Scheduled an appointment three days n advance, selected tires for my rv, I took the tires off and dropped off the whole thing rims and all 15 minutes before my noon appointment, waited 2 1/2 hours and tried calling but put on hold. Drove there and and the rims were still where I left them untouched. 3 hours after my appointment they were done. Didn't select them because the were cheaper, but they had the D1 load tires I needed. The service and people here are amazing! Had to take my car in for a flat. Came in no appointment and was out of there within the half hour, even while they worked on other cars. Fixed my tire, put my spare back under the car and reinstalled my tire at such a good deal. I'm only in town for work so I can't appreciate the good service enough! 5 stars all around read more

I've been going to this place for a couple of years. The service is absolutely great. Being a single woman I would highly recommend going there. Ray is absolutely great at helping their customers from tires to batteries I wouldn't go anywhere else because of the trust that I have in him. I started going there when I lived close. I now live a lot farther away and I will continue to go there because of the service that Ray gives. I live within a couple of miles from another Tire kingdom and I will continue to drive about 12 miles to go there. Great personality and friendly atmosphere and staff. Made an appointment for an oil change on the Tire Kingdom website. Showed up. They have a sign on the door that they're closed. Lights were on but not a soul there. Why are they taking appointments and why didn't someone notify me? I even got reminder messages from Tire Kingdom to go to the appointment. read more

First time I've ever had a great experience buying tires or having my car worked on. The manager Earl was awesome and really made me feel comfortable about my purchase. No up selling at all. Received a quote over the phone, great price for 4 tires. (Much cheaper than the other quotes I gathered) Left with 4 new tires, an alignment, and some sensor thingies all for the same great price. Clean and comfortable store, big chain look with the hometown feel. They have our business from now on :) P.S. I stopped by the Krispy Kreme and brought hot glazed doughnuts. I'm not saying it is required, but these guys smiled the whole time they worked on my car. May not have helped... but it sure didn't hurt! read more

The worst. Charged me for tire installation on a take out. I literally brought the tire to them because my spare was no good. Told them the car is up on a jack, and I was in a tight spot. "Cheapest" tire total was $91 for one tire that I took off my vehicle and put back on. Never never never again. read more

Made an appt for an oil change for 12:30 today. Called 24 hours ahead to make the appt. Arrived and they told me they didn't have an appointment but would take care of me anyways. Told me to give them 2 hours. Arrived at 2:30 to pick up my car and it hadn't even been started yet. What's the point in making an appointment if they don't honor it? Or then, why give a pick up time if you don't plan to honor that? Will be using another location in the future as I've now spent 3 hours today trying to get a simple oil change. read more

My husband bought a new set of tires there for my Tucson Last January. Spent $585. Before that it was a set for his jeep at over $700. I got a nail in the right rear side wall on June 22 and went to them to get it fixed as we had the Road Hazard warranty. (I already knew it couldn't be fixed) 2 cars in the garage so I was #3. 4 mechanics working. After almost an hour I was told it couldn't be fixed, but they had the same tire in stock so they could replace it. I asked if I could also get a tire rotation. Sure thing! We will take care of that for you! After and hour and a half I looked out there and the mechanic was checking under the hood! Asked what that was all about and counter lady said hes checking the battery, we always do that... ( I thought "here we go...upcharges.." Not this gal!) When finally I saw him pulling my car out I went to the counter and asked if I had the rotation done? "Oh yes Ma'am" then i asked in what position was the new tire put on the car? She said "Driver left front" so and went out to inspect.. Just as I thought! The new tire was on the right rear!! I went back in and told counter lady "I DIDN'T GET A TIRE ROTATION!" she called the mechanic up and asked him if he did the rotation? He looked surprised and said nothing.. Counter Lady told him to get my keys and go do the rotation.. I said "OH NO YOU AREN'T! YOU GUYS WILL NEVER TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN! So...if you don't mind getting ripped off this is the place to go. read more

