They declared the car a loss as the amount of repairs were more that the car was worth. So I called Viking Auto Electric and Air after reading others positive reviews. They were very helpful and listened as I explained the situation. They asked me to have the car brought to their facitily and they would perform a diagnostic on the car and determine which essential components needed repaired. I was pleasently surprised, but also upset with our insurance company and their repair company. The only main item that needed repaired were the clutch fan and front cooling fans. Not the radiator, AC compressor and several other expensive parts. They were able to install a replacement clutch fan quickly and get the car back to him right away. They also told us which other parts should be replaced and helped source used parts to keep my sons repair costs lower. I would highly recommend them as an honest shop that will also work with you to help keep your repair costs low and not spend money you do not need to.

To be honest I was drawn by their catchy name. Upon arrival I was greeted by their welcoming staff. The waiting room was clean and offered free beverages. While waiting they popped in to let me know that my air filter didn't need to get replaced and showed it to me as well. While waiting I watched as they inspected my lights and vacuumed my vehicle.
