Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc June 4 June 5 (4:45-5pmish) went back in the to have washer fluid filled and fix the tire sensors showing in the wrong spots. I did not think I needed to check this after my oil change due to trusting them. This is where I learned tires weren't rotated, he didn't seem to have an excuse for empty washer fluid even though he was acting like this was my fault. On top of that he said sensors wouldn't have changed since they didn't rotate.... Which means the LAST visit (2025) they did not complete this which lead him to rudely going to the garage and yell at his tech "go update this guys sensors even though we never touched his tires" and just act like I was creating a problem. Also told me no refund because I paid for "other things" with care care package which is concerning because I only wanted a rotation and they didn't even manage to fill my fluid up. What in the world is car care package without car care and a tire rotation? Major inconvenience sucks and I can live with. The poor conduct of this individual and out of line attitude is what created the need for a review in every social platform + Bridgestone. This dude has no place in any type of customer service role. More of a 3.5 than a 4, but I've always had friendly folks here and -- big deal -- never felt "talked down to" because I'm not a man, and that's rare. The issue: nearly every visit has involved wait times that exceed the quoted time by hours. In my most recent experience, I requested a next-day appointment at 5 pm for a rotation and alignment. I received an email confirming my appointment request. When I showed up at the scheduled time. the next day, I was told apologetically that "someone should have called" because they actually close at 6 p.m. (despite saying 7 online) and they didn't have time to do what I'd requested. They did do an alignment in an hour and told me I needed a little additional work in addition to the rotation, so I made an appointment to come in the next day at noon. I arrived the next day at 11:45 a.m. and was told my car would be ready between 3 and 3:30. I returned at 3 p.m. to be told -- again, apologetically -- that they hadn't even started working on my car yet. They then hustled to get my car into a bay and put two employees on it. It was finished in less than 90 minutes. The work quality seems good, the prices don't appear outrageous, and I haven't had any issues with them honoring warranties. However, the communication could be better and either they're accepting too much work in a day or not staffing enough employees. read more

Yesterday, I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change for 1:00. When I got there, I was told it would be 15-25 minutes until they could start working on my car, which would be fine. I waited a little over two hours, then I got up to ask how much longer it would take. I was told I was next in line. At that point, I was going to be late for work so I told him I had been waiting for two hours and asked for my keys and left. At no point did anyone let me know it was taking longer than expected, or apologize for the two hour wait to not have any work done. read more

I went in for service, because I was going out of town my car was left there over the weekend. The manager of the shop told me my car was locked inside the shop over night. However when I went to pick it up there was cash stolen from my center console. Nobody there seems to know what happened. read more

I went in for a suspected leak in my tire that I got put on my car in June! They told me I had a patch in the tire and they ripped it out and put in another plug... I was told that they were still leaking and I had to pay $350 for a brand new tire! There was absolutely no plug in my tire And they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a young woman!! Do not go here unless you want to get absolutely ripped off!! Not to mention the front office, staff yelled at me when I was trying to explain to him that there was no plug in my tire at any point in time because the tire was brand new from June !! Customer service?? Absolutely none! They should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat young women! Absolutely disgusting business practices!! Had an appointment with them last weekend at 9am. Brought it in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Came back 2 hours later and they haven't even touched/ moved my car. Mind you I was only in for an oil change and an inspection. When they finally took my car, the sales rep stated I needed new brake pads and rotors, 2 new back tires, and an alignment. Apparently my brakes were "warped". I told the rep I just got an alignment a few months prior. My car is a 2021 Kia. It's fairly new. After the sales rep completely disregarded me and only talked to my partner, I decided I was taking my business elsewhere and getting a second opinion on the brake work. Took my car to Tire Kingdom on Normandy this previous weekend , they inspected the brakes and the sales rep stated "your brakes are absolutely perfect and couldn't justify selling you new brakes". Firestone tried to scam me out of a $1,000.00 bill for a pleather of things my car didn't need. If you want honest workers, don't go to this place. They will lie and try to have you pay for things you don't need. read more

I had to give on star to write a review... I give negative 0! They have had my car a month. Initially, I took there cause it was overheating they ran diagnostics on it was water pump. I have the report nothing else major wrong with it. My warranty covered that. Got it back over 2 weeks later after having to contact corporate more then once. Had it less than 48 hours it left me stranded. My warranty people made me call Firestone since they were last to touch it ... It sat there at Firestone for over a week no update except Mitch telling me to call dealership and see I could trade it for something else. I emailed corporate again after about 36 hours after being told someone other then Mitch or Matt would reach out to me within 48 hours. Mitch supposedly replace a piece he said needed to replace when my car left me stranded. Told me for 2 1/2 days it was running no problem. Text last night I could pick it up today 09/06/25 around 9 just needed to put new battery in. I walked over 6 miles thinking in 100 degree weather to get there and Mitch tell me it's the engine now. I question if it really is or they trying to scam me because I am female. I am at my wits end don't know what else to do. I just want my car fixed right. If your smart don't use Firestone. I thought cause they been around long time my car would be in good hands read more