I must say they have lost a customer for good. Having been a loyal customer spending thousands of dollars there and always doing a fabulous job when Earl and Alan were there running the place. They moved as managers of other stores and the service, quality, and customer service has been a steady decline. Took my Truck there for synthetic blend oil change, and rotate and balance my tires. Picked up my truck and 1st thing i noticed was my old sticker that shows oil change date and mileage they didn't even take the old one off just stuck a new one over it. They then greet me and say we snapped one of your lugs with the bolt off in it. No biggie stuff happens just replace it no biggie said they would get a new one and bring it back and they would get it on. Also need to mention my wheels were so out of balance after they supposedly rotated and balanced that at 45-50 miles an hour it shook so bad... Called made an appt for 4 on Tuesday dropped my truck off and came back about 6:50 he said oh I thought u we're gonna leave it over night I have to have my mechanic do it and I don't have one here tonight. I ask why didn't you tell me that before I left. The excuse was I thought you knew, I said no I have to be at work at 7 am so I need my truck, I'll just get off early about 1 pm tomorrow and come and leave it with you he tells me great he will be here then. Get there today about 1:30 and leave my truck yet again... realized it's about 6:30 haven't heard anything it pulled in the bay and he says oh your back. I said yes it's been 5 hours he ask I thought you were leaving it with me, I said I did for 5 hours he said well I don't have a master mechanic here til in the am, I ask then why in the world did you let me take off work and. It tell me when I dropped it off now I wasted a whole 1/2 day with no pay cause someone failed to understand customer service. Well you lost a great customer and will tell all others not to go here as it has become a shell of its former self. read more

This Tire Kingdom is so far from my house, but the difference in service between this location and the Southside and Philips Hwy locations is unbelievable. I have been going here for many years, and I have had many services performed on two different cars. Although my car requires very little maintenance (not sure if it requires little or if I'm just giving it little), I can depend on Earl Harmon and his team of trained experts to properly care for my vehicle and provide a nice cup of coffee while I wait. The prices here are much better than any other mechanic I have priced. Once, I came in with a paper on which I recorded the prices I'd been quoted and one of the service associates asked, "Why'd you call Kia? Our prices are always better than Kia's!" And you know what? He's right! I'm not sure why I ever called Kia or why I or anyone else would ever consider going anywhere else. Also, I should mention that they take appointments. I've never made an appointment, but I see the names of people who did on the board when I walk in and I always think, "I need to start doing that," but I never will because it would require organization and planning. I highly recommend using this location for your auto needs. Just don't expect to watch a DVD. LOL read more

Terrible experience. Was mislead and when asked to make it right, was offered a 40 employee discount. Was told by Chuck, the manager that my spark plugs needed to be changed and that's what was agreed upon. When I got home and looked under the hood, noticed they forgot to put on the engine cover. So I went back and sure enough, it was left in the shop. While putting it back on I asked about the spark plug change. This was a different guy and he said, "We didn't change your spark plugs, we only added additive to your fuel tank and cleaned out some lines." Only way I found out was because I had to go back because they left off the engine cover. I asked Chuck if they could make it right and change the plugs. He agreed so I took off work that next day to get it done. Well, sure he wanted to change the plugs, but make me pay for his mistake. Wanted to charge me over $300 to change plugs. A 1.5 hr job. So much for making it right. Poor customer service and shady work, leaving parts off and misleading customers. Put their mistake back on the customer to pay. Criminal. read more

Totally disappointed with today's visit. My husband called for a quote and we ended up spending over 100 bucks more. Looking at their invoice is a joke.......... 35 bucks added on for shop fees. That equals paper towels and hand soap for what we had done. We just had a new battery installed by our dealership so they gave us a 87.00 dollar credit for checking it? What a rip off! Didn't ask them to do that!!!!!!! We are on a fixed income and was quoted 660- paid over 100 bucks more. I'd advise getting a final quote, paper towels, hand soap, checking things you didn't ask for............ before having them perform a service. read more

I went there on a rainy Sunday with a tire pressure light on and needing a tire rotation. These guys were the best, they found the screw in the front tire, fixed the tire and rotated everything. Driving through Jacksonville on a holiday weekend and needed new tires before heading to visit family. Called ahead and made appointment to come in. Arrived ahead of scheduled time and manager, Brandon, got us going right away. Staff was extremely courteous and knowledgable and got us fixed up and back on the road in timely fashion. Today was my first time ever taking my Nissan Murano any where but to the Nissan dealership. I had a wild hair and decided to take it up to tire kingdom just for a routine oil change. To my surprise these people are fabulous! I dealt mainly with Earl and he was very polite and quick to explain anything to me. The price was beyond acceptable! I couldn't have been more pleased!
