Just this week, we had both a sensor issue and an AC problem come up within 24 hours. They were able to fit us into their schedule, complete the repairs quickly, and even waited a little after 5:30 so we could pick up our vehicle after running late from a vet visit. The entire team has always been friendly and welcoming to me and my family. They genuinely take the time to work with you and find solutions that fit your budget. It honestly feels like having a good friend who owns an auto shop and is there to help you get through a stressful repair situation as affordably as possible. They replaced the battery without loss of all of the programming in the car (entertainment systems, etc ). I also voiced concerns about tires. Alignment of front end causing uneven wear, AWD car, tires replaced--but I also wanted a wider tire footprint on my heavy Touota 4Runner to be more confident driving on sand (Beach, etc.). They went to a website, guided me through options & choices until we found what appeared to be the perfect tires. The car now handles better, rides great... The also have competitive oil & filter changing svc AND can rotate tires at the same time which is best for AWD (All Wheel Drive) cars. They also did a safety & mechanical/brakes/belts/hoses/fluids/lights check. Being in the Publix shopping ctr, I can drop the car off for oil/filters/tire rotation & overall checkup while getting provisions for the week and have the car done by the time I'm finished. When she was married she really didn't have a choice on what type of vehicle she had but now she does have a choice. The other 4 vehicles she drove she ended up not liking. At one dealership the sales consultant made her feel "stupid" and talked down to her so we left. Today at Hyundai of St Augustine Dylan was with another couple so he asked Jacob Gray (sales consultant) to help us. He was phenomenal with our purchase experience! He was so patient, helpful and super friendly. We've had two Honda CR-V since 2020 and loved each one. My wife had told our daughter all the safety features you are looking for are in the CR-V. For some reason she didn't want to look at it but when she saw this one at Hyundai of St Augustine and test drove she feel in love it! I have to say this was the easiest and best purchase experience we've had purchasing a vehicle in a very long time! All the sales consultants were very friendly. The office staff were friendly and seem to work well with all sales consultants. The finance manager where we signed all the paperwork was also very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the dealership at 3:30pm. Test drove the vehicle. Made the decision. Signed paperwork. They put gas in the car and we were leaving at 6pm. My daughter and grandson were so happy with their new car. Makes me happy to see them in a newer safer vehicle than they had before! I remembered that 6 months earlier I had gone to Boulevard Tire Center (BTC) to have a leaky tire repaired. Got up Tuesday morning, put air in my tire again and drove to BTC. Cody Starke welcomed me and had a worker take my car immediately. The tire was removed, the leak found and repaired. Whole process took about 15 minutes and I was on my way.
