Great customer service! Couldn't get me in for whatever needed to be fixed right away but offered to test drive it same day to make sure it was safe for me to drive until it's fixed. When I went in they instantly remembered my call/explanation of the problems I'm having with my car and after test driving it had let me know what it sounds like the problem is. Rather than charging me to have them fix it they were honest in the fact that the problem should still be covered under my manufacturer warranty, saving me quite a few hundred! I would not recommend coming here for an oil change. I originally made an appointment because of the positive reviews but I had the opposite experience. I made an appointment over the phone for 7:30am. On the day of the appointment, at 7:34 am, when I came in, the staff informed me that there was 3 to 4 cars ahead of me and that they would not get to my car for about 2 hours. I told the staff they should not have scheduled me for an appointment then and the staff responded by saying that they told me to "drop it off" at that time, not that they "would service my car" at that time. I'm certain I was explicit about it being an appointment and regardless, it seems odd for such a highly rated shop to try to defend themselves with a technicality. I can't speak to their service on regular repairs but I certainly would not recommend them for regular maintenance. I also did not experience the "great customer service" the reviews would lead to you to expect. read more

Mike and his team are awesome! Earlier this year I had issues with my brakes. Tires Plus quoted me nearly $5,000 to fix everything. My husband has been using Mike for many years and insisted I go to him. I did and he fixed everything for $500. Then I had problems with my wheel assembly after my daughter collided with a curb and broke the rim and bent other parts that caused the entire car to shake. We went strait to them again and they were excellent with communicating, fixing what we needed to make the car safe to drive, and doing so for a very reasonable price. It's a haul from where we live in Pasco to the shop in Tampa, but I will never use anyone else again. These guys do great work, stay in great communication, and have extremely fair and reasonable prices. I don't do reviews often, and no one asked me to. I just felt compelled to share my experience so I can help others find a great place and keep these well-deserving guys in business! read more

I just moved here in the last month and my AC went out. I went to Firestone first and they were nice, but couldn't figure it out. I went to the Coggin Chevrolet Dealership 2 weeks later and after having it there all day, the guy told me that my entire AC was shot (including my compressor which was checked by Firestone prior....) and that it would be about $1400. I felt like they were being really slimey so I called this shop which has great reviews on Yelp and Google. They're very nice and no nonsense. You don't have to deal with a lot of fluff and they're very to the point. They diagnosed my car on Monday and said that the repair would be more in the $500 ballpark.......not $1400 which made me even more mad at the Chevy dealership, but happy that I found someone who actually wanted to fix my car and want repeat business. I am perfectly okay paying for honest work on my car, but not unnecessary repairs. Anyway, I told them that I could pay the diagnostic fee, but couldn't afford the repair until payday. They were super cool about it and didn't try to pressure me into credit or something like that. I was able to drop my car off this morning and picked it up after work. The AC works! I am so beyond excited. I will recommend this shop and will come here for work to get done. I am very happy with them. read more

Had my '04 Lincoln Town Car looked at for a power steering switch and some wiring fixes as well and they had me roll in the morning after I called the previous evening and fixed the issue. Of course I had to wait a couple hours but their busyness is a testament to the customer satisfaction and the fact that I was quickly attended to on short notice is to much appreciation. In total I got about a $86 bill and a reassurance I made a good car purchase as a first timer. These guys are great! Im new to the area and wanted to find a great auto shop. My car was making a weird noise so I brought it in. They were swamped but still managed to check my car the next day, turns out I needed new tires and an oil change. Joe did his research and found me great and reasonably priced tires. While I was getting them installed, I sat in the waiting room. There I overheard joe making 10 or more phone calls for a customer to find a reasonably priced part he needed. I respect the heck outta that. Most shops wouldn't put in the extra effort to save their customers money but these guys do. After installation he test drove it to make sure everything was okay and the weird noise was gone. They truly care!
