gave Bozard Ford the opportunity to resolve this professionally and honor what their representative told me. Rather than stand behind those representations, they have left me fighting for coverage that I was specifically assured I had. My advice is simple: Do not rely on verbal promises from this dealership--regardless of how confidently they are made. Demand a detailed, itemized warranty document listing every covered and excluded component before authorizing any work. My experience has caused me to lose trust in Bozard Ford, and I cannot recommend their service department.

I arrived at 8:55 AM, five minutes early, and by 10:17 AM I was still sitting there waiting. After waiting for over an hour, I finally had to go ask what was taking so long. Only then did I find out that they supposedly needed to order a part and that I would have to wait another 40 minutes for it to arrive. The worst part isn't even the delay it's the complete lack of communication. Nobody came to tell me there was a problem. Nobody gave me an update. Nobody asked if I was okay waiting that much longer. They apparently just expected me to sit there indefinitely as if I had nothing else to do with my day. What is the point of making a 9:00 AM appointment if you don't respect the customer's time? If you discover that a repair is going to take significantly longer than expected, the absolute minimum you can do is COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. I should not have to chase employees down after sitting there for over an hour just to find out what is happening with my own car.
