They explained everything in terms that I understand and I didn't feel pressured to do the work immediately, but the risks were clearly explained to me. Would definitely recommend.

What I knew for sure that it WASN'T... the catalytic converter. What they said it was... the catalytic converter AND transmission. I'm not 100% sure why they told me this incorrect diagnosis, but I know that the copper in c.c.'s make them extremely valuable. I was furious and told them NOT to make any changes to the pickup and that I would be there ASAP to pick it up. The son of the owner called me back and apologized saying they made a mistake in the diagnosis. No. Maybe what happened is they thought they could take advantage of a middle-aged women. Also, when I walked in to pick up my pickup there was an elderly women they were speaking to. I can't remember exactly what was said, but I remember knowing for sure they were taking advantage of her. I drive past this shop in disgust multiple times a week. I keep hoping they are shut down, but instead cars are piled up in their lot. Poor souls. If they're women, at least, I can almost guarantee they're being taken advantage of.
