The guy was transparent with me about my oil change, let me know that the cheapest option was just as good as the next one up (for my particular make & model & mileage) & he even gave me a discount on top of that. I tried to give him $10 for great service, he refused the tip, then proceeded to offer me a free car wash... I was like does somebody know me here?? Hahaha I paid for my car wash before he could offer though, so they gave me a free detail package. 10/10 recommend. I haven't stopped talking about how awesome the staff was.

Ty actually showed me the leak while my car was up, which I've never had an experience like that but greatly appreciated! Afterward, I asked Ty where I could go to replace my battery, and he recommended another place that ended up being just as great. That kind of honesty and willingness to help really stood out. Let's just say…read morethat when I dropped my car off for specific work, I was told I would get a call around lunch with an estimate. Sounds reasonable, but- when I got the call I was already "$250 in the hole," bc they diagnoased a problem that I did not ask them to. When I argued that this was not discussed with me, they refused to do the work I asked them to do and told me to pick my car up. Well, when I picked it up it had a new clicking / knocking sound (persistant and wasn't there before,) and now it also idles high on startup- never did that either. Not to mention that my interaction with Jeff was like the evil dead. Really sick man there I hope he gets the help he needs- to learn how to communicate and not throw nasty anger around. Customer service is pretty simple- if you have a diagnostic fee then when you drop off the car you let the customer know about your $150 diagnostic fee for all issues. Find another garage for your sanity.
