Went for a used tire and my rim has a small dent that every other used tire shop had no issues with except this place.Told me I had to buy a rim before they will put a new tire on. I said no thank you I'll go somewhere else well then they charged me $10 just to put the tire back on my car. Now My happy ending I went right up the road and got a brand new tire for $99 and guess what they put the rim on that brand new tire no problem had no issues .This girl will not be back. read more

TERRIBLE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR; GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Completely screwed up brake pad/rotor replacement after assuring me that they could do the work properly. Had to take car to dealer, spent $1100 fixing what Tire Kingdom screwed up. The manager assured me that the company would reimburse me, made a copy of the dealer invoice, and asked me to give him a couple of weeks. NEVER got reimbursed. Horrible service, not knowledgeable, and not trustworthy. Never going to Tire Kingdom or any other Mavis brand store again. read more

Avoid this shop. On the morning of 1/7/2025, I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. During this service, the technician accidentally drained my transmission fluid instead of the engine oil, which rendered the vehicle undrivable and required towing and additional corrective work. Becasue the shop did not have the ability/expertise to refill the transmission fluid themselves. The shop acknowledged the mistake and agreed to cover the repair and towing. Which is good on them. However, since my vehicle was left inoperable by this error, I was forced to incur transportation expenses, while corrective action was pending. Additionally, I was informed that the corrective work would be completed on 1/8, but the vehicle was still not ready at close of buiseness, resulting in further unavoidable costs. The vehicle was finally ready on 1/9, two days after I brought it in for a scheduled routine oil change, which should have taken no more than an hour. The shop then refused to reimburse or otherwise compensate these expenses, which were reasonable, unavoidable, and directly casued by the shop's actions. While it was proper for them to cover the costs of the repair they faield to make me whole on my out of pocket cost directly related to this matter and I am dissatisfied on this point. Thus one star is appropriate. read more

My tire pressure was low, I popped in to see if anyone could check it. I thought it may have a nail in it. I was told , nope sorry 5 hours we are slammed. I returned an hour ltr to see a tech checking another car's tires. I asked if he just drove up. You guessed it , yep!! I brought my truck to Tire Kingdom because of a squeaking noise that happened any time the vehicle was rolling under 15 mph. They diagnosed the issue as worn suspension components. I specifically told them I didn't believe that was the problem, but they assured me that replacing them would fix the noise. I agreed to the repair and paid $1,100 to fix the issue. When I went to pick up the car, the squeak was still present the moment I pulled out of the parking lot. I went back inside immediately, and an employee told me the sound was actually due to "chopped tires." That explanation didn't sit right with me, but because of time constraints I left without further investigation. Once I got home, I spent only about 10 minutes checking the issue myself and discovered the actual source of the noise: a faulty U-joint. In other words, the original repair I paid over $1,000 for did not address the problem at all. I am extremely disappointed with the misdiagnosis, the unnecessary expense, and the lack of accountability. Customers deserve accurate diagnostics and honesty, not to spend over a thousand dollars on work that doesn't fix the problem. read more

I've been coming here the last few years, even before the merger with Mavis. Staff has always been great. Wait times vary. It's always helpful to make an appointment. They do have a seating area and a TV. They have a restroom available as well. They always let me know what's up with my vehicle. I've been able to use coupons to help with pricing. I've had tire work, oil changes, a CV axle replacement, and a few other minor things. Staff has changed since the merger. They are also open on weekends now as well. I enjoy their service and always recommend others in the area to them due to their convenience, price, and honesty. I just had them do a tire patch after discovering I had something in my tire when I had them air it up because it had gone flat. I will definitely be here for future services. read more

I wish I could give it zero stars. Honestly. I scheduled an 11:00 appt. The receptionist assured me the truck would be ready within an hour and a half. I came back at 3:00, allowing extra time and my truck was on the lift, with all 4 wheels off it. Tires didn't arrive until 5:00 I picked the truck up at 6:00, and noticed 3 out of 4 wheels were damaged, and the blue protective coating on the white letters was still on there. After going round and round with the manager via the receptionists cell phone - because he wasn't present... I was able to get the young lady at the store (Asst. Manager) agree to comp. the labor costs due to the damage and poor experience. So I left paying just the cost of the tires; which was still $1,300 for a terrible experience. Even after the manager continued to push for me to pay the full $1,500 before taking ownership of my vehicle. Steer clear and far, far away Would never return or recommend anyone to so much as bring a bicycle there for an air up. read more

Went to park street location for oil change and breaks on my wifes volvo. We received our vehicle back thinking everything was fine and than my wife looked down and seen that the rear driver side had only 2 of the 5 lug nuts. This was after she had been driving it around town with my grandsons. Good thing she didn't get on a highway.
