I brought my car in because the convertible top would not close. The shop had my vehicle for over a…read moremonth and called me twice saying it was ready for pickup, but both times the issue was not fixed. After the second failed pickup, I was told that two clips were broken and that I would need to pay an additional $1,100. There was no way for me to know whether these clips were already broken or were damaged while the car was in their care, but I felt stuck and approved the repair. When I finally picked up my car, I discovered three scratches on the trunk that went all the way down to bare metal. I know this damage was not there when I brought the car in. When I pointed it out, the employee became defensive and claimed the damage was pre-existing, saying they take photos of all vehicles on intake. When I asked to see the photos, I was then told they "forgot" to take them. Between the long delay, repeated failed repairs, unexpected additional charges, and damage to my vehicle with no accountability, I feel I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally. I now have to address the paint damage myself before it begins to rust. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop.

They fixed the transmission in less than a week incredible and for such a low rate. Overall if you are looking for quality service by an amazingly friendly staff then this is the place for you. Especially for the cute & obsecure Nissan Pao, I was so worried that we would have to take it to the dealership or an "JDM import specialist" mechanic and be charged a ludicrous price and have them tell us other parts of the car are broken, need to be replaced, etc. Me & Trent do most of our own repairs and have an extensive service record. I cannot express it enough but this place knows how to treat their costumers. If we ever need any difficult repairs, Turn 9 will be seeing us again.

We can't say enough about our recent experience with Fields St. Augustine…read more From the moment we walked in we were made welcome and listened to regarding our needs and objectives. It started with service on another vehicle and ended with the purchase of a very high-quality used vehicle. My wife is thrilled with her new vehicle. Danny and Brittany made the experience what it truly was. The process was so efficient and warm. From a sales perspective, Danny was amazing. I believe Fields found the "Diamond in the Rough". No high-pressure approach. More of listening to our needs/non-negotiables and steering us "exactly" to the vehicles that checked the boxes. Personable, attentive, and very service oriented. We truly felt comfortable and almost dealing with family. Now we are part of the Fields St. Augustine family and couldn't be happier. Thank you for your tremendous customer experience and partnership,

I then called North Florida Lincoln & was told that their next appointment available was 5 days out on Jan 24th. I called Bozard Ford & was told that I could bring it in today & that it was about a 1 hour wait time. I drove from Jax to St Aug near the outlet mall. I went to Bozard Ford service lane & they directed me to Quick Lane for my oil change. I was a little reluctant but found out that they are owned by Ford so I went ahead & brought it in. My service advisor Sonya recommended Ford's Garage restaurant for Lunch & I was able to walk the short distance there. By the time I finished my lunch, I received a call that my truck was ready. I was back on the road in less than an hour. I believe that they washed the truck too. Full Synthetic (7 quarts) was $106. Great service & Sonya was knowledgeable & friendly.

I arrived at 8:55 AM, five minutes early, and by 10:17 AM I was still sitting there waiting. After waiting for over an hour, I finally had to go ask what was taking so long. Only then did I find out that they supposedly needed to order a part and that I would have to wait another 40 minutes for it to arrive. The worst part isn't even the delay it's the complete lack of communication. Nobody came to tell me there was a problem. Nobody gave me an update. Nobody asked if I was okay waiting that much longer. They apparently just expected me to sit there indefinitely as if I had nothing else to do with my day. What is the point of making a 9:00 AM appointment if you don't respect the customer's time? If you discover that a repair is going to take significantly longer than expected, the absolute minimum you can do is COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. I should not have to chase employees down after sitting there for over an hour just to find out what is happening with my own car. Extremely frustrating, disrespectful of my time, and very poor customer service. I will definitely think twice before bringing my car back to RPM Automotive.

The first time I noticed this I forgot to bring it up. But now, on a different car, it happens again. For evidence, see pictures. One is the mileage upon leaving Valvoline, the other is the next service sticker I received. 3000 miles is total BS. Mopar (Jeep) advice is 5 to 10 k miles. Especially (!) since I always take the better and more expensive synthetic oil. These modern oils can do easily between 5 & 10 k miles. Is Valvoline thinking their customers don't pay attention and just go back when the sticker tells them so? I hope Valvoline, you have a good explanation for this to help me to get a bad taste out of my mouth....... Looking forward.
