Not only do they treat their customers with professionalism and respect, but they also take the time to educate the customers on different tire choices and the company's certification program. I learned a lot during my recent purchase of front tires. I referred my 22-year-old son who resides in Savannah, Georgia for a set of four tires. Regardless of age and race differences among team members, he was literally "blown away" at the level of service he received there. My son could not believe the level of customer service he received from a young Savannah Discount Tires' team member. Like me, he was beyond impressive. Great products, great team members, and great company! Thank you, Team Discount Tire. This satisfied family of customers will only use you to service the family's car tires.

My…read morecar started shaking while I was out of town in Virginia, and although it was "fixed" there, the issue returned once I got back to Florida. Another local shop made the problem even worse and refused to take responsibility. In desperation, I called Del's--and I'm so glad I did. Everyone at Del's was incredibly kind, honest, and communicative. They explained what might need attention in the future without any pressure to fix everything that day. They identified the real issue (which had nothing to do with what the previous shop claimed) and repaired it for less than half of the other shop's estimate. Del's has definitely gained a few loyal new customers. We are so grateful for your professionalism, honesty, and excellent service!

They replaced the battery without loss of all of the programming in the car (entertainment systems, etc ). I also voiced concerns about tires. Alignment of front end causing uneven wear, AWD car, tires replaced--but I also wanted a wider tire footprint on my heavy Touota 4Runner to be more confident driving on sand (Beach, etc.). They went to a website, guided me through options & choices until we found what appeared to be the perfect tires. The car now handles better, rides great... The also have competitive oil & filter changing svc AND can rotate tires at the same time which is best for AWD (All Wheel Drive) cars. They also did a safety & mechanical/brakes/belts/hoses/fluids/lights check. Being in the Publix shopping ctr, I can drop the car off for oil/filters/tire rotation & overall checkup while getting provisions for the week and have the car done by the time I'm finished. Convenient!!!

Well after I pressed him a little more since having a tire issue on the road would be much more of a problem than buying a new set of tires pre-maturely. Knowing my Jeep probably better than I do and also knowing what I like and my level of expectation he started calling around to see what was immediately available being my travel plans were only a day away. After providing me with a few options he inform me that Tire Outlet had some Yokohama Tires in stock and although it was nearly 3:00 PM they could swap the tires and balance them before they closed the same day. This shop goes above and beyond, they emailed a photo of the tires and quoted the tires and work out the door with a promise of no surprises. This entire process went down over the phone and was executed flawlessly. After doing a walk around I took them for a test drive and found these Yokohama Geolandar X-AT 295/70R17 to be the perfect solution, they look great and just aggressive enough that I am confident they'll perform how I need them to - after dragging the Jeep to the Keys I know I made a good decision. I applaud the Tire Outlet's employees for the exceptional customer service, workmanship and amazing pricing and most of all doing what they promised...