I was having a difficult time removing my VA license plates from my car. A quick call to Firestone (I was nearby) and Robert said, they could help this damsel in distress. A few minutes after the call, I'm now driving with Florida plates. I miss VA, btw. Overpriced. I probably wouldn't take my car here again if I hadn't already bought tires from them, which includes rotations and service. However, shop is easy to get ahold of on the phone and pretty flexible with appointments. Staff is nice. Yesterday I dropped my car off, specifically asked for them to lock it when they parked it when they were done with it, since I have about a grand worth of tools in it for work, manager said "you got it." So anytime I put five stars on anything its for a reason- they earned it. I walked in today because I needed a full set of tires for my VW Passat and upon having a good balance of a decent price and convenience in location, decided to walk through the door. While I was there I also opted for an alignment. All in all it was about 900 bucks. All of this is pretty standard tire stuff. Sounds pretty boring- What makes this place special? The people that work there. When the work was completed I left the shop to go get my kid from school. We spent some time together and got a pizza and then we circled back around to head home . Somewhere in my journey something happened to my tire. The Tire pressure monitor light on my dash went off and slowly but surely as we went along, the care started handling funny.... I called the shop Clayton answered and asked me to bring it in . I limped the car over and arrived minutes before closing with my 4 year old in the car. The Sales manager CLAYTON JORDAN dropped all of his end of day duties and took care of us. He replaced the punctures tire with a brand new one and worked on it well after closing just to make sure my little girl and I had our transportation issues resolved same day. He could have told me to come back tomorrow but nope, he went that extra mile . Came in for a simple flat repair as I had a screw in one of my front tires presenting a slow leak. They have no idea what's going on and lost total control of there operation, guy at service desk told me it would be about an hour to and hour and a half repair which seemed excessive to start with but so be it. 3.5 hours later, still waiting. I showed for my 7am appointment on Friday to find out the tires I ordered are not there. They are out of stock. Why didn't anyone call? I even got a confirmation email. They ordered another tire that will be in the store by 1130. I come back at 1230 and the tires are not there. They are on a truck somewhere. Truck shows up at 2, with the wrong size tires. They can request them again. No, I'm done with this craziness. Ask that I come back Sunday at 8am. Will have the tires. 8am Sunday they do have the tires, a free oil change and free installation. We scheduled an appointment at 9am, we dropped the car off around 855. They asked if we were staying and waiting or coming back when it's ready and we said we're just going to get breakfast and will be right back. We showed back up around 1030 (which is what we were quoted to do the maintenance an hour and a half) only to see the car wasn't even touched. Of course as soon as we get back they hurry up and get the car and start doing the requested maintenance. The car ended up being finished around 12:20 so almost 3.5 hour for an oil change is ridiculous. read more

Caleb was super nice when I called and then followed up and was helpful when I came in. I was visiting from out of town and got a flat on the way. He found my account and explained the warranty plus ordered a tire just in case mine wasn't repairable even though I was 90% sure it was. Service was pretty quick to fix my tire and get it back on. They also packed away my donut (I've had other shops just throw it in the trunk...) and he told me where I could pick up a new one because this one is toast. read more

Poor Communication: Had a large object punctured my tire. Pulled into business. They said I can use my spare to put on the punctured tire and buy a new spare. I agreed to this. When I came to pickup Truck, they mentioned that the spare was wrong size, so they just replaced the tire. Now I have a firestone tire and 3 good year tires. Fine. Two days later I see my tire pressure is low stopped into the firestone station asked them to check the nitrogen gas level of the tire. They told me they put AIR in the tire NOT nitrogen gas as they DO NOT have nitrogen gas. OK but why did they not tell me and leave the Nitrogen Gas cap on my tire stem... So now I cannot get a refund for the tire as the warranty only covers if you buy 4 tires... I am stuck with a firestone tire and 3 goodyear tires as well as air in the tire and not gas... I am screwed all around... This is from my neighborhood firestone station... Not Good read more

Very disappointed in them. Traveling for business and I needed help and I got a big dose of indifference...I came in with a check engine light on and my car overheating. The mechanic opens the hood and sees that the two radiator hoses are collapsed and says I have a blown head gasket and I need a new motor. Couldn't care less with helping me. Beware These guys operate the same way shops have for years. Try to sell you extra and possibly unneeded services and not start with the simple and or low cost first. Purposely go take time and drag out service time to anyone who questions them or their sales, Techs who drive too fast and in a reckless manner, at least the tech who drove my car, and owners(this case area managers) who can't handle criticism of there employees shortcomings and resort to yelling and acting like the most knowledgeable pencil pusher while standing up for subpar work and service. I set an appointment for an alignment under the lifetime program they offer and asked for no other inspections. When I arrived the service advisor who checked me in asked if there was an issue with the car. I told him I have a small vibration to which was told that an alignment would absolutely not fix that and I need my wheels balanced. We went back and forth a little and claimed it would take 45 minutes for the alignment when I asked what to expect. 30 minutes into the service I looked an nobody was working on my car. The service advisor was talking to a younger tech who was working on another vehicle for the last 15 minutes. After looking around this same young tech was now working on my car, Not even 10 minutes later she pulls out and I watch her speed back into the parking lot. As I am checking out the service tech grabs the area manager who starts yelling at me that's it's company policy when I mentioned her that test drive is a form of inspection. All of this for them to leave of the measurements off because they either left the car misaligned intentionally or out of lack of knowledge to properly handle this. Im glad I had it done somewhere else(Firestone on San Jose) and lose half a day of a simple 30minute service. Now I am realistic and am somewhat knowledgeable about cars. I would agree that balancing of the wheels is the usual culprit for vibration but an alignment can be the culprit as well. Why not start off with the service that's already paid for and free to use today BEFORE you start to sell. Also it makes sense to drive the car but it is a form of post work inspection and simply letting me know prior would be the proper way to handle that considering i asked for no inspections. read more
