The tow truck driver was rude. He blocked my car and hadn't even started moving another car and ignored me on Mother's Day as I couldn't get out of the parking lot with my young daughter. All I asked him to do is please let me get out before he starts connecting the truck and he told me I was giving him an attitude. Blocked in another guy he also totally blocked. Terrible customer service and rude to those of us be blocked with a super easy pull forward fix. He blocked us in while he sat there, ignoring us, couldn't believe it. read more

Although they could not help me, he gave me the name of the shop the phone number and the address and even eased my fears about what was going on with the car. Thankful for Mikes towing for getting our truck picked up quick after calling them, we had another company that said they were going to take 45 minutes and that came and went and turned into "they'll be there in an hour" a hour and a half after the scheduled time had passed. Last Sunday my vehicle broke down on a busy rd and getting a tow was nearly impossible. Mikes towing was very responsive and came in about 1.5 hours. Last time I checked; and I have been in customer service for years, laughing at someone for trying to explain what the issue is with their vehicle over the phone is poor customer service. My car blew a tire the night before. I called another wrecker company, after they screwed me around, telling me lies for 5 1/2 hours, the driver finally says "why don't you call another wrecker company". The next morning I called Mike's Towing. I cannot tell you what a difference! The driver was most knowledgeable and kind. He was actually a few minutes early. Despite the car missing the factory screw in tow tab, he was able to hook to the lower A-arms, without any apparent damage. I cannot recommend this company enough. A true life saver. My family and I were completely stranded during the hurricane Ian and Mike was one of the few places open. The tow crew responded almost immediately and the battery to the car was replaced within an hour at a VERY reasonable price. When my car wasn't able to start anymore, I was left on the side of the street calling road side assistance. Thankfully with insurance, I was able to get Mike's Towing to help tow my car (they even offered to replace my alternator at their shop)! It only took about 20 or so minutes for them to come, and my car was towed in no time. They were able to fix my car the next morning for a fairly reasonable price, and I was able to drive back home safely without having to worry about the safety of me and my passenger or my car. First off they told me hour-hour in a half it took them 2 ina half hours. The drivers said he was 10 min away pulled up 30min later. On top of all that bullshit they left my car and the shop like the driver didn't get out and talked to the auto repair people and left my keys in my car in the parking lot thank god the worker locked my car up just Bc it wasn't right. But I am very upset with this services and will never advice people to use this unprofessional place. read more

I had my car delivered to the mechanic's shop that my partner works for after some issues with the starter. My partner and i both told the driver exactly where to leave the key so he could pick it up in the morning. not only did this driver NOT leave the key where we asked him to, but he left it ON THE GROUND with no identifiable markers where it got swept up in some other machinery. when i alerted the dispatch driver to the fact that my key was missing, she was very confrontational with me and did not call me back in a timely manner or offer any sort of accountability measure for the driver. PLEASE use caution when choosing this service, as they clearly do not have any regard for their customers' belongings. read more

... Well what can I say. They should stick to towing, and not pretend to be a repair shop. Brought my can there because it stalled out in traffic. They "diagnosed" a bad fuel pump, and hours after I picked it up after the repair, stalled again, same issue. Had them tow it back, and they then claimed its a bad sensor, and the fuel pump was also bad. Clearly being dishonest. They obviously misdiagnosed and are trying g to save face. On top of that tried to scare me into several other unnecessary repairs. I took it to my usual shop and had a second opinion done. Turns out everything I was told was a pack of lies. This place is horrible not just because they're a towing company but because of the tricks they try to pull. Almost literally cost an arm and a leg to take your car out. Mike makes things a lot more difficult then it has to be and its just unprofessional. Worst service in my entire life. We called USAA with a flat on our jaguar. They dispatched mikes. I changed the tire while we waited but it was a bit low. When the driver arrived he was unable to tow our car with the type of truck he had. He also did not have any compressed air for the spare tire. He did follow us to a gas station where he tried to put 80 psi in our spare rated for 60 and clearly marked as such!! I warned him that he was putting too much air in and he said it wasn't to 80 yet. That's when he blew up our spare tire!!!! He then left saying we would have to call USAA and start all over again!!! I called the office to complain about the terrible service and the lady on the phone said that they are not in the customer service business. I have to agree with her. Long story short, I took his advice to give Mike's a shot and was extremely glad I did. Great job repairing my truck in a reasonable amount of time and MUCH cheaper than their competitor.
