I absolutely LOVE the Discount Tires Team. In all my years of purchasing car tires, this team of professionals stand above all others. Not only do they treat their customers with professionalism and respect, but they also take the time to educate the customers on different tire choices and the company's certification program. I learned a lot during my recent purchase of front tires. I referred my 22-year-old son who resides in Savannah, Georgia for a set of four tires. Regardless of age and race differences among team members, he was literally "blown away" at the level of service he received there. My son could not believe the level of customer service he received from a young Savannah Discount Tires' team member. Like me, he was beyond impressive. Great products, great team members, and great company! Thank you, Team Discount Tire. This satisfied family of customers will only use you to service the family's car tires. read more

We hit something on rainy night on I-95 and resulted in a flat tire. Took it to discount tire in Palm Coast and they inspected it and said it was too damaged to repair. They ordered a new tire and it will be delivered in 1 day. The customer service Billy gave was outstanding and it was while handling numerous other customers on a busy Saturday. I travel a lot and have visited Discount Tires in 3 other states and all have good service. I would say the Palm Coast location is the best. read more

I had a nail in my tire. I went to Discount Tire. They fixed the issue IMMEDIATELY and charged me NOTHING for the repair. I checked on the tire prices and they were EXTREMELY REASONABLE!!!!! The staff is friendly, professional and fast. The lobby and bays are clean and organized. Best experience in a tire store that I've ever had!!!!! I will ABSOLUTELY come here when I need new tires for my 2 cars. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty. It's VERY rare these days. read more

The best customer service that I have ever received from a tire center. They were able to fix my issue, for free, and their app kept me updated with the status of my repair. Highly recommend this store! read more

Needed tire repair. I've been to this location for tire purchases prior. This Pal Coast location is so unfriendly and there is no sense of urgency for anything. At the very least they could acknowledge you when you walk in. You end up standing in line while this aloof staff just ignores you. I've been to the Greensboro NC location and they are the complete opposite. They jump on you the second you walk in. I really hate Palm. I'm going to try Tire King next time. read more

I replaced all four tires here after a flat. While the installation was fine, the tire sensor light wasn't reset, and they didn't secure the spare or stow the jack properly. read more

Woke up Saturday morning to a flat tire. I borrowed a friend's compressor and filled the tire so that I could drive the car. The dealer couldn't squeeze me in, so I went to Discount Tire near Home Depot at 1:30 pm and although they were very busy, they managed to fix my flat tire by 4:30 and also correct the super slow leak in another tire. The nice surprise was when I found out I wasn't being charged. I could understand them fixing the flat for free if I bought the tires from them but that was not the case. The car only has 24K miles, so the tires were from the dealer and not from Discount Tires. I will need tires at some point. Guess where I will be buying them!!! Obviously not the dealer. read more

I walked in this place late on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment and these guys busted their butts to fit me in. I had a tire with a screw in it and I was traveling the same day. Not only did they fix the tire they did it FREE. Will I buy my next set of tires from these guys? I'm not sure but I will at least give them a shot. All the service techs appear to be knowledgeable and above that, nice and respectful Give this place a shot. Located Next to Home Depot. read more

Despite making an appointment in the store for 4 pm and arriving early, the person on duty neglected me and took a walk in into the bay. So much for making an appointment- I expect better! Manager needs to reinforce with those in store the priority of appointments. read more

Took our car in, and tires were out of stock. Tire was ordered. We never heard back, and we kept calling and no one answered or we got error messages that there are "technical difficulties" and we're hung up on. So, no follow up, no one manning phones for days. After nearly two weeks of attempted calls, we go in person, and they ordered the wrong tire. Avoid this place! read more

I had a flat over the weekend and was able to easily schedule an appointment online to fix it Monday morning. Customer service is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Luckily, they were able to fix it and I didn't need a new tire. I appreciated their honesty because another tire shop in town told me I would definitely need a new tire, I didn't agree and didn't have my repair done there. While they do try to sell you new tires, especially if your tread is low (that is their job), they are not overly pushy. I will be back to this location soon when it is time to purchase all new tires. read more

Keith, Jake, and the team are all class professionals. I've been here twice since moving and twice I've had my issues and repairs done quickly, professionally, and very well priced. I will keep coming here as they know how to run and operate a tire shop. read more

