Ty actually showed me the leak while my car was up, which I've never had an experience like that but greatly appreciated! Afterward, I asked Ty where I could go to replace my battery, and he recommended another place that ended up being just as great. That kind of honesty and willingness to help really stood out. The guy was transparent with me about my oil change, let me know that the cheapest option was just as good as the next one up (for my particular make & model & mileage) & he even gave me a discount on top of that. I tried to give him $10 for great service, he refused the tip, then proceeded to offer me a free car wash... I was like does somebody know me here??
