I had a no start issue with an older vehicle that has stumped me and another mechanic for over five months and the guys here had it running the first week they had it. It took them a little longer to solve an issue that the first mechanic screwed up perhaps due to inexperience on older vehicles. I usually do most of the maintenance and repairs on my vehicle and finding a good mechanic is something I do not have experience in and the first business I took my vehicle to let me down but after I retrieved my vehicle from that business I did more research and took it to this place. They restored my confidence in finding a good mechanic. My lesson learned is if you have an older vehicle, find out if a mechanic has experience in these older vehicles. Bad second visit to this company. In 2019, first visit they fixed my car and everything was running smoothly. Then out of the blue they called and said they had a part that they were offering to install for free, spark plugs I think it was. On the way home after work my car broke down on I-95 and I had to have it towed....to a different, reliable mechanic. read more

Dude seemed nice on the phone but unfortunately nobody is going to pay almost $4000 for breaks alignment and calibers I feel like he took advantage of my time and thought he could pull a fast one on me. There's no other shop in Jacksonville Florida that would charge such a ridiculous price when my wife has had stuff done to her car here in the past. I wouldn't bring my vehicle back here at all. $4000 for breaks pads, alignment, and calibers... something seems very off wouldn't recommend. read more

What a great experience! Maybe one of the only honest car repair shops left!!! Took my car in to have a diagnostic done because all the lights decided to come on. Tony told me that it is $100 for a full diagnostic, but if he couldn't fix the issue he would not charge me. Who does that nowadays...nobody! He advised he could probably fix it but would be more comfortable with me taking to a VW dealership that sees these issues everyday, because he didn't want to fix it and it not be perfect. I first brought my old car to Everything Automotive in 2017, when they were in their old location. I found them after searching for a repair shop. Saw good reviews & gave them a chance, other shops try to take advantage of women, They did not. They are reasonably priced and do excellent work. I traded in my old car & bought a brand new car in 2018, it was under warranty and had to bring it to the dealership. Well the warranty ended. Started having a problem, thought it was my engine ( thought it would be covered under power train warranty) dealership wanted $230 to diagnose it. My son told me it had something to do with my wheel. Brought it to Everything Automotive. It ended up being a wheel bearing. Everything Auto was $300 cheaper than the dealership and they don't charge as much for diagnosing. I love their new location! I will tell you they go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied! If you see a customer is not satisfied, they have not talked to the owner Tony. He is no push over, but he is a fair & honest man & cares about his customer & backs up his work. I always recommend people to come here if they need repairs. Wouldn't want to go any where else. The folks at Everything Automative really care. Since 2013 not only me, but my family, have brought our cars into Tony's shop to have him check them out. Things as small as a plug for a tire (caused by a roofing nail found when he was doing an oil change and rotating tires) to something as big as helping with a transmission problem. Most of the time the car was fixed the first time around, however if problems started back up I just brought it back in and got it fixed the second time without anymore problems. He is knowledgeable about the cars and he really cares for his customers. Not only that but his prices are really reasonable. Tony and his crew are great! I have a 99 Jeep with 275k miles on it and an 82 Corvette with a crossfire injection system, and they keep both running perfectly. I should have stayed with the dealership. Took my car in, over $800 later, I still had the same problem. I took it back, had the same problem. They talked me into giving them another chance. HUGE mistake. I've made an appointment at the dealership because now I have more repairs. They broke the hood lever latch and did not put the engine cover back on the vehicle. "WTF, seriously, how can they forget to put that back on!" As for the damaged latch lever, I would not be surprised if that was intentional. I contacted the company and they are denying that they broke the latch and are trying to say that the engine cover was never on the vehicle. The said that I had to take my car back to them so they can fix the latch. Are you kidding me? Anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to get care repairs done, this is NOT the place for you.. Take my AWFUL experience as a sign that you should RUN... My opinion; Liars!! Thieves!! Unqualified!! I guess that think just because I'm a women I don't know what my car looked like when I took it in. My son and I and our fearless dog, Oscar were traveling South on I -95 from North Carolina to Tampa, Fl. for my daughters wedding, when our mini van broke down! After calling for road side service, I goggled nearest car repair shop, several shops popped up but EVERYTHING AUTOMOTIVES seemed to be exactly what we needed. As soon as we arrived, I was greeted by the owner, Tony, who was very professional and courteous. His mechanic immediately took a look at my van, reported what they found, test drove it, brought back to Tony, he reviewed the diagnoses and recommended I rent a car and leave van for further testing. He stayed opened after hours, took my son and I and dog to the car rental company, stayed with us till we were safely in the rental car and made sure we had directions to get home!