I had a great experience today at Discount Tire in Palm Coast, FL. I reached out to Brandon the Store Manager because I was loosing pressure in one of my tires. I came in and he fixed the issue and patch the tire at no charge which really took me by surprise! Besides that I really felt like all the employers respected me and they were all very pleasant and their operation seemed to be running smoothly. I highly recommend Discount Tire over any other Tirer Retailer. I had a simar great experience when I lived in Atlanta so this company is doing something right. Yesterday early evening (330pm) I was getting ready to leave for work when I realized my tire was shredded. I called and spoke with Angelo who reassured me they would get it fixed for me immediately and to come on in (i have a child and was worried I'd have to wait till morning). I arrived and was taken care of by AJ who walked me through different tire options and prices and never felt pressured to purchase the most expensive brand. He took his time to check every one of my tires and explain their guarantees/warranties to me. I work in a restaurant right in front of the store and wouldn't be able to leave before closing to pick up my car so he took the time to park my car in our parking lot and hand deliver me my keys to me at work when it was finished! I can not thank this whole store enough and especially AJ for being so kind and understanding. read more

I went in this morning, Friday12/15/23 at 8:15 needing 4 new tires, they had the ones I picked out on line & I was driving away at 8:50. I have been using Discount Tire for years, Ormond Beach & now Palm Coast location, I have never had a problem. Set your appointment, you are in & out in no time. The staff has always been very courteous at both locations. read more

Get the warranty yall. I bought a set of four new tires two years ago. Fast forward to this week and I ended up with a nail in the sidewall that couldn't be repaired. The $300 tire was free because I got the warranty. I ended up getting the warranty on the new tire so I was out of pocket $60...that's it. Also, this location has a pretty good inventory. None of the Jacksonville locations had the tire I needed so I called this one to make sure they had it and they did. read more

FREE repair! We went here because they took such good care of our corvette work. We were in the early stages of a 1000+ mile drive home from Florida when we got a nail in our tire. We were given priority service and were in and out in less than a hour. I love the efficiency of this business. When I pulled up, I saw a garage full of moving mechanics. These people were getting things done! It was obvious that they have a team mentality. The staff was very friendly and patient on the fast paced busy environment. They gave me an estimate of 1 hour to get the hole in my tire patched up, and it didn't take that long. There were comfortable chairs to wait in too. In, out and back on the road. read more

For a large company they are generally accommodating and they work with customers based upon price point and affordability. Their quality of service is outstanding and they give free tire pressure checks for anyone who wants them! I didn't give a 5 because I have a car w/wire wheels and ordered new tires for it. I told them it was wire wheels so on the morning of my appointment they greeted me w/Sorry, we can't work on your car due to it not having lugnuts! They said they must be able to torque the wheel back on the car and they couldn't with my spinner tire attachment. I was disappointed because they could have told me prior to ordering the tires and having me drive over there. So I did get my tires elsewhere that morning at a local tire shop. It is sad that as big as they are, they are unaware that wire wheels w/spinners have different spinner patterns on each side of the car and these are all 'self tightening'! Which means you snug them tight and they continue to tighten even more. This has been the case since the 1950's. I suppose their 'liability insurance' sets the rules! In any case, for my other cars, I have depended on them but will likely give the more 'accommodating' tire shop my business going forward. read more

went there today and had a rotate and balance, 38$ ,very fair price. a well run business , clean shop, new building, new equipment. I was in the gas station business a long time ago, and then I had a tool business for 25 years where I went into garages every day. So I notice the little things, like marking where the tire goes before removing it, and cleaning the rust off of the back of the wheel where it fits on the rotor so it seats perfect, guys all had uniforms and they were clean. I called and scheduled an appointment to fix my tire that is leaking air, showed up at my apartment and was greeted by confused employees that didn't know what to do with my vehicle, so I parked went in waited in line for 15 minutes, finally I can check in, why have appointments if you are not taking care of the people with appointments?, stop wasting my time. Then the passive aggressive employee tells me my tread is to low for the tire to be repaired if something is wrong with it, thanks, no device was used no inspection to even see what is going on, no happy, I will not go or recommend this place to anyone. read more
