I was told they were behind and it'd be about an hour and a half until my car was serviced, I had my toddler with me but assumed we'd be fine waiting that long. I didn't leave until three hours after my appt slot. I had to cancel appointments I had later in the day because I didn't leave until just about 2pm. Service members were apologetic and I let it slide because they were very busy but I had to approach them for any updates on status which was frustrating especially when it went over the initial hour and a half estimate. My husband had an appt for 4:15 today to get a rotation and balance. He was also told it'd be an hour and a half- he didn't leave until after 7. Extremely frustrating again but service members were apologetic and I wasn't going to leave this review BUT when he got home he realized that the balance that he went for wasn't even performed. One star for apologetic team members but something has to be done about how appointments are handled.

Since that was Greek to me, I went to another place and was told the same. I thought this odd as the car had been aligned before without mention of these now missing pieces. The second place suggested I go to a suspension shop. The suspension shop recommended G&H Tires, which made all the difference. The owner, Roger Grant, explained that both places were wrong, although both places did alignments. He used a picture and also showed me the new parts. The parts only needed to be replaced by updated adjustable parts-the so called "missing pieces" were still on the vehicle. Mr. Grant was thorough, gave me the prices up front, and kept them. As you can tell, I'm not well-versed in car talk. But I know quality and professionalism and found both at G&H tires.

I showed up to the appointment on time, and they immediately started work on my vehicle. Raymond was really friendly and easy to talk to. He asked if I wanted to take care of an oil change while I was there, and -- since I was due -- I agreed. My vehicle was actually ready a little faster than quoted, which is always great, and not only that, but my price was actually under the quote! I didn't feel ripped off nor did I feel talked down to (an issue I've run into elsewhere as a woman, unfortunately). This shop is a bit of a drive for me, but the quality service and transparent pricing makes it worth the trip.

All the other places were super expensive and when I messaged this spot, they answered right away and gave their prices and were very honest, which is something I was looking for. You just have to fill out the sheet and he was even kind enough to also add on the oil change that I wanted even though they were pretty busy. It took just a few hours and I came back to pick it up and the cost was so much better than if I went anywhere else just to do one of those things. I will definitely be back. This will probably be my go to spot for forgetting my car fixed!

This establishment won my business because their transparency, efficiency was beyond expectations and definitely better than the service transparency I received at the over priced dealership... the mechanic Richard, met with me, performed a complimentary inspection, and showed me the recommendations and he even explained how the part should operate when it's efficient. I wasn't frightened into immediately making repairs, the price is fair and the service is EXCELLENT!!!!

I've been buying used tires from here for years. Every time I come here, I've always felt like I…read morewas treated with respect and well taken care of. They have three "bays" to service cars and will normally have you in and out in no time. Out of all the times I've come here (countless), there has only been one time they didn't have the tire I was looking for. Also, I never really have any issues with the tires I buy from here. If you're someone like me, that buys used tires a lot and have been to several used tire shops around town, you know that some of these places will sell you a faulty tire in a heart beat. I usually pay around $50 for my tires and that price includes everything with installation. Of course that price may vary with different tire sizes. Also, you don't have to get out of your car during the tire swap and their tires come with a short warranty.

Let me take the next few minutes to warn you about doing business with Sandalwood Car Care, or as…read moreshould be know as Sandalwood Car Careless. Please understand that it has been sold and not owned or operated by the pervious professional owners that offered quality repair excellent Customer Service and quality repair. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for an oil leak, headlight and brake light replacement. My appointment was for Monday August 31. On Wednesday September 2 I had still heard nothing about my vehicle I called and was told, can you believe they were just about to bring in in the shop bay to inspect it had now been two day of getting the Sunshine Treatment. I get a text message with a link to inspection report. I text back asking for a quote which I received and I gave an OK to estimate and asked for completion date which I was told was Wednesday September 9. When I questioned I was told I did not understand how complex the repair. I told them to proceed. On Friday September 4 I stopped by unannounced and found my vehicle still sitting in the same spot as when dropped off and untouched. I was very upset and was told I had never approved the repairs. When I showed them the text message it again was not their fault it was miscommunication. I should have known at this point five days later and still nothing done that this was not a professional repair shop and they were as their name said Sandalwood Car Careless. I was told my vehicle would be ready on Wednesday September 9. Want to take a guess if ready, well the answer is NO and it had not been touched. Then on Thursday September I get a call from the owner tell me my vehicle still not ready and they cannot complete all the repairs as they do not have the knowledge nor capabilities to do that type of repair. This is where it was somewhat my fault as all the pervious issue were telling me they do not have the knowledge and skills to do the repairs. This though they should have admitted to start. Well then on Friday September 11 I called Sandalwood Car Careless to see if vehicle finished at 10:00am and was told NO, when I got upset as now we going on two weeks I was told I not respect them. Well I was always told you had to earn respect to get respect and at this time I had caught them in over four lies. I finally was able to pick up my vehicle on Friday September 11 at 4:00pm. Now the cherry on top, they gave me the wrong bill for person and vehicle that was not me. They did not even know my name or vehicle. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seem. Do not worry about getting everything in writing as they just say it is miscommunication between them and you. Nothing is ever their fault it will be yours. On a positive I was not charged for the eight days of Sunshine Treatment nor 8 days of lot storage. I really though question the quality of work and service done to my vehicle due to the lack of professional service, lack of any customer service and the capability to preform all the work requested. This is definitely a place to adhere to the "Buyer Beware" The only think good I can say about Sandalwood Car Careless is GOOD BYE.
