I needed an alignment on my 2008 Mercedes E350, and so many other shops turned me away just because it's an older Mercedes -- leaving me feeling stranded. Tire Kingdom, on the other hand, was happy to help and treated me with respect. They even honored the $30 online coupon I found, which was a huge bonus. Great service, I bought tires for both of my vehicles a year or so ago and was happy with the service and tire prices. The other day I needed to have a slow leak repaired, they got me in and out in 30 minutes and did not charge me for the repair. It's the little things that makes a long term customer. Had to come in for a short notice for a big issue , was seen right away got the car fixed and back on the road within an hour and a half. everyone so friendly and they did not push product/services on you unless it is necessary unlike other places we have been. Came in for an alignment and the next day I noticed popping and clicking noise coming from my front end. Turned out the technician didn't tighten the bolts to my upper and lower control arms (these hold the tire onto your car) to specifications. So neat!! Definitely do not recommend this place or any of these chain shops. Find yourself a good certified mechanic to touch your car. I wouldn't even trust these guys to put a tire on my car again. (Palm Coast Location) Summary: There have been many "repairs" done @ Tire Kingdom (A Mavis Company) in Palm Coast to my SUV in 2024 to correct the coolant leak. None of those "repairs" have fixed the problem. However, I was charged for all of those troubleshooting procedures and parts that did not fix the original issue. I have been back to Tire Kingdom at least ten times since the coolant leak troubleshooting started. Mavis\Tire Kingdom has record of all of my 2024 visits where I always selected "Check Front End" and or some variation like "AC/Coolant." The slow coolant leak that still existed is discussed each time with Dan or Matt @ Tire Kingdom for many months. When the leak started to get worse, I went in to talk to Justin (Manager @ Tire Kingdom). He stated that Water Pump was bad (the one they installed a few months prior) and I will also need a belt for the water pump. After this repair, I am told the coolant tank is also bad. We then repair that item, I am again charged for this troubleshooting adventure. I go in to Tire Kingdom the following day with pictures and video of my garage floor covered in coolant fluid. Justin looks at the SUV and says that I need another part. He shows me where the problem is and explains the process needed to repair that part. (To this point, I am charged over 1k for labor and parts that did not fix my problem.) I ask Justin for a refund for the previous work that did not fix the coolant leak, Justin and Felix (Manager @ Tuffy) give me the name of Regional Manager, Jonathan Heineman to discuss the refunds. My first call to Regional Manager, Jonathan Heineman was 12/06/24. Today's date is March 25th, 2025. I still have not spoken to Regional Manager, Jonathan Heineman. I have worked with Tyler @ Mavis corporate customer service many time to get many messages to Regional Manager, Jonathan Heineman. I have gone in to see Felix (Tuffy, Palm Coast) and Justin (Tire Kingdom, Palm Coast) 5x to get Regional Manager, Jonathan Heineman to call me. I have left web requests for Regional Manager, Jonathan Heineman to call me. Lastly, I called Mavis customer service to open an escalation to Jonathan Heineman's boss. I was told that they will both call me the following day. That was on or about 3/3/25, it is now 3/25/25, still no word. While I was on the phone with the last CS rep, she mention that Regional Manager, Jonathan Heineman has entered into the system the he has tried to reach me many times and has ALSO put in his notes that he spoke to me. This is 100% a lie. Jonathan Heineman is falsifying his internal Mavis documents to say he did tasks that he did not complete. If I was his boss, I would ask for the phone records to show when and how many times he called and/or spoke to me. You will quickly find that Jonathan has a huge integrity problem here. read more

I've been a loyal customer of tire kingdom since the 1980s. But the tire kingdom in Palm Coast has seen me for the last time. I walk in and there's a handwritten sign on the door saying "no walk-ins today" on a Sunday morning! But that was OK because I had a reservation. At the same time the sole of my left shoe fell off the front of my shoe! I asked Gene, the representative at the front of the store, who had just taken a pause in telling another customer how he couldn't help them today, If he had any duct tape, and he ignored me, didn't look up. There was also scotch tape on the front counter three inches from my side, and I motioned to him if I could use it When I picked it up he said very condescendingly "don't you dare touch anything on the desk, lady." Then when I mentioned to him that I had asked first, he said "why are you talking when another customer is talking to me? You're rude." I said "well that's rude and I'm leaving." Two other customers walked out at the same time as me, not willing to put up any more with Gene's very rude behavior to them, too. I went down the street to Tires Plus. They met me at the door, greeted me nicely, laughed at my shoe situation and handed me tape without my even asking. They got me in with my car service in less than a minute, and also offered me a coupon making it less expensive than what I was going to pay a Tire Kingdom. All that marketing you do, Tire Kingdom, you think you would do some employment training for how to teach your teams how to actually just be decently nice. In the last 5 years I have noticed Tire Kingdom going downhill with no service, lots of excuses, and focuses on charging extra charges and add-ons trying to gouge people. I won't be back! read more

I needed help with a special tire replacement and The Manager Justin was very helpful! He took the time to find out how he could help me and went out of his way to make sure I understood the process! They were very busy, however Justin found a spot for me knowing I was in great need of the tire replacement! It was a safety issue for me so Justin put his best man on the job for me. I believe his name was Joe. Joe did an amazing job with great efficiency. Knowing that my life depended on his work. I am completely satisfied with Tire Kingdoms work because of Justin and Joe! I went to get 4 new tires and came out with engine problems. This Tire Kingdom location is so bad that the manager is moving to another location because he's tired of trying to defend what he knows are bad extortionist mechanics. If you're looking for cheap tires, avoid this place unless you want to end up paying more to fix the problem that they created. I have been going here for two years and we have 4 vehicles... I don't know what is going on but they told us our sons car needed a swaybar and struts to a tune of $1500. Seeing it is an older car and we had just put a lot of money into it we were going to trade it in. We had it checked by a garage in Tampa Florida and they said we did not need any of that work done. The only thing we came in for that day was for a new headlight. I went in for an oil change and they told me I needed new struts and many other things on a car that only has 76,000 miles. They wanted me to spend $1700 that day. Again I took my car to that shop in Tampa and they said they would not recommend any of that. I cannot believe that in April ,Tire Kingdom tried to rip me off for $3200. When they replace the rotors in the wheel bearing on my son's vehicle just a few hundred miles before why didn't they notice the struts then?? That's because they got $500 out of us that day. read more

I decided I would give this place a second chance after they blatantly attempted to scam my wife into "replacing her old lug nuts" when she had scheduled a front brake job, and still had to wait 3 hours. Not kidding... Today I showed for my 3pm appointment for a new set of tires and their "premium install package". While checking the vehicle in for service, I was asked if I wanted to add an alignment and new TPMS sensors. I pointed out that they were both included in the premium install package (I had printed out the online quote and appointment details). I then received the indignant assertion that TPMS is not really TPMS. I got my keys and left. I don't trust this place! I guess a one star is the lowest you can give.
