The "reprogramming" they quoted usually just means driving the car around to recalibrate the computer, which takes minutes, yet they charged $200 for it. When I spoke on the phone with a representative who gave the name "Trevor," he said the reprogramming might not even be needed, but they wouldn't know until after doing the work. To me, this interaction felt untrustworthy. He also used jargon unnecessarily to make it sound more complicated than it is, something any reputable mechanic shop should avoid. The labor to replace the sensor is typically 5-10 minutes, and the part can be purchased OEM (Nissan factory) for ~$230-$250. My advice: get a second opinion or buy the part yourself to save hundreds of dollars.

There was a distinct shaking of the engine when at idle, the ABS light was on, and various other things needed to be inspected. I also had Chris install spark plugs that I purchased. Upon inspection, Chris quickly identified that the motor mounts were bad, the valve cover gasket was leaking, one of the spark plug coils was bad, and the rear ABS sensor was completely busted! Chris was able to diagnose and complete all repairs in less than 24hrs! I also expressed my concern of staying within a specific budget on the repair, which Chris was able to help me with. This is my 3rd time having Chris take care of my vehicles. I completely trust his opinion and expertise and won't take my vehicles anywhere else when I need a repair or even just some advice. There's not much more that I can say that hasn't been said in other reviews...but Chris is simply the man! HONEST, EXTREMELY CAPABLE & EFFICIENT! Took my car for a battery change and was told my car would need 2 batteries (e350 Mercedes)--invoice was over $900. They stated they had run test on both batteries and were at low percentages. One battery would not work properly without the other. In fact the car runs on ONE battery and the charge was $580. Please do not come to this repair shop as they are not honest.

Went through downpours which blew the fuse to the Trailer Control Module. Scheduled mobile service because 10 years ago I had a terrible time with the service department. Next day, Donnie arrived. He updated the PCM, performed a multipoint inspection and proceeded to troubleshoot the blowing of fuses. On the other end of his phone was Brad. Both worked hours diagnosing and isolating. I honestly thought he was going to throw in the towel but he kept on checking. Isolated the trailer brake module itself. Now we are only here a few more days and Ford's module was back ordered. Called NAPA. They had one for a third of Ford's price. Called Bri to schedule mobile service to install it but nothing immediately available. So, my GF and I installed it this morning because I remembered the steps that Donnie took! Bozard is very fortunate to have Donnie as a mobile tech!! Knows his stuff!

No STAR -- PROMISES MADE BEFORE THE SALE, DENIED AFTER THE WORK…read more I strongly caution anyone considering major repairs at Bozard Ford to GO ELSEWHERE. Bozard Ford replaced the engine and drivetrain components in my 2018 Ford Raptor. Before I approved the work, their service staff described the coverage as "bumper to bumper," said it would be like I had "just bought the truck," and told me I would essentially have a new drivetrain with a factory warranty. I specifically asked service advisor Mary whether the three-year, unlimited-mile warranty included the turbos and starter. I was told that it did. When I requested an itemized copy of the coverage, I was told it could be pulled up at any Ford dealership nationwide. Now that I am experiencing a turbo problem, Bozard Ford is refusing to honor the coverage as it was represented to me. Only after the work was completed did management provide a different and much narrower explanation of what was supposedly covered. That is unacceptable. If those limitations had been clearly disclosed before the repair, I could have made an informed decision about where to have the work performed. Instead, I relied on direct statements from their service department when authorizing an extremely significant repair. I gave Bozard Ford the opportunity to resolve this professionally and honor what their representative told me. Rather than stand behind those representations, they have left me fighting for coverage that I was specifically assured I had. My advice is simple: Do not rely on verbal promises from this dealership--regardless of how confidently they are made. Demand a detailed, itemized warranty document listing every covered and excluded component before authorizing any work. My experience has caused me to lose trust in Bozard Ford, and I cannot recommend their service department.

He was friendly and answered my questions so we drove up to the dealership that morning. John had this particular Jeep parked out front which was nice. He was again very informative and no pressure. We decided to purchase said Jeep after driving same and imagine our surprise that we were out of there in two hours which included driving to our bank to obtain a cashier's check! He even helped my husband pair his cellphone with the Jeep before we drove off. Two days later John called to verify we were satisfied and if we had any questions or problems. He is a great person to work with. And the manager was very professional as well. We are thrilled with our purchase and the ease of acquiring same.

Now it's Hanania Jeep, so my wife went there with her Jeep Renegade. The plan was to resume our service with them, for this car. But first we asked them to program our spare key, we got with the car when we bought it. It was not programmed for some reason. Now on to the charge for programming the key. I have done at least 5, 6 or more new keys over the years. Mostly with locksmiths. Usually they charge 60$ for the key and the same for programming. It's about 20 mins work. The hotel key did not need to be cut. It came with the old spare. Well folks, this Jeep dealer has the b@lls to ask 229$ for programming without tax!!!!! This is not expensive anymore. It's robbery! My wife drives a Jeep Renegade, not a Rolls Royce Wraith. So, Hanania, congrats, you didn't only make this money, you lost another customer forever. Good job
